I was extremely pleased with how Modern Piano handled the moving of my moms piano. She passed recently so its precious to me. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. The guys that came and got the piano from my moms house were so precise with how they inspected and packed it. Then yesterday the 2 gentlemen that delivered it were so kind and accommodating. The piano was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for piano movers.

Great experience! Piano was picked up quickly and arrived at my daughter within a month. I know this does not happen all the time, but we were lucky. The piano arrived in good condition. Modern Piano isnt the cheapest piano mover, but after looking at reviews we chose them anyway. We are glad we did.Modern Piano Moving

4 starsDid a great job overall. Wish they used more modern order management tools, such as a common central app on a iPad that the movers use to process everything, maybe I can see status by app or email notifications. Theyre still using paper, ancient a not as efficient as it could be. The deliverers typod my phone number ( again due to paper process, it was hand written) so I didnt get a call before they arrived. However, the Piano arrived in great condition, slightly underestimated the manpower but I helped the movers get it up the ramp while on the dolly. They left a couple of moving blankets when they were done. .The piano was moved from west to east coast in 2 months, arrived pretty much still in tune an no obvious issues. They arent necessarily the cheapest, but they did do it well.Review fromJan W

I was selling my home in *****, and I needed the piano moved to ******* where my mother lives.I wasn't expecting my house to sell so quickly, and I had less than 3 weeks to coordinate a means of getting the piano to my mom. I called Modern Piano and spoke with ****. He was so helpful!I was relieved to know that they had a third party in my area that could store the piano for me until Modern Piano came back through ***** to pick it up. There wasn't any time, or any moment where I felt uncertain, or concerned about the piano making it to its ultimate destination in *******. Everything went as smoothly as it should, I was informed of every step in the process of when they picked it up, and when it was delivered to my mom. The amount of professionalism, and care they took with my piano is priceless! Thank you ****, and thank you to the dispatch team!Modern Piano Moving

Excellent customer service real people answering the phones..go figurelol My contact ****** was very helpful and knowledgeable I had a lot of questions that were answered to my total satisfaction.The first attempt to move my piano could not be done because my house was raised (Superstorm *****)They suggested a solution, came back and succeeded on putting it on their truck. The delivery went smooth and was hassle free Would not even consider anyone else handling my SteinwayModern Piano Moving
