      Cancelling is a nightmare! I followed all instructions on their website, wrote a certified letter and mailed to their PO Box a month in advance and even made them one last payment in good faith. They have NOT followed that word they gave on the website and have continued to try and charge me and have sent me to collections when my bank blocked the payments. Do not and I repeat DO NOT go to club fitness. They will scam you out of your money in every way possible.

      The Agreement that you signed was for a minimum of 12 monthly payments. Your 2/17/2023 payment was only your 11th monthly payment. The confirmation email that was sent to you on 3/3/23 advised you that you still owed one more payment to finalize your term, and that your membership will expire on 4/12/23. Please note that your account has not been sent to collections. You may mail your final payment to *********************************************************** or make payment by phone at ************.Thank you.

      I canceled my member ship.Called customer service to ask them why I'm still being charged. I GOT YELLED AT AN BASICALLY TOLD I WAS A LIER..I have never been more disappointed an disrespected.Now I will go to my nearest club an try to get help.club fitness has charged my credit card over $200.00.this is uncalled for an so sad that I have to deal with trying to make things accurate with this business

      Working out is good but they kept reducing ( membership packages ) and the 3rd party billing will just takes ur money with out permission that overdrawns my account ( basically bounced checks ) same 3rd party billing company also does both planet fitness and the edge gym you can not find a place to work out that doesn’t deal with the same 3rd party billing company. They refused to take cash for membership payments

      Canceling membership is definitely a nightmare! I have been a member of Club Fitness for at least five years. Worked out at different locations in ****************** and ********* counties in **. They keep raising prices, taking away and charging extra for things that were once included, such ********** and hydromassage. I therefore attempted to cancel my membership by sending a certified letter to the address listed in the directions for cancellation on the website. It took them over a week to respond. I get an email that my cancellation is only pending and now I had to send an email to notify them of cancellation. I'm contacting my bank for a stop payment before they continue to keep billing me.

All cancels require a written 30-day notice. You mailed yours, it was received 1/9/2023. That marks the 1st day of your 30-day cancel billing period.       canceling is a nightmare and even the replacement fee for a lost id is a joke, their business model relies on ripping people off. you'd be better off doing pushups on the freaking sidewalk than dealing with this awful company.

      Good Morning this is the forth email I have sent to you with no response to this matter. I need this issue resolved ASAP!!!Please review this issue as it is VERY important to me as I can tell it not Club Fitness. I have also went into the clubs for assistance but they cant help. This issue is fault of Club Fitness that my credit is paying the price while I am STILL paying my membership. I want a call from a supervisor so I can have this matter corrected. Emails is not a respectful way or reliable way to handle a sensitive matter To whom it may concern,I have been having issues with this corp regarding my accts since 2020-2021 Prior to the pandemic I had one acct which I am the primary policy holder. I had two other persons on the acct but had them removed prior to 2020)my daughter and mother. On 8/5/21 I contact the customer care to update my billing info as the previous card number was termed and I did not give out the new card number to continue billing until this day, spoke with someone whom was suppose to correct all issues of back dated payments during the pandemic to current as of 8/5/21. The issue was fixed and I continued to use the facilities with no issues. As of 10-17-22 I want to update your new system of key pads using an app to enter the gym. I log onto my acct to find out that it has been inactive since 2020 and I was sent to collections. I contact the customer service again to find out why im in collections when I have payments removed from my banking acct every month. ( bank statements show reoccurring charges of ***** monthly and annual dues paid 10/4/22) I was told that the accts have been switched to somone elses on 8/5/21 with acct number without my consent and knowledge. I want my info removed from collections and the acct to be updated to myself as the primary holder only. I can not get any resolution with any clubs or customer service reps as this is not my error but Club

      My daughter signed up for a one week trial in September 2021, we received paperwork that the trial ended September 28, 2021. One year later they are still taking a monthly fee out of her checking account. Although one employee (******) at the wentzville location has tried to help all the other management has blown me off. “***” was suppose to call me back and did not, I was told to go to their web page which has resulted in nothing. We actually thought they were going to finally stop withdrawing money and I received an email yesterday stating they are withdrawing on October 24th again. I was told she has go to small court to get her money back. Club fitness has no signed contract, and no activity of her ever going to the gym from sept 2021 to present. I use to be a member, my daughters were members in the past and my daughter actually worked at club fitness for awhile. Club fitness must be hard up for money if they have to bill non members. Hopefully my daughter will be in town today to close her bank account so club fitness will no longer bill her and maybe someone at a corporate level can actually refund her money and finally resolve this situation.

      Warning! Anyone who is trying to sign up for any Club Fitness or to sign up with a personal trainer, READ THE CONTRACT. These trainers and associates will lie to your face or without specific information that is crucial when signing up for anything with them. I signed up for the personal trainer pack because the way the trainer explained it to me was misleading. He told me it would be $720 for a session being 3x a week 1 hour long for 3 months. It sounded like a good deal so I hopped on it, I did not read the 7 page contract since I saw no reason for him to lie or deceive me, I was wrong. Apparently it was not $720 in total for the 3 months 3x a week 1 hour sessions instead it was $2160 for the training pack which is 3x more, the way they word it they explain it as a one time payment of $720 but its actually a monthly subscription of $720 for 3 months with no way of canceling since you signed a contract. I spoke to the manager and explained the situation and he told me since I signed a contract I cant cancel early or just pay for the 1 month I used and get the rest of my money back. So I decided to put the training on hold since I was going on vacation and needed the $ and I informed **** (**************** Manager) that I would need it on hold until a month or 2 after I get back to save up some more money to pay off the membership. Boom, a week after my vacation I get hit with another $720 which dropped my account balance in the red and overcharged me because of the overdraft. I called **** and he told me a completely different story now saying it was only on hold till Sep, after I previously told them I needed it on hold till 2 months after I come back not 1 week after. Now all I'm being told is you signed a contract, you signed a contract. Yes I did sign a contract because I didn't expect the people who work at club fitness to deceive someone whos trying to better themselves at there gym.       I have been a member at club fitness for some time. I have recently started Taking my kids to the kids club on Saturday mornings. This morning I went to pick them up after I was finished. This morning was my worst nightmare. They had no clue where my 20 month old son was. I ran in there looking for him while the workers stood there. Heard him screaming in the bathroom. Ran over there only to find it was locked and I was unable to get in. After the door was finally unlocked I found him in there screaming, throwing up and the lights off. I asked once of the workers how long he has been in there. To which the RUDEST employee I have ever interacted with there (*****) told me that she doesnt know and she has 12 kids in there and cant keep an eye on all of them at all times. I went up front to talk to the manager. No help from anyone. The manager was nice, but did nothing. ***** was left in the kids club to help abuse the rest of the children, until I called the police. I was told there was nothing they could do. They couldnt look at the cameras to see how long he was in there until corporate looked at them and gave me that information. But guess what its Saturday, corporate isnt open. They dont have a GM at this location (hoping to get one on Monday) and so there was nothing they could do until Monday. Wouldnt let me see what was in the bathroom he could have gotten into. Wouldnt give me a copy of the incident report. Told me that ***** still has a job there. You can clearly tell none of them had kids or cared about anything besides covering their *****.

      I had the three day trial and went to try my second day. The first time was a great experience, dropped the kids there and everything. The second time not great. I showed up and the front desk proceeded to tell me it's three CONSECUTIVE days. I thought I must have overlooked it but upon checking the pass and the website, I can't find anywhere where it says that. So my first issue of that's the case is it should be made more clear.I then decided I had come this far and would eat the ten dollar one time charge. Was meeting a friend there to workout like the first time. And our kids would play together. The front desk the stopped me and said sorry, we can't take your kid unless you have a membership.Look, it wasnt the end of the world but it was a waste of time. .I'm surprised they did not make an exception as it ses clear it's not a liability issue it's a money issue. Anyways, I'd just try to. More clear on that. I was l close to cancelling ****** ****** in lieu of CF but given that I couldn't even get a hold of an actual person at the location to discuss it seems that avoiding clients is the **. ************* location.
