On July 2, 2022, I purchased a 12 pack of ******** ***** **** **** at the ***** ******* ** *****, Texas. The store address is **** **** ***** ****** ** *****. Once I got home to put the beer away, I opened the case and at the bottom was a brochure called, *** *****. It discusses the end of the world, particular religious beliefs and how Jesus is going to return to take over the governments. I called the action hotline and explained to them what I received and to this date, nothing has happened. I still have the receipt, the case and a few cans of the beer, but they do not seem to take this very seriously.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have reached out to them and nothing has happened. I have called them twice and spoke with a representative and all they tell me is that they are going to get back to me and/or send me a gift card/coupon for $35.00 to replace my purchase and i have not received anything.

I have been drinking bud light for many years up until 3 months ago i started to feel sick i purchased from Sweet Pees in ***************************** noticed a funny vinager taste left in my mouth very sour i started to not be able to eat because i couldnt taste nothing was good to me i started to feel very sick loosing weight vomiting blood and blood in stool causing diarahea sore on side of my lip from the yeast in the beer the beer was clear in color there was a seperation when you would pour it there was no foam to the beer i was buying about 2 cases a day trying and hoping the beer would have it normal taste but never did i spent at least ******* in 3 months or more time i believe that sweet pees had a bad batch of beer causing me many health issues i got tired of using my drivers license i contacted anheuser-***** by email was not able at this time to get them by telephone i will most likely have to be doctoring to get back to normal i am not buying bud light any more with purchasing from several sweet pees i feel they got bad batch of the beer because of my setback i also have bad stomach problems this problem has caused my hole body to shut down i will try to resolve this between the business and myself but if not i will seek advice of a lawyer i am asking for ******* dollars towards all the money i spent and wasted on bad beer and much sickness i am hoping that you can help me thank you for your time. i purchased a product from them and sent in the required paperwork for a $15 rebate. They sent the rebate card and it expired on 04/2022. They will not reissue a new card for the $15 so they are essentially stealing my rebate money. I thought gift cards and rebates had no expiration in ** state. Please help me to get them to reissue my rebate

I get it. You are a National company with many distributors, and you cannot help solve everything. However, I am tired of buying a product with loose lids, and said product is worthless (because the product is skunked) for lack of a better term. Seems I have been dumping a good amount of the product I paid for on the lawn, or down a sink drain because it's flat from bad manufacturing processes. It's happening far too often, and I am tired of pouring said product down the drain. As well driving to the store again because I have not received quality products put on the shelves for sale. You all have been paid for said product, and I on the other hand continuously receive sub-par product that ends up being thrown out. I prefer the 16 oz aluminum cans simply because I can put the lids back on and my garbage doesn't smell. However, when the full cans aren't leaking liquid, and the air gap is making them taste as if they've been left in the hot sun for a year it makes me very unhappy buying the product. You have some serious QC problems at the moment. Please correct that. As well while your at it, I'd appreciate some form of payback for all the beers I've dumped. I cannot give you an exact number on those. But, there have been many in the last few years. I'm writing this to inform someone for the most part. But, I am tired of pouring my hard earned money down the drain (so to speak).Business Response

Hello:Im a little bit disappointed & deceived that my rebate was rejected due to missing upcs. This is relating to the $8 rebate by purchasing 2 12 pack boxes of Mich Ultra this summer.Heres the situation:1. I attempted to submit my rebate claim online, where I could attach the UPCs, however, the submittal would not work as it kept giving an error message.2. I then said, forget it, Ill just mail it in.So, I took a pic of the receipt, as was requested in the mailing submission instructions. However, I did NOT include the actual box upcs because the instructions under step 2 did not say ANYTHING about also mailing the upcs. It only said submit photocopy of receipt or packing slip. The slash / between receipt and packing slip typically means or and packing slip means what exactly?? To support this point, I am attaching the rebate submittal instructions. Again Upc was not requested specifically or clearly.3. To prove that I did actually purchase the product, I am also attaching the upc pics that I had taken from (2 different 12 pack boxes) which I couldnt submit online. Thankfully I have these pics otherwise no one at your company would ever believe me.Additionally, everytime I tried contacting the rebate center, it kept giving me an error message from beginning to end. Anheuser **** may choose to reject my truthful claim for this rebate so from reading other reviews im starting to believe it was a fraud promotion. But, as a loyal Michelob Ultra customer for over 10 years, this experience has surely made me question my loyalty. I have done nothing but consume and advocate for your products over the years, even introducing my wife and her family to Ultra plus Ultra Gold, even purchasing it at sporting events, concerts and passing up many other choices down supermarket aisles.For $8 rebate, Anheuser **** has really let down a loyal customer who did actually follow the rules in this rebate process .
