  Beware-this is the same company under a different name operating as HouseJet. I have never seen a more fraudulent company not just in real estate lead generation but across every industry on the face of the earth. I spent $2,500 on this scam and was promised by the boiler room sales *** and his supervisor that I would be guaranteed "*****" leads per month based on the amount I spent with a reduced referral fee. I was told I would be credited back the $2,500 once I closed a deal or at the end of my 12 month term if no deals were closed at all. The supervisor even said "You should be able to close 18% of leads we send you" and the sales *** said "We're going to be on ****** in the next eight months". Anybody seen that ticker trading yet?Well guess what? 12 months went by and shocker, leads like "So You No Banks" and all the rest were not actual home buyers. When I requested my refund they made up an entire list of lies as to why I didn't meet their refund requirements and I was told well actually, we only guarantee 8-12 leads per month. I refuted every single one of their lies and they had the audacity to offer me 3 months more of their service for free instead of a refund.I explained to them all of the lies told on the phone in my initial sales call as well as all of the lies told by their support team. I also explained to them that I am in the 96% percentile on Zillow and a Best of Zillow Premier Agent, 85% percentile on OpCity/***********, and currently the #6 producing agent *** across all NextHome franchises in the entire state of *****. If this company is legit I'm pretty sure I should be able to convert one of their 109 leads into a closing in a 12 month span (note that is 9 leads per month).They will be facing legal action from my attorney and I will be contacting every major brokerage in ***** and the entire ************* and warn them to tell their agents to stay far away from this company.

  ****! Over promise and under-deliver. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT fall for their promises of quality leads or their promises of a return policy. Their return policy immediately is null and void the moment they ask you to log into their platform because they require you click "I agree to these terms and conditions". The moment that happens, no matter what they emailed you as an agreement or contract, it immediately is null and void. They did not provide quality leads or many leads at all for that matter. I asked for a refund very shortly into using them, they told me I had to wait the 12 months per the agreement and complete the agreed upon items on the agreement to receive a refund. I kept using the platform until the end of the 12 months and completed those items required, asked for my refund and they denied it claiming that I was the one at fault because they changed the agreement and I didnt achieve those new checkboxes. Apparently every time you log in to check your leads, you are forced to check "I agree" and those slippery liars change their terms so they dont have to give you your money back. They lied, cheated, scammed and are extremely rude when it comes to getting your money back. How they have an A+ BBB rating is beyond me. THIEVES!

  I reached out to learn more about the product. As soon as I heard the pricing, I politely told the *** I was not interested. He tried to keep me on the line but I hung up on him. As soon as we hung up, he texted me asking if I made so much money the previous year, why can't I afford to pay for his subscription? I immediately responded with STOP to prevent him from sending me any more messages. He then messages me from a different line and goes on about why I wouldn't subscribe. As a sales *** myself, I find this a very poor behavior on sevicing customers. I told him I would ***ort him for harrassment. Unacceptable!

  Terrible company nothing but a scam to take agents money and not refund Set up takes a while and by time you realize they run crappy ads they say they wont refund you. Then they keep your money and shutdown your account. No verified leads just names with zero clicks

  SCAMMERS, PAID $1,000 plus $200-$300 FOR ADDITIONAL ADS TO GET LEADS. WAS PROMISED MINIMUM 17 LEADS A MONTH, RECEIVED ABOUT 20 FAKE LEADS WITHIN MONTHS. CAN'T GET REFUND. THEY STOPPED SUPPLIYING LEADS AFTER 4-5 MONTHS, NOT ONE LEAD AFTER SO MANY REQUESTS AND REMINDERS. DONT FALL FOR THIS *************

  I was promised a refund of my money if I didn't convert leads. I did everything they said I had to do in order to receive the refund, yet they refused to refund my money. I have a judgement against this company from the court and THEY STILL REFUSE TO PAY ME! Beware...don't use their systems because they promise a lot and don't deliver on any of their promises!

  I want to share my experience with HouseJet (Market Leader) to warn others and prevent them from experiencing the same losses I have suffered. I signed up for their service with the promise of receiving vetted leads and offering a refund within 12 months if no leads were closed. However, when I contacted these leads promptly from HouseJet, the leads were illegitmate. The phone numbers and emails provided were inactive, and despite my related attempts to reach out, I recveived no responses. Additionally, multiple leads denied even having any interest in looking for a home, indicating that their information was obtained without their knowledge. Addtionally, HouseJet guaranteed of a refund within 12 months if no leads were closed. Furthermore, when I requested a refund and stated how dissatisfied I was with their service, HouseJet (Market Leader) intentionally locked me out of my account to prevent me from accessing necessary information. I contacted HouseJet (Market Leader) in September 2023 to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of leads and their lack of responsiveness. I have ample documentation to support my numerous attempts to address the quality of the leads with HouseJet (Market Leader). Also, they failed to deliver the promised quality vetted leads each month. Despite my continuous attempts to resolve the issue and request a refund, HouseJet (Market Leader) insisted on waiting until the 12-month **** before considering a refund. Even after following their request, I found that this company has yet to uphold its promises. This has led to significant financial burden and stress for me and has hindered my effective use of the service effectively and I have not received the 100% guaranteed results they consistently promised me each time I communicated with them. I have since learned that I am not the only consumer deceived by HouseJet. I urge all businesses, consumers, and protective agencies to be wary of HouseJet's illegitimate unethical practices.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company makes bold promises of 12+ leads per month, and then delivers nothing but excuses of slow starts and ******** issues. Competitors have given us 40+ leads in the same time that we have received 6 from this company. One of the "leads" we received was 3 hours outside of our service area. DO NOT give these people your money, as you will be sorely disappointed with the results.

  Incredibly slow start on leads, and incredibly low quality, but they are working to fix the issue. I will update my review as the situation unfolds. As of right now, I would still be wary.

  I wish I could give the zero stars. They give you crappy leads that never convert. Keep in mind they tie you up in a one year contract that they do not obey. Not worth the trouble at all!

  I signed up just a week ago and I have already received 9 leads to contact. I also love the marketing pictures that I was able to download and utilize for ******** and Instagram. Not every lead is perfect, but thsi is a great start. Just had my first meeting with my market manager and we are getting the marketing dialed in and this should improve my responses.
