I am the *** for my father, ******* ******. He had a door to door salesman sell him a pest control contract that I need cancelled. The address of the service is *********************************************. I tried to handle this with the office manager. She was rude and didnt care to help. My father signed the contract not knowing what he was signing. He is 86 with dementia. I am *** and he is not able to make these decisions. The salesperson lied to him and got him to sign with false pretenses. The sales *** was asked to leave once and kept coming back. He got my dad to sign a contract that he doesnt understand. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS! They came and service my home for literally 5 mins. Didnt even do the mosquito spray that I paid an additional fee for. Serviced a month ago and now have an infestation of ants IN MY HOME, a problem that I did not have prior to being serviced. I called and spoke with ***** and requested a refund and cancellation. She cancelled my account but refused the refund. I requested to speak with a supervisor and she said the only person higher than her is the owner and he doesnt take calls or emails. She then stated that I signed a contracted and that is why she wont issue a refund. ********* services that were stated in the contract were not upheld. She kept offering a reservice..for what? So I can have even more ants in my home?! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOTAL SCAMMERS!The pictures shown below are only a couple areas that are infested. I had to spray windex on them to kill them..still have more coming in! I just want a refund to be able to cover the cost of what it will take to get the ants out of my home!Business Response

This feedback has been reviewed, and the concerns are taken seriously. According to the records, a service agreement was signed on May 8, 2025. The agreement outlines that an increase in pest activity can be expected during the initial stages of treatment, as products work to disrupt existing nests. Over time, with regular treatments, pest populations are expected to decline as protective barriers are established and maintained.
An initial service was completed, and a follow-up call was received on June 2 regarding an increase in ants and other pests. At that time, it was explained that this is a normal part of the treatment process. A complimentary reservice was offered and scheduled for June 9 as outlined in the agreement, which states: "If you see more than the occasional pest around your home, please call...for a complimentary retreat!" No concerns regarding the thoroughness or duration of the initial visit were mentioned during that call. A second call was received on June 6, during which a refund was requested and a cancellation was initiated. As communicated, the agreement includes a $200 cancellation fee. Because the reservice was declined and the account was canceled, that visit was removed from the schedule.
It is important to note that what was experienced is not uncommon early in the service cycle. The outlined resolution in such cases is to provide follow-up treatments, at no cost, to ensure the issue is resolved. That option remains available, and the account may be reopened at any time to resume service. However, as services were performed and the standard resolution was declined, a refund cannot be issued. Every effort is made to address pest issues thoroughly and professionally, and the team remains available to assist if continued service is desired.

I have had a service contract with the company for 1 year,I hired them to treat my mole concerns. I was assured they specialize in these issues unlike other companies. Before hiring them, I was treating moles myself and keeping them to back of my yard. During the time I have had multiple complaints regarding service tx being NON-EFFECTIVE. They had re- treatment performed, the moles progressively got worse. Their own technicians told me tx was not working, but they would continue doing it because I was unable to cancel my contract or would be charged additional for early cancellation even knowing the service was not helpful. I now have landscaping that has to be repaired at my expense. Total cost for 1yr contract was ****** and now I also have to repair landscaping for additional cost??I contacted the company and spoke with the management. He said sorry for your issues we are unable to resolve. He stated he can take a look into tx and give additional services if I continue with services. I informed him I was canceling services since my contract is completed. He informed me there is nothing they can do and NO refund can be given. Thank you for bringing forward concerns regarding the pest control services provided by No Mo Pest Solutions.
It has been noted that services began in May 2024 and included general pesticide treatments as well as mole-specific treatment.A copy of the service agreement was sent to the customer upon signing via email on May 31, 2024. As outlined on this agreement, regular treatments are a key component of maintainingprotective barriers and preventing pest issues from reoccurring. The agreement also states that if more than the occasional pest is observed, a complimentary retreatment may be requested by calling the service line.Throughout the service period, recurring general pest control treatments were performed as scheduled, and follow-up visits were completed upon request. Multiple contacts were made expressing continued concerns regarding mole activity. In response, additional follow-up services were offered, and during a call on April 2, 2025, it was communicated that property damage related to mole activity could be reviewed if supporting documentation was provided.
During that conversation, it was indicated that reimbursement was preferred. However, as mole treatment constitutes only one part of the comprehensive service package delivered, a refund could not be offered. The request was reviewed in light of the overall services rendered.
To continue investigating the concerns regarding property damage, photo documentation may be submitted to **************************************** Upon receipt, the information will be reviewed for further assessment.

While we understand the frustration this may have caused, we are following through with our contract signed by the customer. Per the contract, the customer has agreed to get ********* services done while being charged $40 monthly to break down the quarterly cost. The customer also agreed to the fees of ****** if the contract were to be cancelled before the set end date. The customer has been serviced twice and the account closed out on 3/13/2025 due to being past due for too long with no response to us after multiple attempts at contact. I paid approx 200 dollars to Nomo Solutions for pest control. The company came out once to spray after the first payment but never returned but continue to charge. I couldn't cancel or get a refund. Dates for services are notated on the agreement with a (S) next to the amount due on the calander. Two services were provided for the customer and appointment notes for those services have already been attached to this messsage thread. In total the customer has paid $130 to our company, covering the first four months of services as outlined in the agreement. A copy of this agreement was sent to the customer the day of signing via email. Our company has recieved no calls from the customer that match their number on file. However, there have been multiple attempts to reach the customer through phone call, text, and email on our end. I cancelled the service agreement I had with this company yet I received a text that a technician was coming out to service my home. I called the company and they said they couldn**;t locate my cancellation. They said the only option I had was to allow the serviceman to come spray and then I could cancel. *** Johnson signed a service agreement with NOMO Pest Solutions. The cancellation policy for customers past the 5 general services is as follows, Upon completion of this agreement, treatments will continue at the same frequency until cancelled by the customer with a 30 day written notice. If the 30 day notice is not received, customer agrees to receive the scheduled service and pay the full price of that service.
On 10/3/24 the customer called in to reschedule his appointment for October and stated that he may want to cancel after that service. He was told to call us back after the service on October 14th if he did want to cancel. He agreed to call back once he wanted the account closed. The next call we received was on 1/6/25. At that time he had a service due within ************************************************************************************************ the cancellation policy. We did not refuse to listen to the phone call, we let the customer know there was no call from 10/14/24. Every phone call that comes in is recorded by our system and there were no calls between 10/3/24 and 1/6/25.

I had cancelled service with this company and they showed up to do another service which I told them no and then are trying to bill me stating I didnt give them enough time. They now want me to cancel in writing and that they would only except this as cancellation of services. They keep trying to bill me and send emails which I keep blocking from different emails and txting me constantly which I have also blocked. I truly regret ever having them do bug control and wish I had never heard of this company. They started out well giving me a few days notice of when service was going to be done but their last few times they sent no notice and would just show up wanting to do service which is the reason for me canceling service with them in the first place and this last time was no different. I have tried to work it out with them but all they want is money for service that wasnt even performed to which I will never pay for. However, upon further review of the contract for ******* ****** his agreement was prior to this policy and only states "Upon completion of this agreement treatments will continue at the same frequency until cancelled by the customer."
The only balance on the account was due to not receiving a notice 30 days prior to a service to cancel the account. Due to this we have waived the remaining balance, and the account is closed. We apologize to ******* for missing this in earlier conversations and wish him the best!

Im glad that they have finally closed this account and are not wanting to keep pushing this issue with canceling their service. Now why couldn't they do this from the start? And how they insisted on trying to get that one more service charge without doing the service is a problem and I hope people get to see this problem with the company. I did some reading of reviews, if I would have done this at the beginning I could have saved myself some headaches, and I kept finding that others were having the same issue with this company and I hope that others will read this and really think about how this company operates before they are stuck entering into a contract and be in this same situation as many others including me now have been. Customers BEWARE!! *** so much for getting involved and for doing what you all do so well. I guess there is no reason to keep this case open as they have finally said they are now going to leave me alone and that my account with them has been closed. I just hope that my statements can be saved and added to the others for people to see and that it hopefully saves someone and helps them from making a huge mistake and enter into a contract with this company. My husband and I signed up for services after a salesman came to our front door. We signed up and paid their fee upfront was advised that it was a year long contract. At first the services were provided and a card on the door indicated that the services were in fact provided. Towards the end of the contract, it was advised that the services were provided, but there was no card on the front door indicating that. I was at home all day on the scheduled day for service and no one showed up and we were still charged for the service that we did not receive. My husband tried to contact NOMO and they refused to cancel our services and refused to resolve the issue. My husband ended up removing our payment information since we are not getting the services that they are trying to charge us for. And we are not wanting the service any longer. Since then I continuously get text messages and calls about our account being past due for services that we did NOT receive NOR do we want anymore since the lack of integrity the company has shown.Business Response

We've attached a screenshot of the technician's tracker from that service, showing that he arrived at about 11:03 and was at the correct property. He left notes that he knocked, but no one answered. Nomo pesolutions did not provide service. The last 6 months they kept charging me. I emailed them about the issue. And they assured me that someone would come out. But no one ever did so I then emailed them to cancel my account at which point they made it very difficult too cancel. And after I canceled they said I still owed the money and reported that oh. they came door to door selling the insect treatment around the home. they come quarterly. it was ****** every visit. I tried to cancel with them in December 2023 , they told me I could not I had to wait 1 year. They never contacted me prior to showing up for treatment, they would just show up and charge my card roughly every 3 months. They were suppose to always let me know in advance when they were going to treat, they DID 1 TIME when they first started treating. I have been out of state a lot this year dealing with a death in the family. Oct 8th their technician actually rang the door ****, I spoke with him through the ring , I told them not to treat since I have been wanting to cancel the service. he said that's fine and left, He did not treat anything. then a few hours later in lengthy text messages with someone from NOMO they are telling me I have to pay the ****** and I have to give 30 day notice to cancel. they are texting me and calling me wanting payment for a service not rendered. Also when I told them I tried to cancel in Dec 2023 I feel that they had way more than ******************************************************************************** a text that they asked for verification of the address and I never gave that to them. I never received a text asking for anything. But I was also told today, that I couldn't have canceled in December with out "paying out my contract" they are telling me they are sending this to collections , and going to charge late fees BUT THEY NEVER DID THE TREATMENT! The customer signed a contract with ********************** to complete 12 months of services which started June of 2023 and would have been completed May of 2024. As stated in the contract If for any reason the contract is cancelled before completion of the 12 Months minimum 5 contractual services, and the initial service has been performed, the
customer agrees to pay the full initial service charge if any discount was given. Upon completion of this agreement, treatments will continue at the same frequency until cancelled by the
customer with a 30 day written notice. If the 30 day notice is not received, customer agrees to receive the scheduled service and pay the full price of that service. On 10/08/2024 Customer requested to cancel services, we responded 10/08/2024 Stating "Thank you for reaching out. We noticed that you sent a message regarding cancellation back in December; however, we did not receive a response to our follow-up message, so the account remained active. Since then, we haven't seen any further attempts to contact us." Customer did not complete cancellation with Nomo, the account remained active and services were continued as normal with emails being sent before each service to inform customer that we were coming to service the home. Customer would have had additional fees to pay to cancel the contract in December per the agreement, those payments were not made, again the account remained open and active and the customer was given sufficient notice of the continuation of services.Initial Complaint

Signed up verbally for service to have home sprayed for bugs. Quarterly. Called to cancel service. Person on phone agreed. Continued to get texts about coming to home to spray. I sold the home. I told them that. They still came and sprayed. They are trying to bill me and charge late and NSF fees. I do not have a recording of the calls. I do have texts with business about selling the home and cancelling service. They are now threatening me with collection service. The contract was one year. I completed the year.
