      Terrible bat product. Tried reaching out to service **** w/no response. 2nd ******************* bat has bent. A waste of money and no help from the company.

      I am writing in response to a letter I received from Rawlings Baseball Company, in which they have denied honoring the warranty of a recently purchased bat. Their claim is that the bat has been altered, which they state voids the warranty. I would like to respectfully assert that this claim is completely inaccurate and unjust.The bat in question was purchased brand new and used only by youth baseball players. It was taken directly out of the wrapper and used in the manner for which it was designedno modifications of any kind have been made. It has not been rolled, shaved, or tampered with in any way. The bat began showing signs of failure after a very short period of normal use, and I initiated a warranty claim with Rawlings in good faith.Their refusal to honor the warranty based on an unfounded assertion of alteration is deeply disappointing. Not only does it lack supporting evidence, but it also dismisses the integrity of the consumer. I believe this response is both unfair and contrary to the spirit of the product warranty, which is meant to protect customers from manufacturing defects.I respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau review this case and assist in facilitating a fair resolution. I am happy to provide any additional documentation, including proof of purchase, photos of the bats condition, and correspondence with Rawlings.

      I am writing to express my disappointment with both Rawlings and Better Baseball regarding the exchange policy for a defective bat.On December 20, I purchased a bat from Better Baseball after completing a bat fitting and making full payment. Unfortunately, the bat dented in early Februaryless than two months later. I promptly initiated an exchange with Rawlings for a replacement Mach Ai -10.Given my dissatisfaction with the durability of the bat, I reached out to Rawlings to inquire about paying the difference to upgrade to a more proven model. Rawlings denied this option, stating that only a direct exchange was allowed. I then contacted ***************, hoping for some flexibility or assistance, but they too refused to accommodate an upgrade, even if I covered the difference in cost.I find this policy unreasonable, particularly as I have no history of fraudulent returns and have only ever returned one bat in my lifetime. It seems unfair to be forced to accept a replacement for a product that did not hold up under reasonable use, without any opportunity to upgrade to a more reliable option.I would greatly appreciate it if Rawlings and Better Baseball would reconsider their stance and allow customers like me to upgrade a defective product by paying the difference, rather than being stuck with an item that clearly did not meet expectations.I have served customers as a customer service representative for 12 years, so I understand the challenges of handling legitimate concerns. However, the way this situation has been handled does not reflect a commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe that putting customers first and offering reasonable solutions should take precedence over rigid policies that sweep everyone into the dishonest category.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope sharing my experience will encourage both companies to reconsider their policies and make customer satisfaction a priority.

      I bought a Worth bat from a retailer (CheapBats), after one month, the bat cracked after normal use. Nothing egregrious whatsoever. My claim was accepted and returned the bat. I was sent a bat replacement that was completely unacceptable in comparison to the bat I had. It was a different weight, cheaper quality, and had been on sale for less than what I paid for the bat I wanted at other vendors. Rawlings let me return the warranty bat for a replacement. Rawlings has no inventory whatsoever at this point online and I'm trying to find a resolution to get me a bat that si satisfactory. Emails and calls are impossible. I've called and been told i'd get a call back. I've sent dozens of emails and every email response takes 14 days or more to get a response. It's October 11 and it's been since August and there's been no customer service at all on this. I don't want to do this but how is such a large company so poor at response times and help for these issues? It's appalling. I just want a bat that's USA certified and slowpitch with a weight 25oz/34 that's pretty darn common. Like someone please get back to me to figure this out. It *****.

      Bought two items, a blue and pink heart of the hide glove ORDER #R01489678 and a 2025 hype fire ORDER #********* and the bat ended up lost and I received and email 6 WEEKS after ordering the glove telling me it was out of stock when I ordered it. Terrible company to order baseball equipment from. They dont even know what they have in stock. They were 0/2 on completing my orders. STAY AWAY.

      I ordered the Mantra, and the k*** broke off the bat as soon as my daughter took the wrapper off. We ordered another one through Rawlings. There was no warning on their website that they would be closed for a full week, and I need the bat this week. It said 2 days shipping when I ordered it. After trying all day to contact customer service, they're telling me that it will be a full week from now before the company reopens for shipping. They won't cancel the order so I can buy elsewhere. I have to wait for the bat, return it, and wait on a refund. Their customer service is non-existent. Do not order from Rawlings!

      I will never buy or recommended this company to any of my friends or family after my bad experience with them. I place an Order In Nov 22 2023. The Shipping said. You will be receiving Your Item on Dec 22, 2023. 10 days. I paid for 3 days Shipping $10.00. I chat with them and they say you need to wait because is not in werw warehouse yet. i paid 3 days shipping for faster shipping. They are a scammer. Do not buy them BEWARE

      ****** bat bought for my kid was a waste of money. 2 of the same bats broken in less than a month each. Multiple players in league with same issue. They will only give me the same junk bat back and my son cant even usenit anymore, hes too old now. Their garbage product ruined whole season, they wont refund my money or give me a usable replacement.

      If you buy a custom glove there's a chance it's not right and when you try to contact them they don't respond, like if I'm gonna wait for a month, is that not plenty of time to get it right?

      The individual sent an email to the general Rawlings mailbox on 8/2 and it was answered on the same day. The glove was ordered as submitted on our website. The customer apparently did not submit the configuration that included the name the glove. Unfortunately, it was the customer's mistake. If there was previous correspondence, i was not able to locate it.

      Ordered a custom glove. They said it would be 6-7 weeks and it showed up in less than 4. Very happy with their speedy time and how pristine the glove looks.
