  These guys are great!***** and ***** are super professional and hardworking. I had a big office move and they had to move heavy cabinets and desks. They also had to disassemble furniture and put it back together. They both have great attitudes and were a pleasure to deal with. The owner ****** made everything easy to set things up. Would definitely recommend these guys for your next move.

  Quite possibly the worst experience we have ever had with a mover. They lost over $1500 worth of our belongings and stopped responding to our calls. I will be letting the world know how terrible this business is. They sent fake copies of checks they said they sent to me for $162.00 Never received and no where near the amount I had to spend to replace all these items. Not to mention they delivered two boxes of stuff here that belonged to another person. Never picked it up or made good on that delivery. RATING OF ZERO

  This group of men are dishonest, destructive and extremely rude. They were hired for a small move from ** to **. My household goods were left somewhere to get damp/wet and musty. Furniture was not blanketed as it was supposed to be causing damage. Though *** allows 21 day delivery period, they told me that they would deliver with a weeks notice. They strung me along and didnt deliver until the 21st day, They gave me a delivery timeframe of December 21/22 they didnt sow nor Ill call. Then they were supposed to deliver on December 24, but They used the premise that the moving truck broke down and since it was the holiday the truck couldnt be repaired and they couldnt get another truck. I honestly feel they were attempting to give them selves time for my items to dry out and they wanted to be home for Christmas. They didnt want me to watch closely as they unloaded, saying I was in the way, thus I didnt realize that the boxes were damp/wet as they brought them in and sat them on the new carpet. One of them screamed in my face, with my three and five year old grandchildren in the next room, because I called them out for not putting my bed frame together correctly. They left without completing saying they felt intimidated, mind you Im a 61 year old female. I learned from pickup that they do not like to take instructions from a female, I had to have my fiance intervene more than once.This was a horrific experience for myself and unfortunately for my grandchildren.

  STAY AWAY!!! D&H Express Moving were setup as movers thru SOBE relocation. The movers were unprofessional. They did not come within the 2 days estimated. I had to continuously call them. They told me that they were tied up at another customer. They did credit me for that inconvenience. However, when they got to my place, the lead mover, left and was upset because we told him that we had lawyer in our family. The owner called me back that night with the lead mover on the phone. The lead mover said he would come back if I paid $500. I then hang up and called Sobe. The owner and sobe **** stated that they was going to fire the lead mover because they had issue with him before. The next day the movers came back. The truck was not loaded efficiently. When I got me stuff back, I had damage to multiple items and I have missing items. By the way the lead mover from the previous pickup that I was told was fired was there. I did not want him there, but I really needed my stuff off the truck. I have filed a claim and still have not heard from them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

  Sorry for the experience but I the owner did deal with the issue you stated that you did not want him to pick up you stuff and I made sure of that he didn't I had someone else come out and pick up it up and on delivery he was there due to you never saying he wasn't allowed on drop off. The whole crew is fired and we gave you a discount for this inconvenience. We were in contact as well why we were running ;ate and a discount was given for that.   D and H Express Moving were set up to move our things through Sobe Relocation, a broker. I am still at a loss for words as literally every piece of our furniture sustained gouges; not only scratches. My husbands 55 inch tv was destroyed, and my brand new cookware set and computer printer mysteriously disappeared!! And not only was our furniture gouged up, so was our pocketbook for $1100 dollars beyond their contract. All of the other horror stories that you read about D&H Express on this site and others are sadly the truth. And their movers were rude and just did not care. If you are moving-especially long distance-find a good family owned moving company and pay the extra. You will save yourself from brokers pushing goon-squad movers like D&H Express. What a nightmare.

  Sorry for you experience but I am here to try to fix it you need to understand that I as the owner am not on the road and don't have the control how my employees are when I hear good from them and bad and then when I get everyone on the phone its a different thing. The are that did you move they are fired and if you have anything missing please email us at ********************************************************** and we will provide you with he police report and you can press charges. Not ever company is perfect and I am here to fix the problem for the images I can refund you .60 cents per pound that is what you signed off of. For the uncharge you were told before we picked you up you should have denied it. Sorry once again for the experience and I am here to fix it just email me to the email.

  I used a moving broker to move from ***** to ********. They hired D&H Express Moving to move my belongings for me. The mover called me 3 days before my pick up date and asked if he could come early because he didn't want to have to sit in a motel room and wait until my pickup date. I told him I was not prepared to be moved yet and that I still had packing to do and I had errands most of the day that day and could not get started on it until the early afternoon. I also told him I didn't get paid until that Friday and I could not give him the 1/3 payment required until then. So he showed up about 5pm and told me that what I had ordered cost more than what the moving broker quoted me by half. So he told me it was going to cost me close to another 1k to move everything I asked for. I was more than a little upset. I kept telling him that it wasn't him I was mad at, that it was the moving broker. My bill was $2558.53 for 467 cu.ft. I asked the moving broker if I could back out and just get my money back. She stated that she was unable to refund my money, which pretty much threw me into a tailspin. So I told the mover to just take what he could for the amount of money I had originally agreed to. He ended up taking two beds and left the bed frame and headboard to one of them. He took two dressers, a 6ft ladder, and a 6' flatscreen TV. I spoke to the moving broker and she stated that his story to them was that my house was "unsanitary" and he needed a hazmat suit to walk in there. He stated there was cat p*** all over the house. They were unable to provide pictures of this except in two spots where there was puppy ****, not hardly all over my 6 bedroom house. I rented a 200 cu.ft. trailer to pick up the rest of my belongings and most of it fit. They refunded $775 for the other half of my things they didn't take. My point is that the mover lied. He told me one story and them another. And my stuff was supposed to be delivered yesterday and wasn't with no word as to why.

  Sorry for your experience but you need to get on here and speak the truth you know for a fact that you signed off on the cubic feet that you took and when we finished up you then started complaining.Your house was at a point that that workers were coughing and had to have masks on I am mot going to come on here and expose your house and how unsanitary it was and we went threw this we have messages going back and forth.I don't know why you want to sit here and complain like your problem wasn't fixed when it was like you said in your statement that we refunded you the money so I don't understand why are you complaining when you were token care of. Hope you have a great holiday and if there is anything else I can do let me know. We tried to deliver you but you were unable to accept it at that time.

  ***** and O went above and beyond with my transport and delivery. They kept me up to date on delivery day and time. Very professional. They paid particular attention to all fragile items and packed and loaded everything with great care. I give them 5+ stars and recommend these men highly.

  Great service from Tre and ******!! We would recommend these 2 movers to anyone, very dedicated to customer service, safety, and completing the job as they intended to do. Great job!
