    Great communication and cate from staff, and property is well maintained. All service issues are taken care of promptly with more great communication!My only complaint is the mandatory Resident Perks Program that adds $20 monthly charge for something we dont use.

    We are very sorry you are not happy with the renewal lease terms that were sent out. Like with all leases, your rate is only locked in for the contract period. There is no guarantee that your rental rate will be the same for any additional renewal periods. This means the power to agree to the new terms is completely in your hands. You decide if the $20 a month increase is a dealbreaker, and you want to move, or if the terms work for you, and you want to stay. This is the way things always work across the board for any lease, with any resident, and with any landlord or management company.

    The staff was as helpful as they could be but my apartment had black mold all over the place especially in the bathroom. Fully falling apart from the mold, holes bigger than a fist were in the wall and filled with mold. The other people in the complex were also extremely unsafe people and doing illegal things that ultimately encouraged me to finally get out of this place. The staff cared with as much information as they had, but unfortunately they dont seem to care that much about the things going on in their units as long as money is coming in.

    I have not rented in 35 yrs. I sold my house and the inspection fell through on the home I was going to buy. Having said that, I found myself renting. We signed a 6 month lease, as we knew we were only going to be short term renters. Our lease was up and we were going month to month, until we found a home. My husband got a email, saying we had 2 weeks to vacate, with no reason listed. He immediately called the *************** they put him on hold and came back and said we had to vacate because of stuff on the side of town house he replied, You mean the siding. That they are replacing? That the owners are fixing? The receptionist said let me put you on hold again and Im gonna go talk to someone. She came back and said disregard. Came home 2 days later with a letter taped to my door, for everyone and their mother to read, I found this extremely offensive and unprofessional. Needless to say, the office is very disorganized with poor communications. The stress that they put us through was just really unnecessary. My husband has an 840 credit score and II have an over 700 credit score and extremely responsible, pay our rent on time, not late once. Very unorganized and unprofessional staff.

    This was a mistake by an employee who is no longer with At Home. The employee was asked to "notice" the resident about spare siding that was in the yard. But she got confused and instead noticed them to move. When the resident checked with us on this, we explained that it was a mistake and that they did not need to move. We have apologized multiple times and multiple times we have explained what happened. We are sorry that this happened and that our work to correct it was not sufficient for the residents.

    I am so glad I have At Home Property Management taking care of my rentals. They deal with any situation that comes up, keeps me informed and gets business taken care of in a very efficient manner. When a house becomes available they quicky get it ready to rent and usually has a renter lined up to move in as soon as it is ready. I wouldn't think of doing business with any other company.

    Well in my opinion about Friday, moving in had to wait around, cause a lot of things should have already been dand but that's okay. We got it all done. And in my opinion, it did workout. Really good and I like to thank you for the new refrigerator. And I hope a new dishwasher from what I heard. But we're getting The front and backyard together and it's looking real nice clean the rain gutters before it. It's hot and winter sprayed for bugs again. Just to be on the safe side Besides, all that I'm starting to feel a lot more comfortable here and it's a lot better than living with my younger boy and his wife. My ex-wife cleans houses for a living or at least used to and she came over and did a lot of work for my oldest boy and his wife, ******** she did a hope besides that. Thank you, **************** okay? You guys did what you had to do. And like they say things do happen..

    At Home Realty addresses any maintenance issue extremely fast and professional. Their online payment and renter database works quite well and is easy to navigate. All personnel from the office down to the lawn service contractors seem to be top notch.

    After 2+ years as a renter I have no complaints. At Home has been very prompt with any concerns or issues I have come across with the house and I would recommend them without hesitation.
