  We have been calling for 3 weeks straight to no avail. They have not picked our trash up since before the new year. Our street is now covered in garbage and many of us are needing to consider switching companies. I have been told several times that someone will pick it up tomorrow only to come home from work to see the trash is still on our curb and our neighbors curbs. Unfortunately this isnt unusual for DCS as a company. We have used their service for close to 2 years now and they are very rarely on time but this is the first time its been this bad. My partner has asked for a refund or a discount on our next bill however they have declined this request.

  Horrible service. They never pickup on time. I've has to call again today because they didn't pick up. The lady who answers the calls always make an excuse as to why they didn't, today I was fed up with excuses. If they can't handle the job like other trash disposal do, than they should not take on business. I just paid my bill and they had no problem taking my money but not my trash. I will be reporting them as well as, demanding a refund. Going to go back to the service I had before even if it cost a few dollars more. Its worth it because they do pick up on time. DCS is the only trash service in my subdivision that didn't do their job, all my neighbors who have a different service, pick up their trash. I would love to know who owns this terrible company?

  We had DCS residential service for almost 4 years. In that time, our services were intermittent at best. They were a day late, or more, 50% of the time. Countless scheduled pick-*** were completely skipped, leaving us with two weeks of waste to try to stow while awaiting pick-up. The lady on the phone was kind; pleasant as a peach to take payment for services, but if you have a concern or complaint then the tone changes sharply, and interruptions with excuses ensue. There were *always* excuses. Always. We finally had ENOUGH, and switched to the leading waste removal service in the metro area. It costs a little more, but not by much, and the service is 100% reliable, professional, and with current digital technology such as a convenient service app where we can manage any added services, see holiday schedules, receive an service alerts, and pay our bill fast and convenient. DCS is not worth the ton of aggravation and inconsistencies that you get by saving a few bucks. They're on borrowed time, if they're not "dead" already.

  The gals that answer the phone are great... but don't care too much to listen to your complaints and i get that also that they are not in charge of the drivers. They just take the calls but bed side manner goes a long way with that. Unfortunately after we have had them for a few years we have decided to switch and my whole neighborhood will be switching eventually also. If you do cancel just be aware they wont refund you your money which is highly unethical which is very sad they wont to ruin their reputation.....I will be switching to Waste management. Hopefully they will pick up when they say they will. You just never know in this day and age, especially with all the shortage of jobs. I think DCS needs to take a step back and learn what will work for their company when they are short handed and inform their customers. Or otherwise if you can't provide you need to shut your doors.

  I give them one star only because I can't leave a review with none. I'm paying for weekly pickup, but lately I'm lucky if they pick up every two weeks. If you end up with too much trash because of their crappy service, they'll charge extra. Nothing but a bunch of crooks. I only have them because they are the only choice.

  Terrible service. Rarely picked up on correct day. Have had recycling out over 2 1/2 weeks over Christmas. Have yet to come. Always excuses- including wind!

  These people are really nice . There have been a few inconsistencies with pick up days , but in general for one year , they have been spot on. You will see people complaining about them but I'm pretty sure they just complain. This service is only FIVE DOLLARS A WEEK. It's well worth a missed day to have such reasonable service !! We will continue to use DCS because there customer service is most excellent.

  Never on time. K***y in the office is super. Unfortunate that so many things are out of her control. Xmas week, all my neighbors and their family have to look at my trash because they have not picked it up. This has happened on many, many occasions. I went with this company due to the cheaper rates. Now I know why.

  They are very inconsistent with when they do their pick***, and my home has even been skipped before as the crews refused to label my tote as I was told they would do. When they don't pick up on the day they are supposed to, I often ask myself if they will even come that week. Last week, they finally came on Saturday, even though pick *** are supposed to be on Wednesdays. Very unreliable service. Switched to Waste Management this week, as they come through EVERY Monday, even on holidays, like clockwork.
