    I cancelled ambetter in October. They still took my premium for November. I qualified for Medicare on November 1st. I switched to Aetna as of November 1st. I have talked to ambetter 10 times. They gave me a different answer each time. Last call on Monday December 5th the girl at Mo.health.net said it showed cancelled on their end October 31st. She said to call Ambetter back and ask for a supervisor. I talked to **** **** on Monday at Ambetter and told her that Mo.health said Ambetter had cold bodies in warm seats. **** at Ambetter gave me me a confirmation number that assure the policy was cancelled on October 31st. She said call back in 24 to 48 hours to make sure it went through. I just got off the phone with them. Celine from Ambetter said it did not show cancelled. She put me on hold and came back and told me she saw the cancellation from Katy. She asked then if I wanted to pay the premium. I told her that they owe me. It is against the law to have two insurance companies with the government. I have had aetna since November 1st. This company doe's not know what they are doing. I just want my refund. I am going to call them everyday until my refund comes

    I've been trying to make an appointment with a doctor. They are booking 3 -4 months in advance. I pay $5,000 a year and I should be able to see a doctor when i want to see them.

    This company (Centene dba Home State Health aka Ambetter) ***** in boatloads of cash from hardworking people. Enough to fund the newly built, gorgeous and swanky buildings in ******** **, and the new MBS venue in ******** city. I've been paying them like clockwork and they just can't get it right. Physician miscoded the annual physical and then corrected it but Ambetter still won't pay ***** for for this covered medical expense. ***** has placed with ****************** the amount Ambetter is obligated contractually to pay. I've talked to both Ambetter and ***** until I'm blue in the face. No resolve. The representatives on the phone at Ambetter convey no empathy, seem to have very little training. Like talking to robots. So many problems with medical insurance and medical services and certainly many other consumer-dependent industries today is a result of the replacement of the human element by systemic processes which fail to resolve very resolvable problems. Technology is fantastic for corporate America's bottom line but terribly out of touch with consumers' needs. Which consumers pay for!! The premiums are for Centene's shareholders and CEO first; but for those who make this money machine whir by their monthly payments, their health care needs rank secondarily to profit. Sickening!!

    The worst Ive ever had to deal with. Please do not waste your money or time. Ive been trying to find a in network dentist for 3 days the numbers on the ***** **** website do not work they are literally fake !!!!! Its a scam and I want ALL MY MONEY BACK -50 stars for this ****

    Would give zero stars if possible. They send so much
    information in the mail that is nonsense that you miss the important
    stuff. Despite sending copies of my w2s and 1099s upon enrollment, I
    missed the deadline to provide income verification. They deducted $2400
    instead of $80 without my authorization. Initially told that I should
    just have my bank stop the payment (not possible0. Then told on three
    separate occasions that a credit would be issued. Called to check on the
    status and no credit has been issued. Have been hung disconnected at
    least 4 times and have been on hold for the escalation unit for over 45
    minutes.
    I cannot afford to put food on my table or gas in my tank. The fact that
    there is no consumer protection for this is UNCONSCIONABLE. I have not
    used this insurance once. Of course it's connected to government run
    health care. Completely unethical. I will seek restitution using other
    avenues.
