  What a bunch of morons! Sent me a text saying i owe $400.00 for service on October 17 2022. Also sent me in the text they were going to mess with my credit score, and an email of my contract, which states July 2021 - July 2022. My math is pretty sure my contract was over 3 months prior. i have time stamped video evidence that shows nobody showed up, also my neighbor viewed his camera's and his camera's showed nothing on October 17 2022 of any nomo pest tech showing up. He will be a very prominent witness in court, he is a 20+ year police officer in our town.

  NOMO is a terrible company; they do not have integrity. **************** and management dont care either. Long story short, **** was supposed to stop by my house on a day they chose, at the end of the day I realized no one came to my door to let me know they were there to spray my house, after reviewing my cameras around my house. I noticed a NOMO vehicle drive down the street come back, passed my house then turn around back to my house, driver put something inside my mailbox and proceeded to leave without getting out of their car and ringing my doorbell or even applying their pest solutions on my property. I came home, checked my mailbox, and in there was a postcard stating that I will be charged for their services. (Which again was never done, the driver never got out of his NOMO vehicle). I called and immediately informed them of the situation, I told them that I do not want them back on my property. Unfortunately, their technician screwed up and luckily, I have cameras on my property, and I pay attention its sad because if it was done to me, how many more people they have done it to. They kept saying that they will send a technician back out and again I had to reiterate that I dont need them anymore to cancel my agreement they refuse to and informed me that for them to cancel I would need to pay $250 dollars to terminate my agreement. I informed them the only reason why this agreement was being terminated was due to them not obeying the same agreement, if Im supposed to obey it, they are supposed to do their job when they say they will, and luckily, I checked because if I didnt, they would have charged $100 dollars for a job that was not completed. Their so-called manager ***** did not care was so ever, she kept repeating herself, I again told her that I just want to cancel, not asking for money back, and that I will not be paying the termination fee, just end my contract. I informed her that they are liars/thieves and are scamming hard-working people.

  She also refused to give me any of her supervisor's information, that I could do whatever I wanted, and that they are not thieves "even though after calling my bank, they tried running my debit card multiple times". ***** did not care and did not show any sympathy, she was so professional that she ended up hanging up on me.
