In December 2022, Anheuser-***** offered a $5 rebate for purchases of beer. I made six purchases, made sure I complied with all the requirements of submitting UPC codes and receipts per the rebate form. The form allowed up to six rebates to be submitted on the one form. I mailed the envelope on 12/27/2022.I had participated in a previous AB rebate in April 2022 and it didn't go well - I only received $5 instead of $30 and it took me 4 months to get it fixed to the right amount. So this time after making the 6 purchases I made copies of the form, UPCs, receipts and got a post office receipt showing the mailed-to date and address. I was very careful because of the negative experience the last time. Surely that wouldn't happen again. Well, it did - I just got my card and it is for $5 instead of $30. There is not a way to track a mail submission although I know they received it because I got a $5 card. There are no phone numbers to call and only track by email or phone and those details are not on the form. I can't believe AB has made this mistake again, and I need to talk to a real person to fix this. I have copies of everything. AB can not let rebate companies steal my money. I hope reporting this lets AB know that the rebate program is not a positive experience. And I want the rest of my rebate and am frustrated with the rebate program. I received 2 $5 each rebate debit cards and did not realize there was an expiration date. I have been unable to contact the company and have not received a reply when I submitted the form digitally. Chat agents were never available for several attempts. I contacted Mastercard but they could not help. I am asking that these two cards be replaced with two current cards.Business Response

I've gotten a case of ******** ***** bottles. There's a defect with all the bottles where there are sharp shards on the sides of the bottles where they're logo is engraved in the glass. It has sliced my fingers open. Causing me to have cuts on my hands and fingers.Business Response

I purchased bud light from ********* i have submitted rebates. I got one rebate
from anheiuser busch. I have submitted over 75.00 worth of rebates on seperate occasions. the last one i filed was for 4 rebates and they finally told me they were invalid that they exceeded the limit. There was no limitations on how many rebates you can file. This is false advertising and I spend hundreds weekly on budweiser beer. I would like to be compensated for all of this. I have tried to call but cannot reach a live person. Please help me solve this matter as again i spend alot of money on this product.Business Response

This involves multiple issues with AB not paying rebates. The also own Michelob and do not pay rebates for these.
I have tried my home address, my work address and a friends address and every single rebate says pending them goes to "address does not meet USPS standards" This also happens when choosing "virtual prepaid card" which does not need to be mailed.
AB simple doesn't honor their rebate policy
They give this BS excuse:

On 10/26/22 I purchased beer at Walgreens with the promise of a $5.00 rebate upon entering ****************************** to get my rebate. After entering my dob ,the AB # ,date of purchase ,my email address and zip code. It kept saying it did not recognize the AB# so I could get no further. I tried phoning the tele # to no avail. I could not get a human and on virtual chat they wanted to charge me to speak to someone. I will be filing a local civil lawsuit for maximum penalties allowed by law if this isn't rectified, since
the store won't accept a refund for the beer purchased. I only bought the extra quantity of beer due to this offer.
Yeah, it's only a $10 REBATE, but this consumer bait and switch is intolerable!

I submitted 3 $15 rebates for offer #AB4954. Tracking numbers 997803722, 996944483, 996452434. The status of all three on mybeerrebate.com state, "Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing. Please refer to your rebate form for estimated processing times." The terms of the offer state, "Allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of your rebate." All three were submitted in June. It has now been THREE MONTHS. Everytime I contact them I'm told to wait another 10 days. I've called, emailed and chatted online. I've been told this same thing at least four times!Business Response

I purchased beer on 8/11/22 and submitted the rebate for $7 on 8/15/22. They gave me a tracking number for this refund (**********). I never received the rebate (which comes as an email for a Virtual Mastercard which they claimed "was shipped on August 17, 2022"). I checked everywhere. I did not receive any such email or rebate. They provided me with a phone number to call "If after checking the junk/spam folder you have not received it, please contact the Prepaid Card Department at ###-###-#### for further assistance. After the language selection and usage tips, press option 2 and then 2 for lost/stolen cards." and when you call this number it is a SPAM number (for some weird medical facility). There is no recourse and no way for me to reach anyone at this company by phone so I am stuck without my $7 and the frustration of this entire situation. want my $7 rebate as it was advertised by the company and by Stop at Shop.......Business Response
