  This company really can generate the leads that turn into real business. Too many agents complain about the quality of the leads, but it's more the quality oif their approach. I have found some golden nuggets through training with this company as well as it's subsidiaries that are game changers.I used to think leads are bogus but then I learned from this company that my approach was the factor. I was using antiquated methods to convert the leads. As the market shifts most agents keep using the same approach to online leads, but that's a huge mistake. I have found the training and best practices are essential to growth. Anyone complaining about the leads are probably not in business anymore lol These leads are good, you just have to know how to convert them over.I have learned a tremendous amount of information that has allowed me to convert leads at a higher rate then most avergage agents.I recently signed up with their PayPerClosing program and it makes my client acquisition so much easier on a day to day basis. They generate me exclusive leads and then have a US based team of trained assistants calling my leads to schedule appointments directly on my calendar. Within about 12 hours of signing up I received my first few leads and within ********************************************************* about 18K in commission. I definitely recommend trying their PayPerClosing program, so far Im currently working with a dozen clients. Looking forward to seeing what it cant do for my business moving forward.

  I'm a Georgia realtor and I recently joined the Market Maker team, and I'll tell you about the PayPerClosing Program. I was a little skeptical because I have been burned quite a few times when it comes to referral platforms where you have to purchase leads but I will tell you, this program, absolutely great! The first day I joined, within about 3-4 hours of joining, I received my first lead. The best part about it was it was it was going to be a double end transaction, it was a buyer and a sale. Right now I'm going through the university courses, studying a lot of great content and information that you can use in your daily real estate career. I must say it has been an absolute blessing, I'm absolutely elated to have spoken with **** and the Market Maker team. I look forward to bigger and greater things here coming the rest of this year.
