  I like the service never used the service because i didn't really need it but ***** from customer ********************** was very helpful in all the way possible even helping me cancel my contract thanks ***** A for being such a wonderful and kind person keep on being who you are ??

  I keep getting threatening letters about a vehicle service contract. I want them to take me off their mailing list. The mailings always look like bills, even tax forms. Its very upsetting.

  Very rude individual when i called to cancel.............. argumentative for wanting to cancel and just rude to the core. I was able to cancel and recommend that no one use this company.

  This whole organization is a ****. ***** and ****** are scammers. S**** you too -- for scammers, you are not likable or good as sales. I was placed on hold and *****, "the manager", called me "difficult" to his colleague.... guess you didn't press hold correctly! "So sorry" I did not give into your sales tactics that are ridiculously obvious. ***** and ****** told me my warranty had expired when it did not. I received a VERY real looking letter by them, but all a scam after all. I called my dealership and they told me I am still covered. These guys working for American Service Auto Protection are clearly losers trying to make a sale and LIE to people about warranty expirations. I feel so bad for the people who believe them and hope this organization goes down. The man named *** told me I was removed from the mailing list -- he was the only real sounding person and hope he finds a different organization to be a part of #prayforRob

  **** D my complaint is the same as the ones I have been reading I tried to cancel my policy through two agents and they were both terrible to deal with they don't deserve one star they didn't want me to cancel the policy they came up with all reasons as to why I should not cancel the policy after a lot of back and forth conversation I was told to read the policy which I had already done but cancelation had to be done in writing along with a $50 cancelation which I was trying to avoid by canceling on the phone, I don't recommend doing business with this company.

  They won't let me cancel my policy. Customer ********************** is rude. They demand I give them my bank information. My boyfriend had to close his bank account because of them. A lady and customer ********************** demand I watch a video on *******. I am unsure with this video is all I want to do is cancel my policy. Instead of letting me cancel my policy she asked me why I want to cancel it. I told her I just didn't want it anymore that I did not like that they used three different names. She asked if I got rid of my car. She wants to know more. Alls I want to do is cancel the policy. She won't let me. And I don't know what ******* videos have to do with me canceling my policy. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They call me every other day and tell me to talk to customer **********************. They say that's the only way I can cancel the policy. It's the same lady that calls me everyday. And it's the same lady I get at customer **********************. So how am I ever supposed to cancel the policy if I get the same people and they harass me and won't let me. The only reason they got a one-star rating is because I had to leave a star. Or I wouldn't have put anything there.

  Misleading and predatory mailings. They pose as somehow affiliated with the car dealer or even the car manufacturer- all false. This kind of advertising through the US Postal Service should be a crime.

  Predatory and pushy.I was laid off from work and told them I need to cancel the policy. I'll be selling the car anyways. Yet they refused to cancel it.
