      I purchased scrubs online. They do not fit. I attempted to request an exchange, however, they are refusing to process one. They stated that I have to return the item and purchase a new one. This is ridiculous first off, but if that is their company policy, so be it.However, I complaint lies in attempting to return the items. Due to their ridiculous policy, I stated that I would return all four items that I purchased back to them. They stated that they would charge me for return shipping of five dollars Or I have to drive all the way to their store. Their website states that they have free returns. I do not want to drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to the store. Please offer a free shipping Return label.I attempted multiple times to escalate this to a supervisor however they have refused at this point.

      I purchased 4 scrub pants for work from scrubs and beyond online. I will include pics. Only 2 arrived. Ive called to find out when the other 2 will come as I need them for work. I was told they dont know and cant give me a date due to a major warehouse move. I then attempted to cancel my remaining order so I can order from somewhere else who will actually ship my scrubs. I am not allowed to cancel according to the website when I tried. Terrible customer service. And no resolution.

      Firstly, months ago I ordered some scrubs, and returned them in storeand the last didnt want to give me a refund so she offered me A GIFT CARD. Now, with this gift card, I repurchased some items ( this is the order number: P1114067783). I didnt like these scrubs either, so I went to go return these items& both store clerks acted like they didnt know what to do with my return because I used a split payment method (debit card and gift card). I literally told them I did not have the gift card anymore, and they went ahead and processed the return anyway and stated Ill just get an email. Like how does no one know the return policy? At this point its theft because I have yet to recieve a refund or gift card that was promised to me. Im tired of shopping here and while prefer they just give me my money back! **************** was no help because apparently they sent my complaint to the wrong department and its never been resolved. They then claimed I would get an e-gift card, and they gave me an e-gift card that doesnt work.

      I placed a phone order for scrubs at the *********, ** store on 4/22/25 and my son was going to pick them up the following day. for me (4/23/25). At checkout over the phone I was told my 1st 2 cards (debit cards) did not go through. Store manager switched registers and I gave her my Discover card and she said that went through. Before I hung up I asked if she was sure they all didnt go through and she said the first 2 did not have a transaction number. Photos I sent will show you they went through and as of today 4/26/25 no pending refund on either. The store did refund my Discover. I have attempted to resolve this for 4 days and I feel like Im getting the run around. Today, when I called I was told a refund was issued but the store manager told me last 4 digits of a card that isnt mine. I just want 1 of my debit cards refunded money.

      I first placed a scrub order with this company in November, this scrub order was unfortunately stolen after being delivered one month after the first order placement date, so I placed another replacement order. This second order was placed on December 26th, 2024. I was told it takes approximately 15 business days to complete the order. I called on January 15th to receive and update and they stated that the items were still being embroidered with my jobs custom embroidery that is required. I called again on January 28th for an update, and again I was told that the scrubs were being embroidered. I called again today, February 20th, for an update, and I was told that all of my items were out of stock, and that it would be approximately 15 business days for my items to return back to stock. I have spent over 100 dollars of my own money, and I feel that I am being lied to. I need these scrubs to comply with my hospital policies. I dont know if there is anything the BBB can do for me, I want my items delivered as soon as possible, but an investigation into this company should be had or they need to stop saying it will take 15 business days. Many of my coworkers have said it takes approximately 1 month after the 15 business days for them to receive scrubs. It has been 40 business days since I made this order. This is unacceptable.

      bought set of scrubs with name embroidery on 12/8/25, never received so contacted on 1/17/25 and they mail just the top without bottom and when i cancelled finally on 2/14/25 they don't refund for the top and asking me to drive 40 miles to nearest store to return as they don't take refunds by mail. Pathetic attitude and non-sense business.

      As a new nurse graduate(12/13/24), I was ecstatic to find out I received a gift card to Scrubs and beyond to purchase scrubs for the new position I was starting in January. I used the gift card to order on 1/18/25. I realized they didnt fit. I made the return 2/1 in store. The manager told me to find a pair and use the gift card. It hadnt been reloaded yet so I went ahead and paid for the bottoms. She said to wait 3 days for it to be reloaded to the original gift card. A week later I received an email for 20% off so I decided to take advantage and use the gift card. The gift card still did not work. I immediately emailed the company to tell them my situation. They emailed me back informing me it needed to be loaded by management manually. I went ahead and gave them a day to resolve this thinking my situation was rare. When I didnt receive an update, I called this afternoon and I explained my situation to *****. He informed me that there is nothing that can be done. I kept asking why it has taken this long and he made it sound like my case is not concerning. I repeatedly asked him if I can speak to someone else and told me there was no one. I questioned him about this happening to other people and how its unfair that their money is just sitting with the company. He first mentioned that its a small company and how issues like this dont get priority. His tone changed when he mentioned that companies like ****** dont go around looking for system errors like this nor to give customers their money back. When you withhold a refund it is a form of theft. When he mentioned ****** I told ***** that his phone call was being recorded since he was making accusations about other companies. He told me that it is now a legal matter and hung the phone up on me. I never mentioned a lawyer or even implied I would take this to a civil lawsuit so Im not sure why he felt the need to insinuate it was a legal matter. What a way to ensure that customer issues will be resolved.

      My husband bought $440 in gift cards. I used the cards on 12/29/24. My order was ultimately cancelled due to items not being available. I was told via email that I was issued a refund on 1/16 back to the gift cards in amount of $420. Gc balance shows $0. **************** is no help. I need my money back!

      I have called and emailed this company and want off the mailing lists! I dont even work in healthcare anymore! They are ruthless and frustrating! It is harassment!!

      Order not being filled and bank account is being pended every Monday night since Nov 4th. Order said it would ship in 7 days when ordered, contacted bank and scrubs and beyond with no answer on how to get the charges to stop occurring/order cancelled. I would like the charges to stop occurring, it is a risk for overdrafting my account. It occurs every Monday night. **** is unable to resolve this issue since the charges are being pended and not taken.

      After submitting the bbb complaint, the company reached out and cancelled my order. I am hoping that the pending charges stop occurring. Thank you.
