"I recently had the pleasure of working with The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis for some tile and grout work in my master bathroom. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional.***************************, who prepared the work proposal, was incredibly thorough in outlining the services they would provide. The communication was clear, and I felt informed about every step of the project. The work itself was completed on time, and I was delighted that they cleaned everything as they worked, leaving no mess behind. This attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free.The quality of the work was exceptional. They re-bonded hollow and loose tiles, cleaned and color-sealed the grout, and re-caulked around the shower pan and shower face. I didnt have to clean a thing after they were done, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and care.Im more than happy to share my positive experience. If you're looking for reliable tile and grout services in the Greater St. Louis area, I highly recommend The Grout Medic. They are professional, efficient, and deliver excellent results."

Grout Medic is awesome. Sales rep gave us an estimate for the work, and provided detailed description of what would be accomplished. Our kitchen, master bath, and shower look as though they were all just installed. Courteous, friendly, and followed through with a very impressive end result. The Grout Medic to the rescue! My husband and I noticed a leak in our first floor ceiling coming from our upstairs bathroom. We knew it was an issue with the shower pan, but couldnt find a provider to repair it until a plumbing company referred us to The Grout Medic! **** did a great evaluation, offered a super reasonable quote, and ***** and his team did truly expert work re-installing and tiling our shower floor. 5 stars for clear communication, utmost professionalism, quality work and efficiency. ******* was awesome!! Super friendly and explained everything before and after. I was able to pick the "new" grout color I wanted so he put on 3 different colors and we discussed them and I am super pleased with the results. I now have "brand new kitchen floors" because I was so disappointed in my grout and how it was "not" performing well.....do not believe that "power grout" is what you want. That was my original and I had no idea it did indeed need to be sealed....I found out the hard way :(Cleaning should now be a breeze and there is a one year guarantee plus my grout should now hold up for 7 years :)And yes, we do wear our shoes throughout our home.The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis
