      I recently had an issue with a vacation package that was purchased at the ************* in *******. The salesperson had made it sound like the package was for Big Cedar Lodge and the account the money went to was very similar in name. Even after asking to confirm this was for Big Cedar Lodge, we were assured that this was the case. It turned out that the reservations were NOT for *************** but for a nearby resort that had none of the amenities of ***************. We would have been able to use the *************** pools, but they were located two miles away from where we were booked. At first, the company we purchased through was only going to refund the cost of an additional day we had booked ($259.00). We would have been out the initial cost of the vacation package ($349.00).I contacted Bass Pro to let them know about the problems we were having. I told them that I was getting back the additional day, but that I was losing the rest of the money we had used to book the package. Within two days, I received a notice from the vacation company we had booked the vacation package through, letting us know that they were refunding the entire amount. After spending hours on the phone and getting nowhere with the vacation company, I can only assume that ******** intervened on my behalf to make things right. The vacation company we booked through is NOT accredited through the BBB, so I am guessing that filing a complaint on them would have been a waste of time.I am also guessing that most contacts on here are negative. I want to say that I was very pleased and impressed with the support I received from Bass Pro. My overall experience with them deserves the five star rating. A sincere thank you, to ********.

      Went to check out boats, guy tried selling me on a boat for a certain engine size, didnt care, he told me the boat had spot lock and told me what it was. Thats what sold me, to verify I asked multiple times if the boat were looking at had it, he said it did. Months later of breaking it in and not being able to figure it out, I had a professional inform me there is no spot lock or capable of spot lock.

      If I could leave zero I would. DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE DISABLED. *********** ******** MAIN STORE ON ********. This was my 2nd Attempt to shop at this store to get what I need. Got there at 8 am when opening. 3 disability scooters are there. 1st one dies before I even enter the main building within 3 minutes. Go back to entrance 2nd scooter dies by the time I hit cashier-at this point I'm getting ****** and I'm about to leave when I spot the 3rd scooter plugged in by the exit area. Well that didnt get me but to the other end of cashier area. By then I threw the merchandise at the sales red-not going to buy any of the 4 shirts I picked up because at this time (15 -minutes) and 3 mfering NON *UNCTIONING DISABILITY SCOOTERS-I WAS ABOUT *ED THE * UP. ALL THE MANAGER HAD TO SAY WAS IM SORRY. IM SORRY DOESNT PAY *OR THE 2 TANKS O* GAS WASTED AN HOUR TRIP EACH WAY ******* HOME. *UCKKKKK BASS PRO-I WILL GO SHOP AT ************** INSTEAD.

      I had a gift card order cancel because of possible fraud suspicion Called the 800 number for verification my information which all in order, got no apology for the cancellation of a my gift card purchase to a friend. Now the gift will not arrive on his birthday as planned. Very bad experience Rating -5

      On 4/05/25 my *********** purchased a new 2025 Tracker Pro Guide V175 boat from Bass Pro Shops Boating Center in **********, **. At time of purchase, Bass Pro Shops website was & still is running a promotional event titled the **************** Boat Sale." The promotion stated:For a limited time, save up to $750 OR receive a FREE Bass Pro Shops Gift Card up to $1,000 with the purchase of select new 2025 TRACKER and SUN TRACKER boats. Limited-time offers end May 3, 2025."Our exact boat model was listed under this promotion on the website. However, we were told by the salesperson that our boat wasn't eligible for the promotion, with NO explanation provided. There were no terms, disclaimers, or exclusions listed on the website at the time that specified which models were not eligible. We believe this constitutes false advertising & a deceptive business practice. We were misled into thinking our purchase qualified for the sale. In addition, part of the standard features included w/ our boat purchase was a new spare tire carrier w/ matching spare tire & a boat cover, valued approximately $200 & $1,300, respectively. These items were not given to us on the day of purchase. We only realized this after rechecking our paperwork. My husband had to reach out to the salesperson, Cash, MULTIPLE times & make repeated trips back to the store to receive what was PROMISED. Even more concerning, when we finally received the spare tire, the rim was RUSTED. This is unacceptable for a new purchase & undermines the quality expectations for this type of high-ticket item. My husband spoke w/ both the salesperson, Cash, the store manager, JD. Their only resolution was a verbal apology & a $50 gift cardwhich does not come close to covering the gas money, time, & mental frustration caused by chasing down what should have been included from DAY ONE. We made this purchase in good faith & have been extremely disappointed w/ the service, follow-through, lack of transparency by this store.

      0 stars is more true. Bass Pro Shops is somehow still in 1900s before the internet was invented because they somehow allow you to place an online order, for an item not in stock, and they wont tell you until a week goes by of it saying it is shipping to your house between 9-11 PM every night. Pure autism in every way.

      I’m beyond upset and frustrated with Bass Pro Shops and their complete lack of communication! Since October of LAST YEAR I have been trying to get in touch with their corporate office about an issue THEY caused when my husband and I visited one of their stores. That visit led us into a nightmare of a timeshare with Bluegreen Vacations, and it has been downhill from there. I have sent emails, written letter, even mailed one directly to their corporate office outlining my concerns and asking them for their guidance. I got NOTHING. Not one response. It’s now March in an entirely new year, and still nothing. That speaks volumes about how they operate and how it makes me feel like they care very little about their customers. This timeshare situation they have tied to is financially destroying my family and I. All I’m asking for is for Bass Pro to take some responsibility for it and refund us the money we are drowning in because of this poor partnership. We have been able to use the timeshare just three times since we purchased but every year they demand more money for maintenance fees. Fees that keep going up and mind you, which we were NEVER told would happen. They specifically said those payments would stay the same, even when it is passed down to our children now that’s another lie that we were fed. Who in their right mind would want to saddle their kids with this kind of burden? The fact that Bass Pro Shops hasn’t even had the decency to respond to me is insulting. I have given them ample time to show basic respect and they have failed! Over and over again. This mess started because of them yet here I am left in the dark, and stuck with the forever long ongoing issues. Take accountability and make it right because this is beyond unfair. Absolute disappointment doesn’t even begin to cover how I feel about this situation

      Dear Bass Pro - How could you allow this to happen to your customers! Why would you allow ********* VACATIONS in your store to prey and scam your shoppers! We will no longer be shopping at your store because if it wasnt for your partnership with *********, we wouldnt have been scammed into purchasing this worthless Timeshare! This all started when a Bluegreen *** approached us and offered us a mini vacation for $200 if we attended a meeting at a location of our choice. It sounded harmless so we accepted the offer.We decided to attend the presentation in *************** in *********. We didn't know it was a timeshare until we made our reservation right before the year was up and then we figured it out. If we cancelled after we made the reservation they were going to charge us a fee. We were deceived from the beginning. We were allowed a 4 night stay but we only ended up staying for 1 night after the presentation because we were upset that we fell for their pressure in buying. I can go on and on and tell you how Bluegreen scammed us, but the reality is, we wouldnt have known about Bluegreen had we not gone to Bass Pro to shop that day. We would like to warn others to stay away from the Bluegreen **** if you are approached because we were misled, lied to, and they misrepresented the product they sold us. We were scammed into purchasing this timeshare and Bass Pro Shops should stop opening their doors to the Bluegreen Scammers.

      ****** ****** and his rich friends need a ****** in life. They treat the employees horribly. They think they are above everyone because they are rich! He has millions and you get treated better and better pay working at *********! Worst place to work! (I have not ever worked here, but know of plenty that have!)
