    Fast response to water heater not fully working. Wasnt an emergency. Had someone out at first available work day. Plumbers replaced the water heater.

    ****************. They will not fix anything. Even something like a new dishwasher took from April until November 18th. They wouldnt even give me one until I decided not to sign my lease. They are happy to take your money to upgrade your living space for the next people, but they will not maintain when you live there. I know people with roaches and roaches f**** painted over, my house had mold never adressed correctly in both bathrooms, both bedrooms, and living room. The doors all secreted water and would freeze us in in the winter time, then mold in spring summer etc.Super fun. Railings and staircases blowing in the wind. Unsafe. I hope the people who own houses out of state would not use this company anymore. They are ruining these homes.

    This resident reached out to us to give late notice where they wanted to give a 2-week notice to move instead of the required 30 day notice that they agreed to in the lease and is required in the state of ********. They were very unhappy that they were required to give proper notice. During that conversation, they gave us a list of maintenance items they were unhappy with. Prior to this, they had turned in 2 work orders since their move-in in 2022. One was for a dishwasher in June of 2024. We sent out a repair tech at that time, it was fixed, and the repairman let us know if it went out again we would want to replace it. The resident did not report any additional issues with the dishwasher after this repair until the new list was put in, and we have now replaced the dishwasher. The second request was in May of 2024. They reported that the bathroom floor was soft. We sent a flooring company, and they replaced the bathroom flooring at that time. We want all resident's maintenance issue to be addressed, and do not shy away from even the larger repair requests put in. We did put work orders in for the list of issue reported with the short notice request, but they will not call us back or work with us on a time to get the repairs done. We are sorry they are not happy with the 30-day notice requirement, but this is the same requirement that everyone must follow. Additionally, if they would like to get the new list of items addressed, we are more than happy to work on those items for them if they will return our calls.

    We have rented from AtHome for 5 years its the best management we have rent from. Maintenance guys are quick about fixing things and they do a great job.

    My rent continues to go up every year, and now Im being charged for a service that should be provided anyway. They now use a service called Piata and the only thing of value is they report on time rent payments to the credit bureaus to help build credit. But they should be doing that anyway instead of charging 20$ a month for it.

    We understand ****************' dissatisfaction with the lease renewal options offered to him, and we regret that he is unhappy.It's worth noting that ****************' rent, including the perks package, has only increased by $25 per month this year. Despite this increase, the market rent for comparable properties in his area is still $200 higher per month than what he is currently paying. This means that the property owner is potentially losing out on $2,400 annually by keeping ****************' rent below market value.The perks package that **************** is unhappy with provides a range of benefits, including reporting to credit bureaus, covering the required landlord liability insurance, and offering the option to purchase contents coverage, among other things. Our team has worked diligently to keep ****************' rent low and to assemble this perks package at a cost significantly lower than what other property management companies charge.We regret that **************** may not be fully aware of the effort and value that we have put into creating this package for him. However, he was presented with the renewal options and made the decision to sign the renewal. If he now regrets that decision, we are prepared to accept his notice to vacate so that we can rent the property at the full market rate.
