      I've been a member since 2/25/15. Now they are trying to force us to upgrade by taking away the one amenity that we have listed on our contract, 24hr access. Our location, ************ **, has no amenities other than 24hr access, yet they are breaching contracts to force us to pay more, while we get nothing more in return. Such a shame to treat loyal customers this way. Our contracts should be honored. If they want to force upgrades, then they should be upgrading the location!

      I have been a member of Club Fitness for 14 years. You can imagine my disappointment today when I was absolutely humiliated and berated by your staff at the Hampton location. I paid for an energy drink today with my barcode and proceeded to go to my workout class. Your employee *************************, was incredibly rude and entered the workout area , loudly accusing me of not paying for my drink in front of the entire group. This was beyond embarrassing. I was shocked and reminded her that she knew me from another club fitness location, and she proceeded to accuse me of sneaking in to the womens area at the other location in front of everyone. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. When I brought it to the attention of the manager he said hed look into it but I did not even so much as receive an apology. Extremely frustrating experience which I hope will be addressed right away.

      Absolutely terrible! Do not EVER sign any contract with this company. They make it almost impossible to cancel, and even when you DO cancel, they still keep trying to charge your account! I'd advise you to keep every scrap of paper they give you, and take down every name, because even if you have your cancellation in writing, they will still attempt to keep charging you a monthly fee. The only humans you will be able to talk to are at a call center in *****. The cancellation policy via a certified letter is laughable. I no longer live near this gym, and had to drive a great distance to cancel in person. Don't expect the employees you see in person to know how the cancellation will work either, because they don't. Luckily I did save the receipt, which is the only written record of a cancellation.

      Absolutely horrible. I pay $33 a month and thats the minimum payment. I remember when it use to be $10. Once again the owners raise prices to the roof to benefit themselves instead of thinking about the clients. I will never be a club member again.

      This business is a joke! Nobody in the company responds to emails.There is no phone number to contact a human.They sent me a promotion about resetting my account balance. I replied and they didn't respond.I emailed the website and ************* asked me to forward them the promotion for review. I did, and then they never responded. I've called to try and cancel, it's a scam!This entire thing is a scam!Read the ridiculous responses to these reviews from their staff! OMG!This business is a scam and their customer service is non-existent. Good luck joining this trash gym!

      We have checked with our ********************** to see if there are any issues with the ** at our ***** facility. The Director of ********************* said he was at the ***** location on Friday 6/23/2023 and everything felt fine. No one has mentioned any problem with the ** or humidity in *********.       I agree with all the post. When I signed up membership included tanning. Then that was removed only allowing for use of 1 lay down tanning bed. The tanning bed that we are NOW allowed to use has had 7 bulbs that are burnt out for the past month. I was told that they have to wait for corporate to replace and they will be replacing with used bulbs since new ones are too expensive. Why are we paying for tanning in a premium membership??? Wish I would never have changed my gym membership. I have emailed corporate about this issue with NO response.

      You do not have a 'Premium' Membership, you purchased a 'Platinum' Membership which allows unlimited Level 3 tanning. The bulbs were changed in the Level 3 lay down bed last week. We always purchase NEW bulbs when replacing burnt out bulbs; our bulb distributor does not even sell used bulbs.

      I thought club fitness is a customer friendly business, but i was very wrong. This is a owner friendly business. I recently moved out from St. Louis and canceled my membership in-person. today they have charged me again and they gonna charge me two more times according to their ** agreement. when I canceled in-person didn't mention about it. Why you wanna charge someone if your customer doesn't get service for what they pay? Why you make agreements to ***** people like that? yeah, the owner has bills to pay, and others don't. comparing to other gyms, you are charging way too much, and still stealing money without even providing service. I don't this is a long term business structure. this is a "take the money and get the **** outta business structure." Professional scammers. I don't recommend this place even to filthy pigs.

      You signed a 12-month minimum agreement with an early termination Buy-Out fee equal to 3 monthly payments. You only owed 2 monthly payments at the time your cancel request was processed. Rather than charging you an Early Termination Fee over $90, our billing company processed your membership to fulfill the last 2 monthly payments...saving you money.

      Makes it easy to sign up online but for some reason it's IMPOSSIBLE to cancel online. Like I'm sorry isn't this basic business practice that essentially every other company that offer online memberships also provide a way to cancel that membership ONLINE. I didn't have to go ** in person or mail a letter to corporate offices that claims that they can just keep billing me, buy I have to in order to stop? This is just scummy business tactics, blaming it on a third party billing company is ridiculous. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND IMPLEMENT A WAY TO CANCEL ONLINE

      Our cancellation policy is our agreement terms as set forth and governed by the Attorney General. A mailed request must be sent. For convenience, we have also added an in-person, at the clubs option. This has nothing to do with our billing company.

      I signed an agreement on 02/03/2022. My agreement clearly states that kids club and tanning are included. I even used to utilize the red-light therapy. Fast forward, these have been removed from my level of membership (corporate premium) but there has been no adjustment to monthly membership price? Furthermore, there was no notification or action on part of the club to let members know and decide if they still want to pay the same price for less benefits? 4 other members complained of the same thing today all at the same time. That is shady business.

      In reference to the October 1, 2022 amenity changes, Emails were sent out on August 31, 2022. Additionally, in-club signage announcing the change was posted in all locations on August 29th and remained posted until September 30th,2022. (You had several club check-ins during the times the signage was posted.) Also, in your Agreement there is a paragraph RESERVATION OF RIGHTS which states: We may amend the cost of, alter, add, modify and/or eliminate any amenity, program, class or service at our sole discretion.
