      Had the worst experience with Enterprise. And forget about talking to anyone for customer service! This issue started in beginning of November. We were over charged by the branch for extra accident insurance. The branch didnt take it off after we asked them to remove it. The branch is denying we had the conversation, and told us that they dont have cameras in the branch.We reached out to the area manager multiple times, and he has yet to reach out. I called customer service today and left as told that theres nothing I can do because the branch manager or area managers are the only ones that can issue refunds. I guess it doesnt matter that it was the branches fault that they over charged and that the area manager is ghosting us. And forget about escalating the complaint, because I was told there isnt anything I could do. WORST customer service ever on every level! How can a National company not have a check and balance in place and how can a company charge whatever they want without any ramifications?

      I had an appointment to pick my rental car up at a certain time. *** never had an issue in the past. Today it seems they not only do not have the car ready but it will take almost one hour past my appointment time to have it ready.

      Thanks for renting me an un-register car and got a citation due to driving an un-register car. Hey, ALL please make sure your rental has a registered license. DO NOT assume such this big company did their responsibility. I already escalated to issue with corporate to see what my option are here.Reply From Customer Care:The location is responsible for ensuring registration is up to date.If a ticket would have been issued, we would have assumed the responsibility and paid the citation. This citation was only a warning.The location is the only one that can offer any compensation. You would want to reach out to them directly.Wooow they offer to make a payment if there is any paid citation and boom that solve everything!!! Your record and others who cares... Shame on you Enterprise.

      I was provided a car to use through a local auto mechanic from this enterprise. I had returned the car per instructions to the auto shop (enterprise would pick it up). Someone (likely a enterprise employee or a auto shop employee) proceeded to get a red light ticket after I had dropped of the car. I have a receipt when I picked up my personal car from the auto mechanic and was at work when the ticket took place. This ticket was then sent to me after enterprise gave the local enforcement my information. The first call was to the local branch to get this figured out. They directed me to the cooperate citations department. After speaking with the cooperate citations team numerous times (6+ people including their escalation team) I was then redirected to the branch, being reassured that they have take care of it. Speaking with the branch managers *** and ******* I was reassured this would get taken care of in a timely manner. What *** and ****** now described as the process is different then the escalation team at their citations department has described. This process has now taken over a month with statements of pacification continuing to occur with no action. Mistakes happen that is not the problem. The problem occurs with the lack of information on how to handle this situation leading to me the customer having to pay for someone else mistake even through I am going through the processes that I was directed to.

      Always over booked. Agreement had an 8am pickup. At 12p the car still is not available. I booked this 2-weeks in advance, and they still cannot provide a car for me? Now I miss all meetings scheduled at the location I was trying to get to and waste an entire day dealing with a corrupt company. Step up BBB.........The government needs to step in just like they did with airlines. There should be laws in place to prevent such business practices.

      I rented a car to pick up in ******* ** and return in ******* ** a few days later.On the morning of the last day when I was set to depart for ******* the trunk latch would not hold the trunk shut - not good for driving in snowy conditions with luggage inside,. I called the ******* office to which I was supposed to return it and spoke with *******. She and I put our heads together but nothing worked. I needed to move on so I went to a hardware store in ********* and bought some bungee cords to hold the trunk closed; that worked fine.When got to ******* in the afternoon I went to the airport fully expecting to have to fight for compensation and other amends. I was very mistaken.I was able to speak with ******* again, by coincidence. She allowed me an extra day of usage beyond the contracted date and gave me a hefty credit for my rental, reducing it significantly. She also changed vehicles for me using the same type as the non-working trunk-car to make my extra day's use easy - no adjustments to a new system.I did not expect that at all !With this sort of outcome there is no rating other than a FIVE STAR that I could possibly give.I hope the management/honchos at Enterprise read these reviews so they can give ******* a much-deserved pat on the back and a big loud "Atta Girl ! "Rental situations don't always work out easily but this one sure did to Enterprise's credit, all because of *******.

      I have been treated really poorly at the rental car place now read the reviews Im not the only one this location feels they can do and treat people how ever they want with real for sure in what they can do to there customer I have tried to resolve this situation for over 3 going on 4 months and absolutely no movement with this company I spoke with Manager ****************** and **** and I see these are the same people every one else is having problem with too and havent given me a bill of any sort Totally illegal BBB please help me with this situation please I even called channel 11 news ***************

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Have been trying to get a rental vehicle for 4 weeks now. Originally booked a vehicle online, received a call after advising there were no vehicles available at his location. Called back and asked if my reservation could be transferred to a different location. Rep advised it could, confirmed with rep a vehicle would be available at this location. Then received another call back advising there were no vehicle available at this location either. Called back again and was transferred to a 3rd location. They advised me that mu conformation number guaranteed me a vehicle and they would reach out to a supervisor and they would give me a call back within a half hour. Never received a call back. Called again later in the week and explained the situation again. Was told they would send this to the area manager and they would call me. Never received a call again. Called again the next week, explained the situation again and that I still have not heard from anyone. Rep advised they would send this to the area VP and they would call me.Never received a call again. On the 4th week since I originally placed the booking and had not heard back from anyone.Called today to go over the situation again. Rep advised they could set up a new booking for me and send another note to the manager. Rep advised me to call the location myself to make sure there would be a vehicle available when I got there. No discount or upgrade offered for all the issues. Finally just received a call back from the manager. Nothing can be done about all the issues over the past 4 weeks. Would never recommend or use this company again.

      Enterprise How do you reconcile leaving a repeat customer stranded because they are needing a rental in a different city? We have been customers for many, many years, renting a vehicle again as recently as a few weeks ago. You would think that would earn some kind of loyalty to us as customers but apparently not.We have prided ourselves on being low maintenance consumers. We had several issues with our most recent rental and instead of asking for any sort of refund or submitting any complaints we simply alerted the attendant when we returned the vehicle.We have only ever rented vehicles from your company but will be reconsidering our options from here on out for both business and personal use.Dont bother feeding me the company line about policies. If you are motivated to keep your long-time customers you will find a way to rectify this situation.
