      I bought a thermostat for my truck and it was bad. I live 30 mins away and lost 4 gallons of coolant. They emailed me for a review of the product, I left a professional review and they denied it saying it didnt meet their guidelines. I think that is ***** and trying to hide the honest reviews about a product.

      I purchased a Optima yellow top car battery spent over $260 for the battery. The battery has a three year warranty. The first year I had the battery the battery would not hold a charge. They replaced the battery within the same time frame the battery failed to charge again the next battery has now failed. I took the battery back and one of the employees said it was under warranty but they didn’t have the tools to change the battery. I went down the street to my shop grabbed the tools to replace the battery. I unplugged the battery waiting on the same guy to help me he passed the battery off to another employee and he said the battery was out of warranty. It’s odd that one employee says it is under warranty and the other one said it was not. I tried to call customer care no answer as usual called the district manager of course they don’t answer the phones either. You have a multi billion dollar company not warranty the items they sell. North Carolina has a thing called the lemon law warranty. When you have to have warranty service on an item of the same defect three times I can ask the state attorney to get involved and force a refund. You would think in this day that store would have some responsibility to honor warranty of the product that they sell. The battery is not even an O’Reillys battery. The battery still has a 02/22 sticker on top. I guess I will try and talk to the manager on Monday that is when they said the manager will be back.I will most definitely recommend anyone wanting to buy car parts visit **************** you can buy car parts for half the price and have them shipped straight to your house within 2-3 days. They sell the same exact parts for fraction of the price. You do not have to put up with clerks not wanting to do their job. I will be telling all my customers at my shop that is less than a block for this location how they treat their customers. One of there greatest customer service repleft and now the store and service has gone down hill.

      I was in O’Reillys on ridge Avenue on May 4, 2023. It was after 530 p.m. I walked into my motor oil and to look around. I heard an African-American, using the N-word, and saying how he was going to beat someone up that works with him and also he was very unprofessional. His language is very offensive, and quite honest, I’m go there in the daytime a heavyset white man that is really helpful and I would tell anyone that if they had to buy anything car related after 4 pm I would use ********

      Had a battery that had stopped charging. Took to one location, the guy said did not have those batteries in O’Reilly’s. Did not look up my name. Went back home and found a receipt. It said O’Reilly’s. Rather than take the battery back to that location, when to a different location. The young lady there(********), did check my name and date of purchase. Confirmed did buy battery at O’Reilly’s. Walked back and the battery was indeed no good. Told me strength of batteries on hand. Took ********* battery. After the exchange and return of the dead battery, I paid $79.20. Got the three warranty. That is the way an outstanding associate keeps my business. Well done ********. Paid attention to detail. Please give her a coffee card, recognition among peers, a Letter of Excellence, and a raise. She would be a good manager. Great Job! This was store at **** ********* ********* at the following zip code(*****).

      I called the ********** Highway location 3/26/23 asked if someone was there to put a headlight in for me, the lady said yes as long as it's wasn't raining at the store. So I asked if it was raing there she said yes, ok I decided to go get the bulb for my car anyways, guess what it was not raining at this store. Ok so I will get my headlight fix nope. The lady went to lunch I guess, so there were two men there not busy, so I said if one of you would like to fix my headlight, just looked at me no offers, I'm ok!! I guess I will do it myself. Thanks for the help!!

      Hi. This is a recommendation for *** in the Columbia Heights location. She was terrific, funny, helpful and went wayyyyyyy out of her way to help me when I desperately needed a car battery. She listened to my problem and took time to find a solution. I'm so glad I called them and they were open even when most companies close. She and her other co-worker helped me with my battery even though it was cold, cold, cold outside. Great Job!!!!!!;

      Stay away from the Texarkana Texas location on ***** **** ******. I bought a battery. They put it in backwards, fried my car and almost refused to fix it. I had to beg them. Long story short, they fixed my car after a months calls, complaining. At one point they said come in and we will have a mechanic present to fix your car. I drove from Dallas and no mechanic there. **** **** all the way. Never use or trust Oreilley’s.

      Bought a battery for my moms car I jumped it off several times I thought she didnt drive enough to keep charged, returned battery back to store it had a dead cell was replaced no problem. The second battery did the same I took car to dealer to check other components alternator, start etc they said battery had dead cell . Took battery back to store explained situation only thing that could be done is a gift card I didnt pay with gift card , I have all paperwork didnt matter I Will NEVER GO BACK.

      Unprofessional Staff. This is a business that feeds on your misfortune. The staff I dealt with were very dishonest, trying to sell you parts that you don't need. It took a long time just to get someone to help me. The salesperson was insulting to my situation. I will never patronize this company again.
