    They are accommodating and seem to be doing a good job. Yards are kept and maintained as are ************ we live in. We have lived here since 2012. I feel good about their take over of the property management here.

    Over all I have had no issue with this rental company. Going on year number 3 renting with them. They are professional, they have rules and guidelines just like any other rental company. Follow the rules and guidelines a person won't have an issue and they are reasonable.

    at Home has done everything that they said they would do and more, the lawn is mowed, the leaves are picked up, the gutters are cleaned. If I need service they come and take care of it in the timeframe that I ask them to.

    We are sorry Ms. ****** is not happy. But she is not a customer or client of At Home. She is the mother of a resident and feels that her daughter should not have to follow the rules set forth in the signed and agreed to lease because the property sold to a new owner. A sale does not mean the lease agreement disappears or that any of the terms change. Per her daughter's lease agreement, when rent is paid late, late fees apply. This is not a concept that is unique to our management company. We waived all late fees for the first month after the sale of the property so that everyone had time to review the information, ask questions if needed, and make a plan to get the payment paid on time the following month. Additionally, we did inform Ms. ******'s daughter that we would no longer talk to her mother as she is not a party to the lease agreement, and she was verbally harassing our team. We have listened to the calls and our team was trying to help and explain the terms agreed to in her daughter's lease and because we were not willing to waive the late fees we were called names and yelled at. That is not acceptable behavior and not something we have to let continue, especially since Ms. Patton is not on the lease agreement. Our business is with her adult daughter, who is still able to reach out with questions.

    In addition to our previous comment, Ms. ****** wanted to let us know that she is also unhappy that her daughter was given notice to move. Her daughter was given a 30-day notice at the end of the lease term. The new owner is redoing the entire complex and giving everyone notice when their lease term is complete. Notice to end the contract is a two-way street, and both the owner and the resident have the option to give a written notice to the other party at the end of contract term. We are sorry this is not what she wanted for her daughter, but again, her daughter is an adult and can contact us if she has any questions or concerns with the terms agreed to in her lease.

    Easy application process. The staff are helpful. Any maintenance issues are addressed in a timely fashion. Rent is affordable

    I have lived here for eight years and I have always have had no problems. If I need Maintenance you just use the portal and state the problem and it is taken care of the next day. Very happy with this company. * *****

    As a property owner who is unfortunately next to one of these rental properties I am disappointed and upset with what you allow your tenants to do. A privacy fence was built by your tenant without regard to having permission, a permit, checking for property boundaries and completely against code. After much dispute with your company and the smoke that kept being blown my way, the fence got removed. In order to have your company make this tenant remove the **** left behind from his installing this on my property your company told me I needed to have a survey done. I have had one done which cost me $500. I contacted my neighborhood association to get help with dealing with you. I contacted your company and they stated it is being taken care of. Two weeks later (today) check with company again, they say it is done. It is not!!!!! The posts and concrete are still where your tenant put them. I want my property put back the way it was before your tenant thought he had the right to something! I have submitted photo after photo. I have submitted photos again today. This has gone on long enough, I have been dealing with you since the beginning of July and I am tired of it. You have no regard for the neighbors who are homeowners. Absolutely appalled at your disregard

    We are a management company. We are not the police, nor do we have powers to make people do things they do not want to do. We can call and talk to them, we can notice them, we can file in courts on them, but we cannot force people to do things. And all the steps we have available to us take time. If the person building a fence had been a homeowner, you would have had to *** them in court and that also would have taken more time. In this situation you have us to try to help but in either scenario property line disputes do not have an instant fix. We reached out at every turn to the resident and have been working to help as much as we possibly can, but again, we don't have a way to instantly force a resident to do what you want them to do. We are sorry this has taken time and that the resident built something you were not happy with. They didn't ask for our permission, and the fence was not something we ever condoned. And despite these unfair allegations, we will continue to work to help resolve the issue and be a point of contact that you would not have if the home was not a rental.
