      Got yelled at by a man named **** who claimed to be an associate manager. All I wanted was help resolving the issue. I tried to keep cool about it but he continued to snap at me and went on repeat with his words. Getting louder and louder every time.

      I went to the ****** and ****** store. ***** was extremely knowledgeable and came outside to assist me with my truck. Saved me money and did not sell me items that I didnt need.

      They stole over $150 from me. 2 days ago I purchased a AC PRO to add freon to my car, which AC wasn't cooling. When I got home and looked at the situation closer, I realized my car had bigger problems with the *** so I decided to not use the tool and return it. They refused to accept the return saying there was less freon in the can that I didn't use. If this is true, then they sold me a used can of freon. Bottom line, I didn't get my money back. So be careful buying anything from this store.

      I think when telling a 20 plus year tech his battery is "just out of warranty " yet the sticker on battery ****** says otherwise. Really?? I can count to 24. One word comes to mind SHADY....LUCKILY A REAL PART STORE SOLD ME A BATTERY AFTER your so called manager shafted me. 248 dollars for a battery with a dead short in less that 2 years. Lets do the math 12/21 to 8 /23.......IM WHAT ALTERNATE UNIVERSE IS THAT 2 YEARS?? I WOULD LIKE A REFUND on this p.o.s it so great it wouldn't even hold 5 volt reference.ill happily take my buisness elsewhere i just want reimbursed seeing how i had to get a battery from another supplier. I would like a refund

      Needed a new battery, didn't tell them warranty replacement so they charged full price. We have an account through this company since you opened. This was a warranty replacement and should have been caught in the store and wasn't. When I called regarding this, the employee stated we have to drive 6 hours to get this done. When I asked for management the employee was rude and said I can call back and he might talk to me. When I asked to have the mgr call me tomorrow, he said he might call me back. I have had some bad customer service but this takes the cake! Shame on the ************************************************************* location for shady customer service and absolutely rude employees. Of course they're not a memberr of the bbb so I am basically out $200 unless the mgr will takes my call tomorrow...

      On May 17, 2023 I drove to a ********** location on Ridge after I had gotten off work. I was at your location picking up a battery I purchased, in the midst of that an employee helped me put the battery in. Long story short he came outside and proceeded to put my battery into my car, it didn't work. I was sitting in the car while he worked and i saw sparks fly and i asked "what happened?" he sated it was the tool he was using had touched a part of the battery and it was fine. Then told me to star the car up, I attempted to start the car, nothing. Then I got out of the vehicle and walkaround to he front of the car and noticed he had put the battery in incorrectly, negative on positive and positive on the negative! He turned it around and put in correctly then asked me to start it again, nothing. He continued to try this for a few hours, meanwhile I am trying to hurry up and get to a graduation. I ended up having to leave my car overnight and coming back the next day in my other vehicle after work that day. The worker who damaged my vehicle was not there I spoke with other workers who put me in contact with the DM named ************ believe. ***** led me to believe that they would take care of my issue and I was ok with that, I assumed their worker did it would be handled no problem. I got the car towed to the dealership and need to get a diagnostic done to see the issue. I called ***** to let him know he stated I need to pay for all repairs and they would reimburse me. No, I wasn't doing that, repairs were almost 6k and quite frankly I didn't have it to give. So I reached out above him to *********************** the regional manager. This guy doesn't return calls I tried a total of 6 times he never called me back. So at this point I am $350, tow truck and diagnostic cost fine. My whole motherboard electronic system is fried and OReilly's managers aren't doing anything to help me, this is a nightmare.

      I brought my 2016 ***** CX5 to check the battery and the alternator just to stay on top of its condition, since I the car approaching ******* miles. *** fellow told me that the alternator was bad. I had absolutely no symptoms anyway, but he said a regulator in the alternator was the problem. ***y didnt carry it, so I went to Auto Zone to see if they have it. ***y didnt. I decided to have ***** Tires check it and they said the whole electrical system is good. I told them that O ******* said the regulator is bad. ***y explained that auto parts stores dont have accurate diagnostic devices except for the battery. I went through this whole expense scare for nothing especially I did have a repeated experience with a **** ***** Tribute I had in the past, the alternator was replaced three times.

      The acting Mgr. at O'Reilly Auto Parts ***************, ** # **** on 8/22/23 at 6:11 pm charged my card $161.96 for a $98.45 purchase.

      I try real hard not to give a bad review if I can help it with that being said ********** advertises that if you buy a headlamp bulb from them that they will change it for you okay my wife goes up there gets $40 above and I asked them to change it for her the guy walks outside and says *** it's hot and looks at the above and says yeah I'm not going to be able to change it for you okay I've been doing business with ********** for ***** years or longer and they both face lied told my wife they would change it and they advertised it online that they are changing if you purchased above from them I think that's poor customer service and they treat their customers like trash I will never spend another ***** at this place and I will do everything I can to stop people from spending money here just took place in ********* ******* right in front of the *** there people don't go there go across the street to advance Auto AutoZone take your business where it's appreciated and ********** y'all need to stop lying to your customers.
