From EWWW to looks NEW! The communication with Grout Medic is A+! Representatives arrived on the scheduled times from the no obligation estimate to the scheduled work. **** and ******* tackled our dingy 20+ year old bathroom and it looks brand new! The grout and caulk needed to be deep cleaned. The bathroom had caked on hairspray residue, dirt, and just normal wear and tear. This was an excellent way to refresh our bathroom at an affordable and convenient way!

Outstanding! Arrived exactly on time. Made my kitchen floor look better than it did when it was new 14 years ago. Will definitely have Grout Medic back when I have my bathroom floors cleaned and regrouted. Price was very reasonable. ******* did an amazing job really worked meticulously. ******* did a great job. He was here on time (actually early) and spent a lot of time on the job even though it's a small bathroom. He was courteous and friendly and the finished product looks beautiful. And this is an old house with old tile. Extremely impressed!The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis

From the estimate through the completion of the job, Grout Medic employees were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. The technician who repaired the tile and the steam cleaned the floor was on time, courteous, friendly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis

I recently hired Grout Medic to clean, color and seal the grout in my kitchen and dining room and to install fresh caulk at several locations in my home. The guys showed up promptly on time and got right to work. They worked efficiently and quietly, and they were courteous throughout the project. They took the time to explain what they were doing and they answered all my questions when they were done. They did excellent work and I am very pleased with their service.
