Had a good experience with Helio Solar Power. This company is very professional. The installation went smoothly and looks pretty good. My system has been up and running for a year now. Im happy with my system. My client service representative is very responsive and helpful. Communication was great, they kept me updated through any issues or delays. In the beginning I was told by sales Rep that **** payment will be received estimated in 8 months from installation. Its been a year now and Im still waiting on the **** payment.Advanced Renewable Concepts, LLC

Which is why reviews are so important and a learning tool. I sent you an email about SREC. We were all told in the beginning that it would take approximately 6 months for a customer to get their rebate. Then SREC upped it to 12 months and then 18 months. Unfortunately, we have no control over this state run program. But you are on the list and we hope you will get your rebate sooner than later. Thank you, again *****! I've had my solar for a year and a half now. I have absolutely seen a difference with my energy bills. They have been very easy to work with and explain everything so clearly. My home looks beautiful with the solar panels on it and the cleanup was very amazing as well. I do have a lot of people asking me about my system and I always refer them back to Helio. I have a representative that takes care of me and my territory and she has truly been a godsend through the whole process. Solar Power was always in the back of our minds but we never thought it would come into our lives. It started with a couple of young men introducing the product and its positive results. It sounded so exciting but yet scary, so many unknown answers. My **** ******************** was fantastic. He held our hands and walked us through each step of the paperwork, and answering our questions each time we had a concern.Now, the panels are installed, and working! My experience with Helio has not been good.I signed a contract with ******* that covered my energy production as recemened by my sales person.I received a phone call from *** explaining that my Sunnova bill was too high and was going to be lowered. He promised nothing would change with production. This was a total lie.My production does not even come close to my energy needs. I also had some issues with installation. Helio did not install the panels according to the engineers' recommendations. Contributing to the reduced production.I also had some property damage during installation by the installer. Helio did make that right.I am currently trying to work with Helio inrequards to my production and, as of date, have not come to a reasonable conclusion. With an electric bill over $450 plus a sunnova bill. I called s Sunnovasent out to check the system and Sunnova made repairs although **** with Helio keeps saying nothing is wrong with the system. Clearly there is a problem. My system has not produce what was promised from the beginning. Still no resolve from Helio even though it is promised.Advanced Renewable Concepts, LLC

Dear *****,As you know, we have been in communication with you regarding your concerns of verbal promises made by your sales Rep that is independent of Helio Solar Power. Your sales Rep has his own sales company and contracted with Helio Solar Power to install your system. In a recent review of your system, it is out performing expectations. However, I believe your concern relates to a 100% offset that your sales rep promised. In reviewing your lease, we fulfilled our obligation. We follow the contract and are not privy to verbal promises made by independent sales people. However, we sent you a proposal and we have offered to install extra panels at cost to give your 100% offset if you wish to move forward. We apologize if ************* communicated something different than you understood, but again, we can only follow the contract. If I had any questions I called, or texted, Melle, my client service representative. She was very helpful. If she couldn't answer my question she put me in contact with someone who could. The answers/responses to my questions were very timely (usually the same day) and helpful. There were a lot of documents to keep track of. My system has been up and running for six months. This company is very professional. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable and updated me regularly throughout the whole process. What I think is this company has no idea what they are doing that are a fly by night solar company. I have a old house that will eventually need a roof, they said they could get someone to do the roof, they had a engineer send me plans on what needed to be done and I completed and it was approved, that company backed out so they sent a couple wanna be roofers that told me the stuff the first engineer told me to do was wrong and I needed to do additional work. Not only that but I need to hire a professional roofing company to fix so there roofers could come replace the roof, so what kind of scab, off the street roofers were they send to do my roof? Not to mention they sent the panels to my a month earlier before the second company got there. Not to mention the cost of materials and time my father and I spent in a 110 degree attic. The only decent thing about the experience was they have a great salesman, total lack of professionalism!Advanced Renewable Concepts, LLC

We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our
attention, and we want to address the situation regarding your solar
project installation. ****** **** from ******** ***** ****** handled the
sale, and Helio Solar Power, LLC is the assigned installer. We
understand that you have a unique situation with an older Victorian home
featuring a heavy slate roof and wooden shingles underneath, along with
older siding.
One critical
piece of information that was not communicated to us by your sales
representative or yourself is the existence of a serious fire in your
attic, which has affected the integrity of your roof. The rafters and
beams have suffered charring and noticeable fire damage. It's important
to note that Helio Solar Power specializes in solar installations and is
not equipped to perform roofing work.
In
response to this situation, we engaged two professional roofing
contractors to assess the condition of your roof. Unfortunately, both
declined to undertake the job due to the extensive structural damage and
the associated liability. Many roofing companies do not have structural
engineers on staff to address this level of damage. As solar
installers, we are unable to proceed with panel installation on a roof
in such compromised condition, as it would likely not pass inspection by
city authorities.
We are
actively working with your wife, Rebecca, to find a solution to this
challenge. Our recommendation is to engage a licensed construction
framer who can assess the fire damage and ensure the structural
soundness of your roof. We understand the frustration caused by the
responses from independent roofers, and we sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience this has caused.
Our
primary goal is to provide you with a solar solution once the
structural integrity of your roof is restored and confirmed to meet
safety standards. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we
work toward a resolution that will allow you to enjoy the benefits of
solar energy in your home. Please feel free to reach out to us if you
