I have online-only subscription to the Post Dispatch because home delivery became too expensive and half the time I never received a paper. My rate was $7.93 a month. This month I see my credit card charged $18.94. When I emailed them for an explanation, I get a reply that there was a price increase in July and they are sorry that I did not get notified of this. Really? They have my email address. I am guessing they didn't notify anyone. How can they expect to raise the price over 200% without warning their customers? No wonder they only have a one-star rating. I keep hearing about the demise of newspapers but the Post is absolutely participating in their own demise. They have no consideration for their customers.

The Post is supposed to be delivered everyday at 6:30 am. The newspaper is delivered to my address anytime between 6:30 - 9 am. Often, I call to make sure the newspaper will be delivered. Unfortunately, it is not delivered! Today, my newspaper never arrived. The customer service representative suggested delivering today's paper with my paper tomorrow. That is not acceptable. The representative suggested creditting me at the end of my subscription. This happens several time a month.

Didn't order the newspaper. Received a statement saying $32.50 a month. Called & told them I didn't order it. I said this isn't my order. The man said he couldn't cancel this subscription cause I ordered it. When I said again that this wasn't mine he said then I didn't have any authority to cancel it. I emailed them & said the same ********* wasn't going to pay for it. Hopefully you can check on this crazy situation.

Haven't received paper in 3 days. Nobody speaks English that's understandable. **************** is no help. Can't connect to upper management....such as district manager for my area. They continue to credit my account but not for the difference that it cost me to physically going out and paying more for a paper. It's so sad trying to keep supporting locally when they outsource their work overseas

We have been subscribers to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for over 45 years. Yesterday, we didn't receive the Sunday paper, on Mother's Day. First, we contacted our delivery man and he said he doesn't work for the paper any more because of problems with the Distributor. He suggested we call the paper. We did and guess what, they don't take calls on Sunday. We didn't receive the Monday paper either. We called the St. Louis phone number on Monday morning at 6:30am when they opened and waited on line for a while and then they recommended not waiting on the phone any longer but opting to receive a call back in the order our call was received. We took that option. When we did received a call back it was from a number in *******, ****. That is not local service. We told them we hadn't received Sunday or Monday's paper. The lady was very apologetic and said that she would report it and that she would try and have our papers delivered late.... maybe by 12:00pm. The morning paper at noon, sorry that is not a morning paper. They have raised the price of the paper so many times and yet their customer service is lacking greatly to say there least. Who is the controlling officer of this paper and why isn't the customer service and delivery process being addressed. Please get these issues resolved for the business reputation for your paper.

I have asked many times for my paper to be delivered closer to my front door as I am using a ****** and am on oxygen. I have spoken to a supervisor and they assured they would speak to the carrier, numerous times, to no avail.

My mother is older and liked receiving the Sunday paper only and was charged $62 a month for Sunday paper only. The Post charges $2.99 every month to send the bill. There was a difference in price every month. For instance, her bill in **** was for $46 and these last two bills were for $62. I suppose they are ripping people off to create revenue, shame on them. She tried to cancel for five months. **************** was an absolute joke. No one would call her back, she kept trying to cancel and was constantly told she wasnt in the right department. **************** kept hanging up on her. To day she made four phone calls before finally having someone help her cancel the paper. She will never subscribe the Post Dispatch again and neither should anyone else. Their practices are despicable. I would like her refunded for the past five months when she was given the run around.

I have not received a Saturday paper for weeks even though I've reported it missing repeatedly.
