  a great moving company, they helped me move from *********** to ******* and they are very committed to their costumers satisfaction.   Recently ended up using D&H Express moving, LLC for a long interstate move since my original movers did not show up. After the booking, I talked to the owners directly and they agreed with a short notice to help out.D&H Express moving service was A++. They had open communication and went above and beyond their regular moving commitment to put my move worries to EASE. THANK YOU so much.I would hire them again when the need arises.***

  ************** was told by Allied *** Lines that they were the best.. What a bunch of bull. They were late showing up and when they did show up one guy did most of the work while the "******* sat around talking with someone to jump start the truck as the lights head been left on all night, and spent the rest of the time talking on the phone while his partner did all the work. Then the ******* informed me we were going to have a discussion. Meaning more money to which my wife and I said no way. They broke a display case, an antique lamp and I have other items missing. It took 4 weeks to get our things. We moved from ******* to ***** and were asked when we wanted it, 4 weeks later they finally showed up. We called every other day to find out where our things were and kept getting excuses. The night before we finally got our stuff the driver called us to let us know they would be arriving the 10th of December and would only take cash. We had a cashiers check ready to give them from our bank. Just like the one they took when they picked up our things. The guy told us if no cash they would hold our stuff and we would have to pay a storage fee. One guy was very nice and professional. The other guy just through totes and and a huge special need stroller on my couch and left it. They would not even load the truck until they had the cash in hand, I called customer service that night and left a message on how they were requesting cash or our stuff would not be delivered. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone, The rudest people and company I have had to deal with.

  Im sorry for the experience you had with the company but I just want to start off and say we dont demand cash and only accept that. If cash is the only thing we accept we wouldnt have took it on pick up. The part you say we would not load up without getting paid Im sorry isnt true because as soon as you signed the paper work we are legally suppose to pick up your stuff with or without payment up front. If you dont pay anything upfront then you owe the full balance in drop off. You told the broker you guys wanted storage so in that case we went by the first available delivery date we take jobs what fit the schedule.

  The only reason this company received one star is to warn others NOT to use ***** Express Moving out of *********. I work for a real estate company and our clients are being scammed by this company. The first quote the elderly couple received was $2,700. Upon their arrival to pack and move, they were told the price would now be $9,000. After their belongings were packed and loaded onto the truck they were told they must pay $25,000 before their belongings would be delivered to a neighboring town. The move is approximately 30 miles, yet their belongings were taken to ********, over an hour away. Scamming the elderly is an all time low!!! We will not stand by and allow our clients to be treated this way. The police have been notified and I plan to make certain this does not happen to anyone else if I can help it.

  Good afternoon. I know what customer this is this is for *********************. With this customer we came there for only to pick up ***** pounds. Ended up taking up two trucks one with an extended cab over head. When its a local move on our paperwork its states our hourly rate. We ended saying this customer and we won the case because we got all the proof and paperwork to provide. So thank you for your false review. I can provide paperwork then I won the case.

  MOVERS WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. SAID THAT THEY WOULD WRAP EVERYTHING AND DID NOT. BROKE A VERY EXPENSIVE TABLE AND A 75INCH TV. TRIED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM AND DO NOT ANSWER THE ****** WAS NOT TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND HELD OUR ITEMS UNTIL WE HAD TO GIVE IN AND PAY. ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE WE FILED THE CLAIM AND MANAGER DOES NOT ANSER THE ***** OR SAYS HE IS OUT OF THE OFFICE AND TO CALL BACK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  Sorry for you experience but first of all when you file a claim you send it to the email and it takes 5 business days some to reach out with emails. For you saying we didnt unload before payment that was told to you before you signed the paperwork and the broker told you as well so I dont see why complain about something you know.

  Unfortunately I used a broker and I had issues getting my stuff picked up. *** pick up was 2 days late. This review is not a reflection of the broker but It is solely based on my experience with ****** *** positive from the company was the movers were very polite and treated my stuff with respect. ***y were careful to not damage my stuff or my place.***** at ***** was helpful and courteous. It would of been better to have more communication while my stuff was in route but he communicated with me at the end regarding cost and delivery window.
