      Panera Bread in *********** ** used to be clean, their employees used to be kind and attentive. Nowadays everything has changed. The place is dirty, the restrooms are not hygienic, employees are careless. It is not a good option to go. Food continue being ok.

      I dont drive and had my grandson staying with me. I ordered Panera as he likes the Broc cheddar soup. I ordered 1 bowl and 1 cup of it and a peach blueberry smoothie. My total came to $*****. How out of whack is that? Never ever again!!!! I live on small income but wanted to splurge for grandson to have soup he enjoyed but Panera is robbing ** by charging $2.00 extra on each item ordered if you want delivery. This is true robbery!! Can you believe mediocre Panera charging $ ***** for 3 items 2 being soups not even in bread bowls? ? And tip for driver besides fee?? There food quality has gone down and prices and gouging up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I stopped by with my parents to eat at the *******************, ******** location. The menu on the far wall was in small print. I am in my 50s and my parents near 80. We could not read the small print very well. The attendant got tired of us trying to read the far wall menu and give her our order. She politely stated we could try the kiosk order station. So we did. However, we could not figure this out very well, the kiosk system, and there was someone behind ** wanting to use the kiosk. So, we gave up and decided to ask for a real hold in hand menu. When we waited in line again and got to the counter, we were told that they do not have physical menus. Great job Panera for disregarding senior citizens who are not used to technology and have failing eyesight. I feel discarded by this company. I feel I was not worthy of any of their consideration. I did speak to the manager on duty, but she was no help, but was polite.

      I used a link provided to sign up for two months of free sip club. I was immediately charged and once realizing it, within about 90 seconds cancelled the subscription. I requested a refund as this was a mistake and was told that was not possible. **************** was not helpful at all and no one tried to understand what happened. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.

      I got charged when I was sitting at home from Panera Bread here in town it's right down the street, so I called and they said I signed up for the sip unlimited and that the two first months are free so it must be over with he said. I told him I don't eat at Panera bread and haven't been in a Panera Bread I don't even know when. They refused to refund me and said they would give me a 15 dollar credit and I don't even eat there, I just want my money back!!!!

      I have loved Panera for years, but unfortunately, after my recent terrible experience I will not return. Panera had an unlimited sip club free three months. Signed up and they immediately charged my card. Contacted them, they gave me credits for food or something. I called and cancelled the unlimited sip club before the free trial was over. Come to find out they didnt cancel it and have been illegally charging me. They refuse to refund the months Ive paid despite cancelling it and keep citing terms and conditionsPanera is a wildly unethical lawbreaking company and I wont go back. Dont sign up for the unlimited sip club unless you want to be paying for the rest of your life

      Was offered the unlimited sip club for 2 months free. So I go to sign up and it asks for card information which I assumed would be charged once free two months was over. Nope! Was charged for the subscription anyway. There was nothing that said I was actually ineligible for the offer. I have been on hold with their customer support for 15 minutes and counting. Have yet to reach a real human to speak with.

      I've spent sooo much time trying to cancel the Panera sip club Membership. Finally was able to email them, they best reply. At this point, I am so angry. Their business practice is bad, just wrong!!!

      Panera Bread does not take accountability for their actions loredes a cob salad with avocado and extra avocado
      PANERA BREAD delivered my salad and when i started eating my salad there was cut up avocado skins cut up all in the salad due to their negligence my tooth broke I reported the issue to Panera Bread they did not care Panera Bread did not accept any accountability and their insurance adjuster offered me $200 and ******** ********* are saying they don't how this happened and it's not on their end and yet they offered me $200 I provided PANERA BREAD X RAY and my dental bill and Panera Bread declined my case avocado skin can do dangerously damage to anyone and they know this I have pictures and the receipt for this salad and PANERA BREAD of MACON GEORGIA. still will not take accountability for what happened this is the worst customer treatment I ever experienced

      The customer service at Panera Bread has been disappointing. There seems to be a constant turnover in staff, resulting in new faces behind the food counter each week. Unfortunately, this has led to mix-ups with orders and a lack of consistency. Additionally, the ordering kiosk is unreliable and often fails to register orders, leading to confusion and longer wait times. It is frustrating to wait for 30 minutes for your order, only to be told it will take another 15 minutes, and then to see your order mixed up with someone else's. Furthermore, instead of properly maintaining the kiosk technology, the manager humiliated a customer, which added to the negative experience. Today, I felt so humiliated by some of the food counter associates and the store manager.
