    I paid for services up until June 1 and they have not picked up my trash. I called them and they keep telling me that they will pick it up but have not done it. They have a regular truck that I see them picking up other people&#**;s trash but haven&#**;t picked up mine. I would like for them to pick up my trash and refund me my money.

    Trash hasnt been picked up in a month. It is gathering outside the house. I have tried to call the company multiple times with no response back.

    They haven&#**;t picked up my trash except one time with a pick up truck. Their dumpster truck is out of commission, it needs a rebuilt motor. I have paid for my trash to be picked through the month of May. My trash has only been picked up one time in a whole month. I would like for my trash picked up every Friday or refund me my money in the amount of $30.00.

    They have only picked up my trash 1 time within five to six weeks. I have left numerous message. When You call during the day to the business there is a busy signal, but when you call after hours you get a voicemail that states that they are running behind and leave the trash out and they will get to it. I have tried to leave a voicemail but the mailbox is full. I am paid up on my trash bill, I would like my trash to be picked up.

    I get my trash picked up on Tuesdays and they haven't picked up my trash since the 21st of March. I called and they said their truck was broke and that they would pick it up in another truck but that didn't happen.  I called again on and they told me it would be picked up by Wednesday. It is now Thursday and my trash still has not been picked up. They have assured me twice it would be picked up and it hasn't yet. There are 2 other customers that also have not had their trash picked up. I called today and they said their voice mail box was full.  I have been a customer of 10 years and my parents have been customers for 30 years. They are normally very good about trash pick up. I have nowhere to put the trash and do not want to be tagged by the City.

    They have start picking up again the trash. When I talk to her, she  did apologize for the truck being broke down and not fixed.

    J&J Refuse has continuously missed week after week of trash pick-up. Numerous attempts on my part were made to resolve this issue and have failed. J&J was paid in full for 2023 and failed to communicate back regarding reimbursement needed to establish a replacement service.

    J&J refuse hasn't picked up trash in a month, they won't answer the phone and the message say they are running behind to be patient that they will get to it. You can't find a physical address to take your trash to their doorstep.

    J and j has not picked up my trash in the last 4 weeks. I call but cant talk to anyone. please just pick up my trash.

    Their trash service is lacking. They have not picked up in over a month and there is zero communication. I have tried calling them and their voicemail is completely full. I was able to leave a message one time about 3 weeks ago and there has been zero followup.

    It three weeks since my trash has been picked up, and it is starting to smell really bad. I have called the business and they stated that they had a truck broke down. Now everybody in our area that uses their services had their trash picked up , but we have not. I would like my trash picked up. because it smells and the animals are getting into the trash. Also, I am moving at the end of the month and all trash has to be removed from inside of the house as well as outside of the house in order for me to receive my deposit from my landlord. I would like my trash picked up.
