They were very helpful in accommodating things due to us moving from out of state. They also adjusted things and worked with us regarding some miscommunications. They responded fast and kept us in the loop with everything going on!

They take very good care of the properties they are in charge of here at ***********. Fix what needs fixing in a very reasonable time as well. Sometimes it's hard to get a call back. But they answer email quickly.At Home Real Estate Services of Southwest MO

customer service is great. when we have a problem they are very responsive but i think they have to do something with snow removal trying to drive is hard when there is a lot of snow but overall we r very happy with the unit we live inAt Home Real Estate Services of Southwest MO

Thank you so much for the feedback. Property Owners determine if snow removal is something that they provide. In this case, they do not, and the lease reflects that information. 5 starsI originally left a 1 star review. They have taken the correct actions to correct any issues I may have had. I am now choosing to move back in after they have worked with me so much. They made the process quick and easy and I am looking forward to renting from them for the fourth year now!
