  I have been using this company for about 2 1/2 years. During this time **************** has been delayed were not picked up at all and when Ive called, I was told they were shorthanded and they would get there. *** asked for refunds and didnt get them and *** also asked for credits and did not receive them. I finally called and canceled my service and the lady on the phone told me that they would not refund me my money even though I had paid for three months. Do not use DCS disposal company. They are unethical and do not stand behind good quality professional standards.

  They do not pick up trash per their pick up time. They change it often and don't pick up due to understaffing. Very bad service. I had trash collected for 3 weeks which **** in garbage gnats that entered into my home. Disgusting.

  ***** called and spoke with the office staff due to her recycling was not picked up on 7/14/23. DCS came by to pick it up the following day; however, ***** had already pulled it back in. It was no longer at the curb. It was recycle not trash so it should be clean, loose and dry. There has never been a time when DCS has not serviced this account for three weeks.

  Over the course of the year or two we've used this company, they have neglected to pick ip the trash late, no less than six times. And none of those times has there been an announcement as to why they're late. But then what can be expected of a company stuck in the pre-social media, let alone pre-website ages.

  Horrible customer service. Does not pick up all the trash that is by the curb even if it's stacked on top of the trash can. They threw my trash bags on the ground after skipping half a week of picking up. Of course I was gonna have extra trash when you don't pick up on time. We lost our home due to a fire and they were there picking up their trash can the next day to ensure we didn't put our "fire trash" in their can is what the lady told me when I called. They did not refund us for services already paid ahead.

  **** called our company on 3/3/22 to let our office know that their trailer home had burnt down. We did not communicate with ********* regarding this event over the phone at any time. We sent out our truck to pick up our company asset (the trash cart) since **** had called in for cancellation of service and they were renting the cart. I personally stood at her home site while picking up the cart and expressed my condolences to ********* as she explained to me that her home burnt down due to her neighbor burning their trash. ****** call prompted our knowing about the event and picking up the cart in a timely manner. No one ever discussed putting fire trash in the trash cart with *********.

  I think they have been wonderful since that new guy started.Hes got all the tattoos all over his arms.Hes nice and polite and makes sure my cans are even brought up my driveway.so Thank you ***** man.I think your name is ****!

  They NEVER pick up on assigned dates. They do not call to give you a heads up that they're running behind. Instead we leave our trash out there for DAYS as ourselves and the neighbors stink up the whole street. When you call to inquire they actually said to me "we had one ONE guy out on Monday." So one absent employee apparently throws them into such a tailspin that they are anywhere being 1-7 days late picking up our trash. One employee absent.
