The technician left mud show marks all over the garage, carpets on the stairways and tiles on the entrance. He used the shoe covers, but was not careful enough. His AC diagnosis work was okay.
When owners saw these dirty marks in the house, I am not sure if any owners will be happy about the work. I raised our concerns and sent many photos to the company. Her response was his tech is the most meticulous person in her company!SS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc

*****,Were sorry to see yet another review, especially after the outreach, refund, and multiple apologies weve already extended to you and your ********** clarify again for anyone reading this: Our technician did wear shoe covers and changed them multiple times during the visit. While most of the muddy footprints were on tile (which is easier to clean), there were a few small spots on carpetand we fully acknowledge those shouldve been cleaned before we left. Weve already taken responsibility for that, and in response, updated our internal policies to give techs better options for working in wet or muddy conditions.When you first contacted our office, we didnt dismiss your concerns. We shared that the technician assigned to your job has a long-standing reputation for being meticulous, because he does. That wasnt meant to invalidate your experienceit was meant to explain what surprised us as well. Still, it didnt come across the way we intended, and for that, were sorry.Since your original complaint, weve: Issued a full refund Left a voicemail with a formal apology Reached out multiple times asking to speak with you directly To this day, weve received no ******** SS&B, we take pride in our work and in how we treat people. When we make a mistake, we take responsibility. There is a reason I've been using SS&B for years. They are very professional, honest and have great customer service. Today I had an issue where my heater started out of the blue. It ended up being a cheap smart thermostat issue, but I thought the world was coming to an end.
The quickly sent out Ron Goetz. What a guy. Knowledgeable, personable, professional. He spent a lot of time not only replacing my thermostat, but checked out my entire system - for a few hours (inside and out). SS&B doesn't always come back with an upsell. They've told me many times that everything is ok with my almost ten year old system.
