5 starsExtremely disappointed, I don't even want to give one star. My MDX is rear ended. I've requested for 7 seater , they have given me a 5 seater base model. Our family cant fit in & it ruined our weekends. My last experience our the phone was horrible because the lady doesn't know who I am & she said I am on the waiting list & there 4 people head of me.Review fromvesta m

2 starsI've been dealing with this issue since November 2020. I was paying the insurance with enterprise. The vehicle I was renting was involved in a hit and run while parked. The insurance covered it but then I ended up on the dnr list with no explanation from anybody as to why. I've called every number that I was provided and the office in ********** ** several times leaving numerous messages. Still to this very day I haven't received an explanation. It also says that I owe money but from what is my question. Even when I speak with the ppl in the accident department they said that I owe nothing. The issue has been escalated at least 5 times with no return phone call nor email. I've been renting from enterprise since abt 2007 and never had a problem with them. Why am I on the dnr list is my main question. 1 year and 8 months and still no answer.Review fromEricka P

1 starI had an insurance rental in May of 2022. When we went to rent the car, Enterprise stated that they did not have the size car that was covered by my insurance. They offered to put me in another car until a car that was covered was available. I called them every day requesting an intermediate car, they always stated that one was not available. Ultimately, my credit card was charged for the difference. Enterprise insured me that this was a temporary hold. Two months later, I called back inquiring about my refund. I spoke to *******, she was EXTREMLY rude and nasty. We went into the branch for assistance. ***** at the branch assured me that he had issued a refund. Two weeks later, no refund. I sent an email to the branch manager, ******** she also stated that she would call me back and take care of this matter. As of today, I have not heard from her. I called corporate and spoke with Romeo (ref#********), he stated that he was also refunding my money because I should have never been charged. A week later, no refund.Review fromVictim B

1 starI've used Enterprise's Sevices before for years, the same one here in ********. But my experience was so bad , I'm filing a BBB report on them. They are rude and obnoxious just to rent a car. All in there feelings. They had me waiting 2 hours and my reservation was at 8:00 am, and I couldn't get the car because my card was credit debit. It's some ******** *** They are unprofessional and treat women badly. The two managers there are overcharging the insurance company. The man before me got a van for ***** day and charge me *****. for the same van because it's the insurance company. They probably pocket the ***** over per day. It's not right.Review fromDiane T

1 starWell while driving on vacation in our rental car....a semi tanker truck side swiped ** and push us off the road. The drivers side door has huge hole where the trucks lug nuts dug into the car. We are lucky to be here. Asked Enterprise for a new car....and all they want to talk about is I am to pay my co-payment on my insurance. The semi drivers company in is taking care of everything but enterprise refuses to help in anyway to get a new vehicle. We stopped in ******* for several hours and went over everything that happened and they refused when the had 4 vehicles setting there. They were not willing to trade out our car. So I call again and they refused to help I was to call roadside assistance. I will never rent from them again they have no concern for their fellow man....bottom line money....make your copay lady. ( I probably wont see my deposit back either) This was ******, ******* and *******, ******* locations. 0 stars is my review but they made fill in at least one which they dont desireReview fromRobert G

1 starRented a ****** Kick from ******************************************** on the 10th of June 22. Rushed me through the checkout process, was provided no paperwork, but ok, new day and age. On the 12th of June, 22, I dropped the car off, location wasn't opened but I did a walk around the vehicle with no new damage noted and milage at ******. On the 16th of June, 22, I received an email from their Damage Recovery Unit stating I'd damaged the vehicle and to submit insurance info and/or credit card. Went back to the location same day, and they said I'd caused damage. Took some doing, but they finally showed me a single picture of damage. Someone had ran into something damaging the lower pass side air dam. The damage was very fresh as there were no bugs within the damage. I asked the manager why I wasn't called and she said "it was a Monday, we were probably too busy". I tried inspecting the vehicle but it was already at the body shop. Went to the shop and they refused to let me look at the vehicle. Around the 27th of June, 22, I finally received a "bill". It included more pictures to include the milage which was now at ******. The body shop is 1.7m from their location. (I ****** mapped it). I voiced my concerns with the additional milage and was blown off, saying they sometimes have to drive to other locations, get fuel (I filled the vehicle at the Cenex right next door, literally) or other things. Enterprise's claims/customer service department basically called me a liar as "our employees would never damage a vehicle and blame it on a customer." I'm still curious on the additional 9ish miles that were driven since I'd dropped it off but was interrupted with the same excuses. I KNOW I didn't hit anything, IMO, one of their employees was driving it to either wash it, or the other ***** location and ran into something and blamed it on me. I will never rent from Enterprise again, nor any of their affiliates. (National or Alamo, maybe more...) If you do, I'd highly suggest you take before andReview fromRachel T

1 starOn June 11th I was racially discriminated against at Enterprise at the ********************************** by a Ms. ******* The representative was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked about a car she immediately told me they were all sold out. Which was hard to believe when the parking lot was full of enterprise cars. She didnt ask for my name nor did she ask for my reservation number. So I sent my relative to rent the car for me (which she is a lighter skin tone) and Ms. ****** entire attitude changed. She immediately told my relative that a car was available, but it was in the process of being cleaned. While my cousin was speaking to her i was on speaker the entire time. Once she approved my cousin to rent the car with MY INFORMATION ************* CARD) i told my relative to cancel because i no longer wanted to rent from them at this point. I was hurt. Ive never experience anything like this. Ms. ****** cause me to miss out on money and had my anxiety through the roof. I only needed to rent a car for 2 days for business purposes. I flew from ** to ** for my plans to be canceled. Ive tried contacting corporate since this incident and was told that someone will be contacting me. Well here it is July 9th and I havent heard anything from the company. I was recently offered a coupon for one day for a free car rental, which I decline because that is not going to solve this problem. I have been a member with enterprise for years and have never witness this type of behavior. I will never rental a car from them unless I have to. This is by far the worst experience I ever had to deal with in my life with a company. This is only half of the story but unfortunately Im not able to put it all on here.Review fromRobert B

1 starEnterprise ************ airport has the worst service. Thats not an angry opinion but a FACT!! I rented a Corolla or similar vehicle with four doors for a 7/8/22 pickup at the enterprise white plains airport. The pickup was for approximately ****pm that evening. When I got there, that vehicle was not available and they told me the available vehicle was a mustang and I should be able to get my bags in the car without a problem. The rep which was a dude, did NOT inform me that the car was a two door convertible. I was going on a hot date asking for a muscle car. I needed the car to transport baggage from the airport and to transport a senior citizen. After leaving the counter to view the car and deemed it inappropriate, I rushed back to the counter. What was there was a written sign stating that no more cars available and please come back tomorrow at 730. What was more egregious was a couple behind me who rented a vehicle. There was no available car, the counter was closed and they were left without a vehicle for the night. To validate that point, theres a company video on site as proof. Theres also proof that I returned to the counter to see nobody. This was pretty unprofessional service by enterprise. Seems that awful service wants to blame Covid, but Covid has nothing to do with a persons character, ethics, morals and class which these employees clearly did not have. Additionally, it was pretty cowardly to not address the car shortage like a grown man. Clearly, enterprise needs to do an ethics and class professionalism training course. By the way, the very next day, I tried to call them but there was no answer during normal business hours. Very tacky. I wont say I wont rent from them again. Ut cannot wait to get the ear of a supervisor to give them a professional piece of my mind.Review fromChristopher A

1 starI rented a vehicle from enterprise car rental in March 2022 and during rental time I received a message from enterprise saying I had ****** due so I got online to pay the ****** and made payment which I found out later that I made the payment to the claims/damage department by mistake so I've spent several months and many hours on phone with enterprise trying to get my ****** refunded but noone does anything but says they will get back with me or gives run a round .you would think a company this large would not steal my ****** and just refund it since it wasn't owed to them .I had to pay the ****** again to the rental department so I've still not received the ****** that I paid to damage department by mistake AND NO ONE FROM ENTERPRISE HAS EVER RETURNED MY EMAIL !!
