    On August 20,2021, I put a deposit down for $4,883.48 to Generator Power Solutions for a 22kw generac whole house system, till this day, I have received absolutely nothing but excuses. I have been first on their list for months now. I get the same story every time I call. I want this resolved, in 5 days this will be 2023, can't make me believe it takes going on 2 years for them to receive my generator. Either install it or refund my money.

    On July 19th 2022 I paid a $6,737.00 deposit to Generator Power Solutions for a 22KW whole house generator. At the time the delivery time was listed as 7 weeks. Today is November 15th and I still cannot get a delivery date for the generator. On October 24th I was told I was first on the list, today I am told they are waiting on a big truck shipment and cannot give me a date. This is the third whole house generator I have purchased for different properties and have never had such a disappointing experience. If you can help me get a firm delivery date I would very much appreciate it.

    Good afternoon Mr. *******, first I want to apologize for the delay in arrival of your generator. Your equipment shipment has been confirmed as of this morning 11/28/22 to be delivered to our facility in Pearl by December 22nd. I currently have multiple shipments that were originally scheduled for delivery in Oct and Nov which have been delayed due to the hurricane hitting Florida last month. Not only can I guarantee installation on January 5th but I am having Mrs. ****** put it on schedule right now for this date. If this specific date is not convenient for you, we will happily accommodate based upon your needs. Again, I apologize for the delay and truly appreciate your patience Mr. *******!! Please contact my office with any questions or changes you may need to make. We are committed to each customer before, during and after installation for years to come. Thank you sir!
