Response time was great! Same day service; ac went out on a 104 degree evening. I called first thing in the morning and they were here early afternoon. After a thorough check of the system technician, Thomas Farron, communicated recommendations, reasons, and costs for my approval before completed repairs. Within a very short time the ac was blowing cold air again. What a relief!! Being new to the area it is such a relief to find an honest, professional, knowledgeable, trusted, and dependable heating and air company with excellent technicians. Highly recommend SS & B Heating and Air.
