    ****** and his team responded quickly to my request for a quote. they handled the insurance claim promptly. Then scheduled my roof repair quickly. Their crew got the job completed in essentially one day. We did have some issues like damaged plants, debris left after the first day. and the flashing had to be redone. The crew installed the black flashing, then spray painted it while in place, causing the job to look sloppy. ****** agreed when we did a walk through, and volunteered to replace all my flashing with copper. that took time to get and install but their word was good.
    Between ******, ***** and ****** , I think we got treated fairly.
    My one issue, and it is minor is that ****** did not return my calls or come back after the initial inspections and the crew assigned to my house only spoke Spanish making it difficult to ask questions or find out what was going to happen.

    Byrd on a Roof did a great job with my roof replacement. Friendly and professional service. They walked me through the claims process as I went through insurance given all our storms over the previous year. They supported me and answered all my questions. Further, they didn't try to upsell me at all during the process. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

    Byrd on the Roof was a pleasure to work with. Did great quality work, and clean up after installing my roof was exceptional. They did a excellent job. Made the whole process a breeze, especially helping deal with the insurance. Highly recommend.

    Byrd on a Roof were great. They were prompt and professional. My roof looks great. They did the project in one day + about 3 hours. They did a great job of cleaning up after the project was complete. I'm still waiting on some interior sheetrock work and interior painting, which I'm guessing they will sub contract out.

    Byrd on the Roof did a great job on our roof. The pictures they took with the drone helped to expedite our claim process. The crew was very efficient and they did an awesome job on clean up. Would highly recommend this company .
