      Company promotes rebates in store with flyers. The Codes on the bottom of the rebate form are used and the company then denies the rebate. Then offers a different code for the product purchased. Website for product rebate does not work properly. First it wont take a jpeg upload attempt. Then I try it on my phone and use the camera function to take picture of receipt. Then it tells my I've attempted to too many times and wait a few minutes. Wait over 10 minutes, still not working. I agree with others that this is a scam designed to sucker you into buying product and then making it as difficult as possible to claim the rebate. What scumbags!!!!

      i purchased a **************************************************************** all credentials and recieved an electronic rebate that i have not been able to use at any on line store as of yet and as i write this iam waiting 30 minutes already waiting to speak to a customer service representative .this seems like a scam and i have wasted more time than the rebate is worth but this should be a much easier transaction

      I bought the beer because it had an offered rebate of $20 when you spend $50 or more, I spent $69 so well over. I scanned the qr code and I have the receipt as requested but it asked for an offer code. I couldnt find it online so I called Anhauser ***** and the *** said he would look for the code and had me on hold for at least 15 minutes, then hung up without saying anything. Me and my family have been a loyal customers to Anhauser ***** for longer than Ive been alive and they repay me by scamming me under the guise of a rebate that I cant cash? The song is listed in many stores through ******** so I know its real. This needs to be made right I am not asking for anything unreasonable just the money that I was promised by the rebate, which is right.

      Tracking #********** and **********. For **********:I submitted receipt for Cutwater rebate beginning of April. Cutwater rebate offers $1 for purchasing one healthy item with limit of 24 items ($24). Their website had been showing status as pending for weeks. Contacted them several times via chat. Over the last chat they offered me $1 for that submission. When i declined and pointed out there were close to 30 items on receipt and that my rebate should be maxxed at $24, was told receipt was illegible and to email copy again- which i did. A week or so later the sent me $1 digital card. Contracted again and was again asked to email a better copy. Giving a run around no matter what!For **********, please review the chat and nonsensical explanation they shared.Providing receipt and all conversations here

      I have a few gainful liquor stores that keep the post'. They never DT-CHANNEL. I am new to the no refund policy and is there a way to have just a refund situation for them to have an investment in the industry that they can't afford. I bought two 6packs of you Stella ****** and two of them were flat. I have the reciept for the last one, with best buy #**MAR26su2149, and the one I bought for January best buy #**JAN26su2049 I may have lost. I have four from my January 2025 purchase and five from my purchase on 15th of April 2025. I planned on opening the ones from January later because of the flat, decided the pack from this week wouldn't go flat, but it had the same didn't make the foam flat. Now I own two packs with flat. I am looking for ******************* to assist with my very favorite ale. Case #********. Not all were flat,one each pack so far.

      They have an offer for a $10 rebate which requires 2 proof of purchase receipts and UPC bar codes. I have supplied all of these numerous times and they keep replying that I have not submitted one or the other. I have answered their emails with these proofs more than once and they keep denying my submission.

Paid via Bud ***** prepaid digital Mastercard. Under these terms I purchased a 24 pack of ********* on February 24, 2025. Over $50 in groceries were also purchased, as needed for the $20 rebate. The receipt for the purchase, as well as a photo of the Budweiser UPC, were submitted electronically to the following website:******************************************* All terms of the stated rebate were completed by me, in good faith. The ************** however, informed me that my rebate did not pass their audit process. After multiple calls to the ************* attempting to receive specifics on this audit process, I have finally received an email stating, offer code AB-8880 was not launched by ******************* directly, instead it was launched by a particular store and for this reason, this submission did not pass audit process. This explanation lacks credibility as this is a manufacturers rebate. I fail to understand how this is not consumer fraud as the terms of the rebate are clear and were not honored by *******************. I have included a copy of my purchase receipt proving the validity of my claim. Thank you for any help you can provide.

      AB-8825 Purchased Qty 5 allowed on Rebate AB-8825 which reads in the description: Description: Get $5 back via rebate on the purchase of one (1) 24-pack or 30-pack of Bud family product.Limit: 6 Purchase Dates: 12/26/2024 to 2/19/2025 it was a mixture of bud light and Budweiser that equaled up to 5 cases purchased all on 2/19/2025. So far only 3 (Budweiser 24 packs) The 2- 24 packs of bud light appear to have been accepted! These 3 were Denied for the following:"Unfortunately, we could not honor your request due to the following reason(s): Invalid Brand Purchased"I purchase ********* for the rebates only! I may stop consuming ********* again. This happens way too often!!!! Its a waste of my time filling the rebates out and responding to BBB, BBB's time, *********'s time. for what $15.00??????? **************** is no help and cant understand them so now i just skip customer service and go to ******************** to try and get results!I would also like to add I filled out 5 more rebates on rebate AB-8825 I hope not to have any problems with this one, however this rebate sent virtual rebates! Very very very hard to spend anywhere! had i known that they were virtual i would not have purchased! This should be changed!!!!!       This is happening to often and its getting out of hand. 3 rebates rejected again! I just got done with a complaint on here a few weeks ago! Purchased Budweiser on Rebate AB8839 24 pack purchased. Like last complaint they said It was the branding! Tired of having to go through this ever time i submit a rebate!! This needs to be addressed!!!!

      1/18/2025 Submitted a Rebate claim for a promotion through ******************* online platform, ****************. promotion was for $18 if $50 groceries were purchased. I purchased $54 of groceries plus a 24 pack of Budweiser for a total of over $80. I read the promotion thoroughly and made sure the grocery items satisfied the promotion. Receipt and upc code were submitted with my personal information through the mybeerrebate website immediately after purchase. On 1/21/25 I received an email stating an audit found my purchase did not meet the criteria for the promotion. I would not receive my $18 rebate. I called a phone number listed in the email and was told they had the receipt and upc code, they did meet the criteria and another department would review and get back to me in 7 to 10 business days. I did not hear back on the promised timeframe. I called the same number on 2/4/25 and was told I the company would not be reviewing my submission and I was out the $18 I was owed for my rebate. I usually drink another brand of beer and would not have made the purchase if not for this rebate offer. They had a prospective customer but will not until ******************* resolves this issue by providing the $18 rebate and an apology for the error on their part.

      On Sat 1/18/25 I did take part in Rebate AB 8898 WHICH was $5.00 back for a 12 Pack of Michelob Ultra Beer . I submitted everything I needed (Copy of the *** and the Store receipt and a tracking number ********** for the rebate) up to 2 times for this offer of $5.00. On 1/21/25 the pre paid card for $5.00 was sent to my email on this date. However the card DOESN'T work. I've tried the card several times on different websites the card won't be accepted, even though when I look at the balance it states It still has $5 on it, but it wont work anywhere. I've attached photos for the store receipt, the **** The rebate tracking number. I've also included screencaps of the pre paid card along with screencaps showing there is still $5 balance on the card. I've also included screen caps showing that the card has been declined when I tried to use it several times. Can you please just sent me a check in the mail for $5.00 for the rebate as the card won't work. I feel I've completed all the steps for the rebate but still can't enjoy the $5.00 I was supposed to be getting back. Please if you can help me
