    They lie and lie and lie. Do not use this company. I paid them thousands of dollars months ago and can't get a call back after I've called at least ten times. At this point I really would just like my money back but again I can't get a call back. Now I'm pursuing criminal charges

    They replaced my roof and one of my skylights they took and put back has been leaking. We have called them twice and they told us they would send someone to fix it. They have not. Im sitting here tonight with water dripping on me.

    TLDR: I wish I could recommend ****, but I cannot. My project manager ghosted me during the second phase of the project. This was after I reached out to them about the missing drip edge.
    After a hailstorm, I requested that **** come out and inspect my roof. After finding damage, I decided to proceed with a replacement. I had planned to replace my fascia in the coming year anyway, so I requested that this be included in the project's scope. I was told that a drip edge would also be needed for their warranty/updated code. That was fine with me. I told them that I would cover the drip edge if my insurance did not pay for it.
    In the moment, it was nice to deal with a contractor that seemed to do things right. I, foolishly, went with them without seeking a second bid. I was told that the project would occur in two phases: the roof replacement and then the fascia replacement. They even worked with me to add a ridge vent to the project. At this point, I really felt good about this contractor.
    After a couple of months, **** came out and installed my roof, but when I inspected it, there was no drip edge. Since the project included work on my fascia, I assumed that the drip edge would be installed during that phase. I never got confirmation of that from ****. Based on their response, I assume they forgot to install the drip edge, then decided to wash their hands of me.
    After the roof was installed, my project manager took payment and then we discussed next steps. After that, he completely ghosted me for over a month. After no contact, I reached out to the home office and was told that a new project manager would be assigned to me. After three days of no contact, I decided it best to part ways and go with another contractor for my fascia. I asked for an invoice to verify that no prepayment was made on the drip edge.
    After an entire week of no contact after that, I decided to leave this review.

    They did a great job on the roof but made a mess in my yard with mud. We get one or two days of snow a year and they picked the day after a snow to install my roof. They had to shovel snow off my roof.then the tarp placement wasn’t great as I’m still picking up shingles and nails. The 2 biggest complaints I have are the paint on the vents on the roof and the yard mess they left me to fix.

    I highly recommend Byrd on the Roof. They were very professional and great to work with. They kept us informed through the entire process while working through our insurance claim. We love our new roof!

    Byrd of the Roof is excellent! I would tell anyone needing a roof to call them. They were very professional and did everything they said they would plus! If I needed something ( paperwork) they sent it to me in minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

    I would definitely use Byrd on the Roof again when needed. They always responded to my messages and replaced my home’s roof quickly and professionally. They provided quality service and I would highly recommend this company to others.
