    We have been very patient with this group. Two years now and our Pergola built by them still leaks. Shoddy materials, boards ripped out rather than screws being removed, putty pitifully placed and never sanded by them. This wasnt a big job. A simple straight line one level added to existing deck. Excuses are all they know & believe me he ALWAYS has an excuse. Stay away from this company.

    Yes we built a covered Pergola and after time the Cover which is Polycarbonate had some issue to where it would cause leaking. We on several occasions had to go back and attempt to fix the problem. The Customer got up there himself and put Flex Seal from the Commercials on some it. We even came back and replaced 1 or 2 pieces of the corrugated polycarbonate. We went back at least 4 times maybe more attempting to fix the problem. At one point it was a very small drip that we had got to. The product does expand and contract with the Seasons. Shotty Materials? We use the same Materials that the other Companies use as well! We have built over 50 simular structures and only had a few leak and always was able to control the leak. If we didn't care then we wouldn't have came back so many times.

    I needed to replace my deck which, after more than twenty years of having been built, it showed a lot of problems that could not be fixed. I heard about Outdoor Creations and Design LLC. I contacted ******. He gave me specific details about the materials to be used and the design of the deck. The job was completed to my satisfaction. ****** supervised the work done by five people who are certainly the best for this type of work. I recommend Outdoor Creations and Design LLC.

    This business owner is an old schoolmate of ours so we let down our guard. In May 2023, we made an extremely large deposit (over $40,000) for work he was to begin in 8-10 weeks. After that time lapsed, we began inquiring about a start date but kept getting excuses and delays. At first, we were accepting of the delays and his challenges, but after about 5 months of being told different things that didnt add up, and getting contradicting information, we asked for the return of our deposit. We were told all of it had been spent on our materials and could not be refunded because he had the materials for too long and were having them stored. So we told him we were relieved to hear we had materials, and would move forward but asked why they were not delivered to our job site. No work had been started at all. We asked for a receipt or some kind of proof of our materials, and to truly get a start date which he promised to provide by the end of that day which was Oct 18th. We even offered that if he wouldnt be starting soon, we would just settle up by taking possession of the materials he supposedly had bought with our money. He never did respond, just ghosted us. There were no materials. That was the last time we heard from him even after pointing out how uneasy we were feeling and that his communication was crucial to where we go from here. No response.After giving him every opportunity to change course and do the right thing and waiting over 6 additional weeks longer with no response, we were eventually forced to take legal action which we now have a judgment for. This entire process with him has been an enormous stress and strain on our family. He knew we had (and still have) several safety concerns with the state of our current deck, and needed handicap accessibility for some of our family members so we urgently needed it replaced. He took our money and even with a judgment, we have not gotten a ***** of it back.

    June 27 2023 hired this company to replace our deck. The owner told us the build would begin 8 weeks. It's been a year and no work has started. When we call or text it goes unreplied for days and then it's some excuse. Excuses include. To hot Oversold projects It's raining Don't have the right crew for your job Someone stole 19k from his account He is in the hospital Truck broke down Being sued for 45k. (This one is true)Had to give 35k in refunds I asked for a current work site so we could verify he is working. He has not responded with the address When I requested a refund he told us he doesn't have it and that he would try to get our money back. Not holding my breath. Avoid this company at all cost. Also, most of the good reviews show up right after a bad review. Seems suspicious We are contacting our attorney and MO AG to have fraud charges filed.

    We are super happy with our deck!!! They built a deck to connect to our above ground pool! **** was awesome to work with and the deck looks incredible! They went above and beyond and **** even caught an issue with deck railing that was loose that was not part of original estimate! They completed deck faster than expected especially with all the rain we have gotten this spring! I will hire them again for any work on deck we might need in future! Thank you ****** and crew!

    I just wanted to tell you again how much we appreciate all the hard work and sacrifices you made to make our dream come true this week. We are so happy with the amazing deck you built for us. **** and his crew put their heart and soul into this project and it exceeded our expectations. It's probably the best looking and well built deck I have ever seen.

    Do not hire this company. They take your money and then dont show up or return phone calls. When we requested our money returned they showed up with first time cement workers who botched the job. When I complained and told ****** they were not aloud back after 3 times of trying to fix the job they came back and harassed us. The second cement person came and put steps in that the first people botched and have never returned to finish the job.

    I HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY OUT FOR 3 DIFFERNT PROJECTS, EACH TIME I WAS AMAZED BY THE QUALITY OF THERE WORK. THEY WERE OUTSTANDING IN EVERY ASPECT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM 1000X OVER.

    Very good business! ****** and his team were accommodating to our needs and price! The owner communicated through every process and answer every question we had in a timely manner. My husband and I are extremely happy with our deck and cannot wait to enjoy it through the years!
