      I'm a little league coach for **** yo and purchased bat 4/20/22. The Prodigy *** Youth bat was used for summer and fall league 2022 before bending into a banana 5/2023. The kids are learning to hit and none have the strength to cause the deformation. It also dented. Save your money. It wont last. Rawlings wont honor warranty after 13 months either, despite our weather being winter for 6 months and unable to use the bat. How disappointing from a company I have bought from all my life.

      Our bats carry a one year warranty. The claim was requested after the warranty expired. I reviewed the pictures and the bat had been used extensively.

      Signed up online for a promised discount, started getting email ads immediately- but no discount.
      Code finally arrived, and it did not work when trying to order a glove. No reason, just would not apply.
      I reached out for help, auto reply said I would hear within 1-2 days. Nothing.
      Three days later I tried again to get help.
      Crickets.
      The irony is that they now have a fantastic sale that would be worth me ordering a glove. But no. Terrible service is not ok.
      The WORST customer service is NO customer service.

      I will never buy or recommended this company to any of my friends or family after my bad experience with them. They lack customer service and wont respond to emails , calls, or the chat. My dad had bought a super expensive item from them but sadly we had ordered the wrong handed glove and wanted to return it and order the correct one. After forever of waiting for a response to help me with the return process , I took matters into my own hands and got the return label all by myself through their website. We returned it , it had arrived to them, and nothing. No refund , nothing. Almost a month later and no one responded to my emails concerning this so today my dad decided to contact the bank so that they could take the money out of their accounts and send it back to my dad by force just like the bottom comment did. I didnt know you could do this until now until I read that comment so if anyone is getting their money stolen by these guys please go through your bank and they will give you the money back.

      They never respond. I emailed them for a return and no response. I then went online and found out how to do the return process on my own and took the glove to **** It says they got the glove and are working for my refund but its been TWO WEEKS ALREADY. How long does the refund process take???? No one answers when I try asking about it so looks like Ill have to report this to my bank so that they can force the money out of them.

      I ordered a custom glove with an estimated ship date of 6-8 weeks the beginning of November which was 8 weeks ago. When I called to check on it, they said that it would not be sent out now until at least January 23rd which is 11 weeks since the order date. That is almost Double the estimated delivery! The customer service is rude! I will NEVER order from this company again!!!

      The lack of customer service is completely unacceptable!!! I ordered a very expensive custom glove for my son for Christmas and was dismayed when they sent me a custom glove for someone else's kid (Gabbi). So, I called **************** and they said to send them an email with pictures of the glove and they would attempt to find out who ordered the glove belonged to. In the meantime they tell me my order was filled, not correct as Rep later acknowledged. I sent the email a week ago and no response to date. So I call **************** today to try and square away so both Kids get their big gifts for Christmas. BUT..... Guess What Rawlings Company is already out for the Holidays??? But I notice you can still order from them on the website BUT.... they are just not willing to help a Customer who has already spent their money to fix something Rawlings Screwed Up!!!
