      Road Side Assistance is a joke. Called in a claim for brakes on our vehicle multiple times and multiple locations and couldn't get a replacement. **************** locations customer service couldn't have been worse. So much for safety is there #1. Won't be renting again.

      I selected Enterprise as my car rental company as part of my insurance claim on July 15, 2022. At that point, the insurer indicated an Enterprise agent would be reaching out to me to arrange the reservation. By July 17, no one had called, so I called Enterprise. An agent who confirmed a vehicle would be available for me on July 20, 2022, at ****am, at the *************************** location, and that someone would call me the following day to confirm the exact vehicle type and rate.I waited all day for the call and, when this didn't come through, I called on July 19. The agent I spoke to apologized and reassured me someone from the **************************************** branch would call me within half an hour, or maybe a bit later. By ****pm, no one had called, so I tried to contact the branch directly and I finally got through at about ****pm. There, someone indicated they had no availability whatsoever until July 26, 2022, and that central reservations shouldn't have promised me a vehicle without checking with them first, as, by July 15, when my request was originally submitted, they were already booked for the whole week. I then called the central reservations number and the agent explained Enterprise had very low availability (I countered they shouldn't have promised me a vehicle only to tell me the vehicle was not available the evening before my booking), and that I could call branches myself to enquire (I thought that was the role of the reservations agent, rather than the customer's). She eventually transferred me to the Escalation Team, who reassured me a regional manager would call me to help resolve my situation.By 8am July 20, no regional manager had called me, so I called again. This time, the person in the Escalation Team said she'd leave another request for the regional manager to call me and, when I asked her to please resolve the situation herself instead by finding me another vehicle, she finished the call.Never using Enterprise again.

      I picked up a car at the Syracuse Airport that was filthy, smelled of smoke, non working windshield wipers, and transmission problems. If was not in such a hurry I would have gone back to get another vehicle. I kept the car and returned it on my contracted date. On the way back to the airport the engine comes on. On receipt of my credit card bill I realize that Enterprise has charged me for TWO EXTRA DAYS. I have proof that I returned the car on contracted date, There should have been NO extra charges. After numerous phone calls they refuse to refund my money. I have filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney Generals office and they are going to attempt to get me the monies that I am owed, This is out and out theft! Will NEVER use any Enterprise franchise again. Not even worthy of one star.

      Do not rent from this business. Other car rental agencies are fairly priced. I was charged a $400 deposit using my credit card in addition to the cost of the rental. Other companies will not hold that much. It doesnt matter if you are a plus member either. Whats the point?

      Called to rent a full size SUV and was told they had one available only to be called an hour later to say that they dont have one at that location or any where in the area. Why take my reservation and then not have a vehicle? Called got empty promises about getting a car today. Enterprise loves to tell you what you want to hear but cant produce a vehicle. Poor customer service.

      Do not trust Enterprise. I rented a car for one day. The car had a wheel barring go out and it was not drivable. Second, when I picked up the car the remote key was already on the car. So I did not check it and make note. I assumed the key was reported and they knew about it. I was wrong. They charged me $250 for the key. Last the car had hail damage in four areas I had not noticed so now I must pay $1,000 in damage. As I told the Enterprise person I just didn't catch the small small ding. Nothing I say will change their mind. When I turned in the car only one of the dings was reported but now they say three more are added.

      Enterprise location in ****** ********. Had a confirmation email with my pickup. They did not pick up, and when I called claimed they didn't have my appointment and that they didn't even have any cars available till days later. Garbage.

      Ive contacted Enterprise by phone and over internet about not receiving a receipt for rental car service. Each contact has said it will be emailed to me but it hasnt been. I need to fill out a travel claim but Enterprise is not sending me receipt. Ive spent 2 man hours on this. Currently on hold with customer service for 30+ minutes.

      This company rents cars without having the inventory available. They allow you book months in advance and when it comes time to pick up the car it is not available

      Zero stars! My brother ended up in the hospital in ****** **, he was on life support and I just needed to get there. so we took a van. The van had either transmission or rear end issues, it was scary but it made it so I wasnt going to complain. We switched to a economy vehicle in whiterock ** and they were accusing us of damage but pictures were taken when rented but they didnt want to look. That was sorted out. My brother was in bad shape so we dropped off the car at ****************** and my daughter flew home. Enterprise charged us $400.00 dollars for a drop off fee but didnt inform us of the fee. I have made many calls to enterprise and they told us x2 that we are liars and we were told. They have told us multiple times that they would get back to us and they dont! Its been three weeks of them ghosting us. I do not recommend enterprise. I found them unprofessional and rude! My next move is to make a poster and take a lawn chair and let potential customers how they treat people.
