We take customer satisfaction seriously and have reviewed this file in order to respond. It appears that this customer was only active for approx 60 days before abandoning the system and had received 11 leads at that point. The leads request contact through a form - there is no promise that every lead is a sale. This customer was receiving ********************** in line with expectations. This customer attempted and lost a bank dispute over this matter. As we indicated in that bank dispute, if the customer would like to discuss rejoining the service they are welcome to reach out.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
their response is inaccurate. I was active for 90 days. I just didnt receive any leads the last 30. The guarantee was every Lead would come pre-vetted. Not one Lead even had a correct phone number. I was promised eight leads per month and in 90 days received 11 in accurate phone numbers . I contacted the company numerous times to resolve the matter. They threatened me that if I contacted my ***************** they would no longer speak to me. After leaving numerous messages and not hearing a response. I finally did contact my **************** to dispute the charge, theyre unwilling to do anything regarding it.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally dispute the denial of my 12-month refund under the terms of the Pay Per Closing (PPC) Program as outlined in the signed addendum with HouseJet.Per the terms of the agreement, I understood that a refund of my initial software fee would be issued if I did not close a transaction within twelve (12) months and met the following conditions:Completion of all HouseJet University training courses Implementation of HouseJet+ features and strategies Submission of all closed MLS transactions, signed by my broker I contend that I made good faith efforts to meet these requirements, despite challenges in lead quality and platform consistency. According to your own review (dated 06/20/2025):I completed all training I submitted documentation regarding transactions My lead activity (41 leads received) and 58 logged calls demonstrate my attempt to engage consistently, even if it did not meet your preferred ratio My marketing was paused for inactivity, but I was not properly notified, and at no point was it clearly communicated that these pauses would disqualify me without the opportunity to remedy them I did not initiate a chargeback and followed all program protocols to the best of my understanding and ability. Rather than offer the promised refund, I was sent a generic re-enrollment offer (dated 07/18/2025) which avoids directly addressing my eligibility.Given that the intent of this policy is to support agents who invested in good faith and did not see results despite trying, I respectfully request a reevaluation of my refund eligibility or, alternatively, a prorated refund.I look forward to resolving this matter amicably. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate through appropriate consumer protection channels.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have reviewed the file in question. The offer of a refund in the event of no sale is a conditional offer. The conditional nature was made clear in the sales process and the terms are provided in writing prior to sale. This file failed a number of conditions, however the marketing lock / abandonment of the system on numerous occasions stands out. System abandonment is a serious condition and is outlined in the addendum and terms and conditions. Periods of abandonment result in the company spending time, resources and hard costs maintaining a campaign with nobody on the other end - and is an event that will disqualify one method of refund. At this time there is a refund available in the event of a sale - and it appears an offer was made to the customer. If the customer would like to discuss the offer further or has any other questions please contact support. Thank you.Customer Answer

Complaint: 23500888
I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: Thank you for forwarding Housejets response regarding my complaint.
I disagree with Housejets assertion that I abandoned their system or failed to meet conditions for a refund. During the sales process and in my communications with Housejet, it was never made clear that my refund eligibility depended on constant updates or specific activity in their system. In fact, I specifically asked Housejet if I was required to keep updating the bad leads they provided, and I was told that I did not need to do sothat I simply needed to wait until the 12-month period concluded if no sale occurred.
Housejets current claim that I abandoned the system is contradictory to what I was told and appears to be an attempt to avoid honoring the refund guarantee that was a key reason I signed up for their services.
Furthermore, Housejet states they spent resources maintaining a campaign with nobody on the other end. However, the leads I received were poor quality, and my repeated efforts to communicate and seek assistance were met with delays or inadequate responses. Their system was not producing results, and this failure was not due to any lack of participation on my part.
I request that Housejet provide:
A detailed explanation of how they define system abandonment, including references to any specific documents or agreements provided to me.
Evidence of how they determined I abandoned the system, including dates and records of my usage or lack thereof.
A copy of the terms and conditions or addendums they reference, particularly anything stating that lack of activity would void a refund.
An explanation of why I was told I did not need to keep updating the leads if I intended to wait for the 12 months to expire for a refund.
I believe I am entitled to a full refund, as originally promised in the event of no sale. I ask for the BBBs continued assistance in resolving this matter fairly.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
***** ********Business Response

We have reviewed this customers file and communications in order to respond. There was no communication discovered in which the business made an exception to its normal operating practices and told this customer that updates to ********************** were not required. In the event the customer determines a lead is "bad" there is still a procedure that must be followed.
This customer had a custom ************************* campaign developed for them after purchasing the software license. The ************************* campaign sends unique leads to the customer account who have requested contact. When leads begin to "back up" due to no activity, the marketing will freeze and the account will go into an inactive state. As shown in the customer's account review that has been posted - it is noted that there are multiple instances of account lock due to inactivity or not working leads. The exact dates are shown in the customers activity log if they would like the granular information - however there were many. Some instances of no activity met or exceeded 14 days. It appears that the cumulative active time on the system was recorded at 5 of 12 months in a 12 month program. The lead lock is explained in training and university prior to marketing becoming active - and explains what is expected and what timing will lock the account - such as 48 hrs of lead rot. When the account is in danger of locking - the customer is presented with a pop up screen informing them that they need to give attention to leads and has a button that takes the customer directly there. When an account needs attention there is no confusion.
In the terms and conditions - of which the customer agrees to upon each login and of which there is a hyperlink to examine (also available on the website) it is made clear that with inactivity the business is under no obligation to refund. If the customer was provided an addendum for a conditional refund, it also mentions the strategies as covered in the training (which includes keeping up with leads / remaining active etc).
If this customer has a specific writing that excused paying attention to leads we invite them to submit that to customer support - also, customer support has provided an offer to this customer in the past should they wish to discuss that as well.

I am requesting a refund of my $4500.00 from HouseJet due to gross overpromising of services rendered. I was promised 8-12 leads per month from HouseJet, and even with all of the complaints against them, I still signed up for it. They have delivered nothing but excuses as to why my performance has been so low. I am not in a position to be wasting money, and this company has done nothing but waste my money. I have only received a total of 6 poorleads since April 2025. I have filed numerous complaints with them regarding the promised 8-12 leads per month and the lack of good quality leads. They respond with excuses and do not take accountability that they mis***resented and mislead me on what I was told was included. I have not received what we agreed upon. I have asked for my $4500.00 refund several times. I have asked for my contract (which I have never seen?). I was also told that the crm/Housejet plus website etc was all included. Not the case. I spoke with ****** ********* a week into the training of watching the video's to discuss that I was told that the housejet plus was included in the $4500.00. She disagreed. I explained that the sales *** confirmed that this was included and that I would not have to pay an additional monthly subscription for this. I asked for a refund and she refused stated that I already started the video training. I explained to her I only realized through the vidwo training that I would have to pay for the housejet plus and the sales *** basically overpromised to get the sale. She refused to refund me and said, the best I can offer is to give you a 1 year subscription. I felt cornered and defeated. I tried to give it a go. I even emailed **** ****, he never ***lied back. I have filed ticket claims ***** ticket claim. I am exhausted with their lies, deceitful ways and being taken advantage of. I am a single mother of three children and I truly believed in what they were offering. Clearly it is a complete Sham. I want a full refund.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have reviewed this file in order to respond. The customer is free to review the agreement by reviewing the terms and conditions as well as any applicable addendum. If the customer needs assistance finding this please reach out to support. In regards to an offer of "free" housejet plus - there was no such offer. We do anticipate at least a year partnership and did credit/offer the housejet plus for the entire year and have went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction in that regard. As to leadflow, from the time marketing was activated this customer is on track with 8 ********************** and with adjustments being made for improvement. We hope the customer utilizes these services and increases sales. Should the customer have any questions or would like to discuss the leads they are welcome to reach out to support.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
They promised me 8-12 leads per month. I have received 8 horrible leads total since signing on in April. The leads were not interested and the last lead asked their callers to remove them of the lead list. They have mislead me and overpromised 8-12 leads per month. The have not provided what they promised. I would like a full refund.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have reviewed the customer file in order to respond. It appears that this customer was clearly made aware of the 12 month term of service and the refund policies over the phone and in writing prior to purchase. It also appears that this customer has gone inactive / abandoned the system after 18 days of usage. In the 18 days of usage it appears that there were 7 leads - which tracks or exceeds the lead volume expectations. We suggest that this customer reach out to support with any remaining questions and strongly encourage them to use the system in order to get leads and find business during the 12 month term of service.Initial Complaint

The business was very specific about what they were going to provide. They did not provide, and after I called immediately, they told me Ineeded to wait 12 months for a refund. I waited past 12 months and then when I requested a refund, they denied me. They sent me a ridiculously bogus email with a reason that was not correct for why they could not refund my money. In general, thisbusiness is corrupt and not reputable. I am reporting them because I dont want anyone else to have to suffer the same consequences. They should be reported ,and should no longer be allowed to be in business. I will include said email and information as evidence.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have reviewed this file in order to respond. In the sales call it was made clear this was a 12 month program and that the purchase can be refunded upon a closed transaction. The immediate call being referenced happened several weeks into the program and involved a request to cancel early - there was not a conversation about something not being provided. Any refund request that does not involve a sale would be subject to a addendum - and the terms of this customers addendum called for a number of things on the customer side that did not happen, to include updating leads. If there is a sale generated from the leads provided, a refund is still possible. If the customer has any questions or concerns regarding this please reach out to customer support.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
I did follow up with all of the leads continuously. This company lied. I was not the only agent to receive these leads. In their advertising, it specifically states there is only ONE agent per region. NOT true. Lie. These leads were not verificad leads. One lead only spoke Korean. How is this a viable lead? Every single person I called had no idea why I was calling, had no intention of buying or selling a house. These were cold calls at best, not leads to be paid for.
This company is bogus and so are their leads. It is fraudulent and I dont want anyone else to fall into the same mistake I made. I was told if I waited a year, I could receive my money back. I did so, and I want my money back. This company is not following through on its word. I did everything I was supposed to do. And then after a few months, the leads dried up - they werent even any to follow up on. How am I supposed or make a sale with nothing to go by???? I sold two properties this year of my own volition - no help from this company. This was a giant waste of my money and I want it back. I will be reaching out to a lawyer.

My Name is ******* ******* and a I high producing real estate agent.I " enrolled " for HIGH QUALITY lead generation from House Jet on Feb 12th ***** because they promised that. The only thing I was interested in was QUALITY, CONSISTENT lead generation as I already have/ had an existing CRM system , website, coaching and everything else for my *********** Business. I signed up with the Promise that I would receive 8 + HIGH QUALITY leads for home sales or purchases every single month which is ALL over their advertising. As soon as they got my money, I could tell right away that something was NOT RIGHT about this company. Everytime you needed to access your "dashboard" or to contact support or get HELP from the company you were REQUIRED to " accept terms " just to get in and it took DAYS for them to get back to me to address my concerns. On Feb 22nd 2025, only 9.5 days after they took my money, I asked for a refund immediately. I received no response from the company till the 28th where they denied my request. Prior to asking for a refund, I also called them and sent them an email on 2/14/25 telling them that the "ads" that they said they used to try to capture leads high quality leadswere terrible and that I was unhappy with the quality of the Ads they said they used and the lack of target marketing. I also requested to SEE the "ACTIVE " ads they were running and none were ever provided to me so I don't even know if they ever actually ran LIVE ADS. From Feb 12th - March 12th 2025, I received only 2 leads. One lead was designated as a lead looking to "rent an apartment" Not looking to buy or sell a home, the other lead none of the contact info was valid. Also at this time I found numerous other realtors who were also not getting what was advertised by the company, the same thing that was happening to me was happening to them as well very little, poor quality leads with no responses, no conversions, no sales, no activity at all.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously and this complaint prompted a file review. It appears that this customer has previously initiated a bank dispute to which this business took time and effort to respond to. This customer was receiving **********************/ the benefit of the bargain and service according to the agreed to terms and conditions. I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I asked to cancel this advertised lead generation program because right away I could tell this was a scam. After over 30 days I received only 2 leads . Everywhere they advertised at least 8/11 highly qualified leads a month. The two leads I actually receive were junk ( fake contact info) I complained about the ads they were using to capture these so called leads and knew right away there is NO WAY these ads would produce what this company claimed to do . As you can see from the countless of other complaints we are ALL experiencing the same scam from this company. It was suggested to me by the BBB to file a complaint with the attorney general in ********, and explain to them that this is a pattern and a scam. I have already had an initial call with them and they will be opening up a case. Not only do they scam you out of LARGE sums of money . They also require you to pay a hefty monthly fee, which they never disclose upfront to access their crappy program and fake leads. Everything about this is predatory business practices and you have stolen so much money from Hard working people. I dont know how you look at yourself in the mirror. There are hundreds of people who have fallen victim to this scam and its also shameful that at this point the BBB still certifies this scam . Karma will come back to you. See you in court !

As was previously indicated this customer purchased a 12 month program and did not - at the time requested - qualify for a refund. This was litigated through the processor who sided with the business - evidence was presented and there was no finding of "scam" or other libelous terms being used. The business does note that the customer has indicated they will see us in court and so we will look towards that venue and conclude the conversation in this forum.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:If you go to the internet and ******** House Jet" you will see that they CLEARLY and BLATENTLY advertise being a lead generation comapany. they CLEARLY advertiese 8-11 " HIGHLY QUALIFIED " leads a month to their realestate customers. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN! If you do happen to get any leads at all they are complete trash and fabricated bot leads. You have a so called " telephone " meeting with them where they promise you all theses things and deliver none. They Bet on the consumer then going through their 45 page contract that actually states that they ARE NOT a lead generation company. SO this company knows how to tell you one thing then draw up a lenghtly contract saying another, hoping you trust them NOT TO READ the actual contract. They know exactly how to trap you and keep your money. On top of that while on the phone with them, they neglect to tell you about the ongoing monthly fee of nearly $100 you have to spend. ... SO YES once people find out that this company is blowing smoke and using predatory actions they do not choose to continute to pay even more money to a compnay that does not provide what they advertise. Again predator. It is really on the level of a class action at this point. I asked for a refund within 9 days because it was clear that the leads and service they provied was trash. Look at all the other complaints on here. We all have the same situation with this company. The common Denominator is this terrible company called House Jet.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against ************************** regarding a fraudulent transaction that occurred on January 2, 2025. I signed up with the company under false pretenses, as I was misled by a fast-talking sales representative who charged me a $4,000 deposit, assuring me that it was fully ************* no point during the transaction was I informed of any conditions or restrictions on the refund process. I was simply told that the deposit would be refundable. However, after providing my credit card information, I later learned that there are numerous stipulations attached to receiving a refund. This information was never disclosed to me during the sales call, and I was led to believe the deposit would be returned without issue.Despite canceling my account with ************************** prior to receiving any leads or services, I have made several attempts to resolve the situation and have requested a refund of the $4,000 deposit. However, there has been no effort on their part to address my concerns or issue the ********* addition, after conducting further research, I found numerous BBB reviews that describe similar deceptive practices by **************************, indicating that I am not the only person who has been misled by this company.Given these circumstances, I am requesting the Better Business Bureaus assistance in securing the full refund of my $4,000 deposit. HouseJet presents itself as a legitimate service, but dont be fooledthey are nothing more than a predatory company designed to take your money with false promises. They claim they can help generate leads and even guarantee a refund if you dont see results. Spoiler alert: That refund will never come.Their so-called service is a joke. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then disappear when you try to hold them accountable. Good luck getting a straight answer from their support teamif you can even reach them! They will string you along with excuses, ignore your refund requests, and do everything in their power to keep your money. This company thrives on deception, preying on real estate professionals who are simply looking to grow their business. Instead, youll be left with empty promises, wasted time, and a lighter ********* yourself a favorstay far away from HouseJet.Business Response

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have performed a file review in order to respond to this communication. The customer takes aim at the conditional refund policy however it appears that in this instance the customer's account registered as abandoned and locked on many instances as well as a serious lack of lead updates/follow up - both very important conditions. The conditional refund anticipates proper use - as the business is making a marketing investment and the conditional refund policy as well as the terms strongly encourage the customer to follow these guidelines. We wish this customer the best. If they wish to discuss anything further they are welcome to contact support - of which there is a strong record of communication and responsiveness.Initial Complaint

I wanted to share my experience with HouseJet PayPerClose because I believe it's important for others to know. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and I ended up receiving referral leads that really didnt lead anywhere. *** invested a considerable amount of money into this program and made a genuine effort to make it work. I attended numerous Zoom classes and made many callsover ten attempts, in factreaching out to their referrals. While I didnt log every single attempt on their website, it was often challenging to do so between driving, spending time in the hospital with my dying husband, and managing my own work. Yet, I was committed to trying because I had high hopes.Regrettably, I found that most of the referrals did not answer my calls. At this point, I felt that I would have had better luck just randomly calling numbers from a phone book! It was disheartening that the leads didnt even include basic information. On a more positive note, I recently decided to work with a different lead company that charges significantly less. They actually conduct a scrubbing phone call and provide a recording, allowing you to know exactly what the lead is looking for. In just two months with them, Ive already secured two listing appointments.Unfortunately, my experience with HouseJet PayPerClose left me feeling that they could be viewed as a scam, especially since they dont even offer partial refunds. I feel compelled to share my story with others because I truly believe people should be aware of this business model.Customer Answer

I would like to add that one of the leads they provided that closed on a property was working with a Realtor already when I made contact with her. HouseJet set up 2 appointments which neither showed for the appointment. In September 2024 they without notice stopped sending leads which prompted me to request a refund in November. I signed up with them July ******* and paid them $1997 plus after the year was up they charge $97 per ******** took them until February ***************************************Customer Answer

We take customer satisfaction seriously and have performed a file review in order to respond to this narrative. It appears that this customer had excessive lead lock amongst some other issues that resulted in an initial denial in regards to the conditional refund. Having read this customer's extenuating circumstances - we invite them to reach out to support at their earliest convenience if they wish to discuss reconsideration. Thank you.
