SS&B is excellent and responds quickly to service requests. ****** was courteous and very helpful. However, I have two issues: The technician could not find the reason my new unit (less than 3 months old) from Trane was low on refrigerant. He recharged it and it was working fine. But this is very likely to happen again, so I'm not really satisfied with the fix. Also, as explained to me by the technician, if the issue turns out to be with the Trane unit, the manufacturer will replace the defective parts, but I will have to pay SS&B to install the new parts. This seems unreasonable to me since I would expect the unit to work as installed for some warranty period. SS&B should acknowledge that they installed a defective unit, find the problem, and make good on it.SS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc

You are not responsible for any costs of refrigerant leaks from our installation. We have it in your records and will be doing a double-check on your system in a month. Excellent Service. *** was very professional and very knowledgeable in his craft. He dedicated a lot of trouble shooting time to an intermittent A/C issue, with his persistence and knowledge, *** duplicated problem and repairs were made in timely manor. Another issue with A/C happened approximately 1 month later, *** was out next morning and repairs made. Very happy with service and technician *** ****. Job well done!SS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc

We have been customers of SS&B for many years. They have always provided excellent services and the repair visit yesterday was no exception. We noticed our air conditioner wasn’t working, called SS&B, Charles called us back in about 10 minutes and was at our house maybe 20 minutes after that. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the cost, fixed the problem and was on to his next customer in another 20 minutes. He was polite, professional, had the needed part on his truck, and he worked quickly because he had two other clients waiting. That’s why we recommend SS&B.SS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc
