    Not reliable at all . Never answer phone calls. They pick up trash when they feel like it. Our community trash hasnt been picked up in over two weeks. I cant even rate them 1 star. THEY ARE HORRIBLE

    Our neighborhood currently has 2 weeks worth of trash piled up because DCS is so awful. They cannot keep up with the customers they have very clearly. Multiple times over the last 6 months, trash has sat for a week past our pick up date. I would not recommend getting trash service through DCS to anyone.

    Terrible service! Part of my routine has been to call them and keep my fingers crossed. I finally thought, what am I doing? Canceled two weeks ago and the headache of trash pickup is gone!! I'm pretty sure getting them to pick up their can will take an act of Congress. I just want to be done with this company.

    Should be ZERO stars. For the past 4 months our trash is not being picked up weekly as is what we pay for. It gets picked up at the minimum of every 2 weeks. Currently we are on week 3 and still havent had it picked up. Anytime we call its just one BS excuse after another. What are we even paying for? What are you doing with all our money??

    This trash service is horrible. They are supposed to come once per week- in the past 4 weeks they have been here twice- our whole neighborhood is full of full trash cans. I called the main number multiple times and can not get a straight answer. She said, if they are not there today (which is our trash day) they will be here soon.

    Our whole subdivision has cans out this whole year and they picked up once. They say they are coming and they do not. They still charge for weekly service and will not adjust our bill

    They lack in communication not just with my household but my whole block. They haven't picked up trash or recyclables in several weeks. Their crew leaves trash all over the street and ************* doesn't stand the trash ************* when it's empty. I've asked the manager to adjust our bill due to them not arriving and emptying our trash and recyclables but she refuses stating they'll be out to empty it but they don't show up. They need their license pulled and put out of business

    An absolute joke of a company. I never leave reviews, but this is unreal. Our subdivision is nothing but trash on the curb. Theyve picked up TWICE since Thanksgiving and its 1/26. They are supposed to come on Tuesdays and thats happened maybe 3x EVER. They come whenever they choose, so our trash has always had to sit by the road or we miss pickup. They go through our trash and take out whatever they want and toss it in the can to take home.Gross. Leave or cans in the middle of the road. Over it..Next.

    We have not had trash hauling at my home since December 31st. Being told to leave garbage and recycling at the curb. Put recycling in cardboard box, they has gotten soaked and fallen apart. Beginning to think that even though I call the driver is not being told we have been missed. Last Thursday was assured they were working through the weekend and would catch us up. But no pickup done. Today a snowy icy day so sure they will be behind again this week. Today no one answering phones so cannot get answer--which will be leave it out, we will pick it up this week; and then they won't. Time to change service but I have bags of trash and boxes of recycling that need to be picked up. Found their office address. Think I will load in pick up and dump in their dumpster. i am sure that gets picked up on time.

    They have only picked up our trash once in seven weeks. Every time I call they have a new excuse. Finally they stated my neighborhood was not a priority due to the number of customers. When I cancelled they would not send an email confirmation and I hope they do not charge for this quarter.
