Ameren UE disconnected our power. But disconnected before the 21 days. Also says there needs to be 2 billing cycles on it before it is disconnected. My wife and I had always paid our and then were late one time and got disconnected. We paid the bill before the technician left. Had a confirmation number and still was disconnected even though the technician hasnt even left yet. So yes the rating I gave is low but after reading there disconnection guidelines it looks like they were in the wrong.

Ameren is a heartless company that does nothing to help when you are struggling and going to be the reason my dogs die from this heat as well as me I had told them I was going to make a payment Friday and they shut me off on Thursday were dismissive when I called and talked down to me if there is any option other then Ameren I'd advise you take it Ameren is a money hungry heartless corporation that only cares about your money it's going to be 103 next week and they don't care and shut me off anywayAmeren

Ameren is terrible. Not only do they charge rates - they neglect their suffering and dying customers when there is an outage. They will go hours if not days, before giving an update or fixing the issue. Too bad they run an illegal utility monopoly here. Ameren is absolute trash.Ameren

Ameren foliage cutters . They asked if they could drive
Through part of our yard to get to back I said ok on way back they
destroyed a lot of my bamboo I’ve be growing some as high as 15 feet
tall. They were sticking it in chipper when I caught them I made them
stop I use old bamboo for gardening purposes but they did not come tell
me I caught them They did very little cutting in back so will be back
soon no way are they getting their truck in my yard again. I called

Im so sick of Ameren!!! They charge whatever and take advantage of people. Last year we had to pay 200 extra for months to pay for tornado damages in ******* Now from one month to the next my bill has more than doubled and nothing has changed. We actually used less but paying over twice as much. I reported them for price gouging and to better business bureau. This is an outrage. We have to pay it we have to have it and they know it. Cant wait to move out of their area!!!!!!!Ameren
