my husband recently passed away and need to switch from a joint to a sole account. i have LITERALLY BEEN ON HOLD AS OF NOW FOR 1.5 HRS. The first people that I talked to were rude, did not speak english well, making it very hard for me to understand her. if I EVER get through to the ESTATE department, once i get our money out of this nightmare company, will NEVER use this company again. Service has STUNK for the past 5+ years. I will be filing a FORMAL complaint with the BBB.

DONT INVEST HERE!!! This people are a nightmare, i spend more then 1 month going back and forth on the phone, to get them to transfer funds from a Rollover *** from another investment firm, to a *************** which they advise me to open. They ended up not being ***** to fund the account because they are clueless. After more then a month of dealing with there paperwork and c*** online page, it came to the conclusion that they cant fund the *** account to the ***************. Ridiculous!!

This is the worst, most disorganized, incompetent, unhelpful outfit I ever had to deal with. I have been trying to close out and transfer a Trust account that was in the name of my deceased mom for 4 months now...4 months! It takes them ***** days to get back to you with cryptic ROBOTIC unhelpful messages saying some detail or a form is missing...after being advised again and again that all forms were in order, and even going over the filling out of forms line by line, box by box with one of their customer service agents/experts...Advice from different agents is often conflicting and generally incomplte. They act like the funds they are holding belong to them... not to me and my brother. They certainly do not go out of their way to facilitate a process which in other institutions has taken me no more than a week with peeople who actually are there trying to do what they can to help. Countless calls with long hold times, frustration and wasted time... Unbelievable.Really the absolute worst. Avoid them at all costs, if possible.

If I could give zero stars I would! I updated my information and changed my beneficiaries within the last 2 months on my **** I called to it roll over and my account is suddenly "RESTRICTED" meaning I can't get my money unless I fill out a NEW ACCOUNT APPLICATION that is 9 pages and IRA ********** agreement that is 7 pages? I have had the account 12 years. They said it's because it is an OLD account. And, they charge ****** for a "Roll OVER. They are trying to steal my **** I should have rolled it over a long time ago, but did not know just how crooked they are. I really need to lawyer up! If you have any money with this company take it and run. Unethical business!

Wells Fargo Issues My father had invested his life earnings for over 22 years in Wells Fargo Advisors (***). We set up a family trust for him over ************************************************************************************************ the distribution of his estate. The Financial Advisor said that we would not have any problems with the trust and securing the funds in a timely manner. NOTHING could have been farther from the truth!! *** assigned a new employee to facilitate the liquidation of his funds. She, who was overseen by the manager of field support & Assistant VP, made numerous mistakes in closing the account. I contacted the attorneys who created the trust for my father and my father's accountant and they guided *** through the process. Both firms shared that I, as the executor, was doing things correctly and they were surprised by the lack of knowledge of closing a trust with ***. Unfortunately, as a customer, *** never provided an overview of the process, and the new employee and Assistant VP had to contact the Estate Team throughout the process to acquire clarification of the trust process which delayed liquidation by months. The attorneys who created the trust shared my father's trust was a very simple cookie cutter trust. Due to the lack of knowledge in closing my fathers *** accounts and poor communication, we shared our concerns with WF ***************** twice and received back boilerplate form letters sharing that they would use our concerns as coaching opportunities to make sure our level of service does not fall short again. WF **************** followed up to share their protocol to justify the poor closing procedures. Recently, I took time to review some of the past reviews of *** on the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs website and noticed that we are not alone when concerning the mismanagement of ***. We do NOT recommend investing funds with WF.

I cant even begin to explain how bad this place is. Nobody should be investing with this company at all. I want to close all of my accounts so bad and walk away from Wells Fargo although for some reason my monies been on hold for days on end and they keep saying that its gonna be this day and then this day and then this date. So I am completely done, and if I had the money to go up against a company like that. I would try and *** them. I feel trapped and I feel as if I have zero options.

I think Wells Fargo/Auto Finance is a very dishonest bank.I financed a car through this bank back in 2017 with payments of 72 months. My car should have been paid off September 11th 2022. Due to an illness, I had 3 payments put in the "rears" to be paid at the end of this contract. I will pay October's payment this month and then two more as agreed. After going through my credit reports. I found where Wells Fargo/Auto Finance reported to Experian my contract was 82 months. I had called and spoke to ***************** in the Finance main office. He said he would take a look at this and call me back in a few days. He called me 3 days later and said he did not see any errors. Since his call. I found a Credit report from Experian that states my contract is written for 82 months. This is a "FRAUD" plus they charged me a late fee for every payment I made. I asked them if they could change my due date due to my social security check comes in the 4th Wednesday of every month. Speaking with customer ******************** which stated. We cannot change the date but you have 15 days before you are assessed a late fee.
