  I cancelled my service in June before the treatment was due , because of terrible service from this company Company said have to give them 30 days notice I said ok Please consider this my notice to cancel service after this treatment Paid for that treatment which I did not get, representative just sat in truck then left Service should be cancelled Company came out again on September *********************************************************************************************************************************************** Had to ask him to please leave my property 3 times while he was mouthing off at me before he finally left My brother was there sitting on porch with me luckily

  This company is a JOKE!! they have been unprofessional and incompetent in coming to my house and providing the services they say they provide. Ive had nothing but problems since I signed up with them June 1st!! They were incredibly late to their next day appointment and poorly treated my yard. It didnt solve anything. They sent another person out a week later and this did okay for a few days and then stopped like nothing was ever treated. They were supposed to come out on 8/7 but I got an email saying they could not make it out and they would come out on 8/8 next day. NO ONE SHOWER UP. I was home all day. Ive been calling the ********* location multiple times a day since and leaving voicemails. Ive sent emails. I finally got someone on the line after 30 minutes today FRIDAY 8/11 and the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She told me she could not refund me for no serviced and proceeded to tell me Id pay a $200 cancellation fee!! How freaking ridiculous!!!!!! Do not use this company!!

  The verbal agreement with the representative was not what was delivered , amongst other discrepancies. This company is untruthful and it's premeditated. Beware

  Do not go with this company. They charged my mother $279.00 to get her yard sprayed and it should have been less. The salesperson was ******.

  NOMO Pest Solutions is a horrible pest company. The company has been here twice and the First experience was they sprayed around half the house and then used a hand spreader and walked across part of the yard and was done within 5 minutes. The Second experience was even worse, the tech only sprayed around the front of house and threw a hand full of pellets in the back yard and was gone. Do not use this company because they say that is a treatment and will charge you 260 dollars to cancel

  Good evening,
  I have an issue, and I am hoping that you can assist since it pertains
  to your business. On May 5th, 2023, your "manager"/best friend/
  employee, ****** ******* came to ***** *******'s, I live here and was
  witness to the entire conversation, residence offering products for pest
  control. We signed up since we needed it. This is where it goes
  completely south, one guy "supposedly" visited the house at ** ******* ****** ** *****, but there was no sign that any work had been done.
  ***** called, and they said that they would send someone else out the
  following Wednesday. So, today, your guy comes out and does the worst,
  most ridiculous job on the planet. *** spent literally 15 minutes doing
  nothing, also spun around in a circle, spraying whatever chemicals he
  had in a small circle. He used the giant toilet bowl scrubber around the
  porch and left. Literally 15 minutes of work. According to the contract
  signed there was supposed to be grub spray to help get rid of the
  moles, both front and back yard, back yard was not touched, even though
  it was agreed to in the contract. The inside of the house was supposed
  to be done as well, which was not. Im sorry if this is your business
  moto, or maybe you just allow your company to hire garbage employees,
  but this is completely unacceptable. When we called your St louis branch
  to cancel the services, because they were not what was promised, we
  were told that someone would come back out. This is ridiculous, why
  would we want to have someone return when they couldn't get the job done
  right the 1st time. You know that whole "fool me once shame on you,
  fool me twice shame on me" saying. Contract is null and void if
  products, and services, promised are not completed. Which they weren't.
  Asked to not be charged for the services not provided, and your guy
  laughed and still charged us. Please do the right thing and refund the
  money. I would really hate to make this public, considering you already
  have SO many ****** reviews.

  They are terrible. My mom passed and I wanted to cancel and they wanted to charge be 250 to cancel or 90 to spray or they would take estate to collections I chose to pay 90 for nothing - blackmail. Dont use them

  They don't follow their contract, but they hold you accountable for your part. I have noticed the amount of cancellation (termination) fee is different for everyone. I informed them that they didn't have updated information, but they kept running info they had(don't listen). I closed my account, but it was not closed and they kept charging. So owe more than originally should. Have proof to show that, have proof of all conversations. If I no longer have a yard. Why and how would I continue a contract? I wish, I knew how to stop this from going to collections. I don't owe this debt! The collections company should just disregard any collection that comes from this business because of the bad business that they do. They seem to s**** a lot of people over and seem to be getting away with it.

  This company makes you sign a contract, does not provide the services that they are contractually obligated to provide, and charges you for canceling.Do not use NOMO Pest Solutions. This company will make you sign a contract, one that you have abide by, but they do not. The quarterly service that they provide is very poor. The technicians are in and out of your property within a few minutes. There is no way that they can properly service a home in that amount of time (as they are contracted to do). The product that they apply does not make a difference, as I seem to have just as many pests around the house as I did a year ago when NOMO started service. When I signed up, I asked for specific notes to be included for my home (which they confirmed in a phone call). Of my four services, not once has the technician serviced the home as directed. They do offer free reservices, and they lean on that pretty heavily if you call to complain about the scheduled service. You should not need to consistently call in and schedule reservices for a simple task that should be completed correctly the first time.I recently called to cancel my service, exactly as I was instructed to months ago. Now they claim that I have one more $109 service to complete (as per the contract), or I have to pay the $200 early termination fee. So, now I'm stuck paying the lesser of the two options. I will be calling back for several free reservices as well so I can at least feel like I am getting something for my $109 I have to pay. My guess is that the product will not change anything, but I will at least be paying for someone to knock down spiderwebs all over the property. Again, you will be required to sign a contract if you choose NOMO Pest Solutions. There is a good chance that you will not be satisfied with your results, and then you will be stuck paying a minimum of four more quarterly service fees or a $200 termination fee. Save your time and money. Find a better solution.

  The company charges ridiculous rates, technicians don’t show up, when they do, the services the wrong house or did the bare minimum.
  My contract ended in February and the company charged me in March. They offered resurfacing as if I missed the appointment instead of giving me my money back! I’ve asked for the service to be rendered when I’m at home and set up the appointment as such. They show up IF and When they want to. I have cameras they never pick they up arriving, walking around not leaving.
