      Watkins did a great job replacing our roof after a hailstorm damaged our existing roof. They helped us through the process of insurance claims and followed through to the completion of installation & clean up. They were professional & did exactly what they said they would do. We recommend this company highly.

      Watkins Construction and Roofing: Excellent service from the first call to the first appointment with ******. From there we had unbelievable follow up with them meeting with our insurance company representative, then follow ups galore about our scheduled appointment.
      They kept their promise and explained every step of the process.
      The roofing materials came the same day the work began, so not sitting around for days, and the employees were all courteous and considerate.
      The clean up after day 1 was great!! And their final clean up took them well into the evening the next day. Super good job and roof looks great. Our home is 4100 sq. ft and has a 3 car garage so they had their work cut out!
      Most importantly was their response to one small item that while it was done correctly left me asking for consideration of a change. They responded immediately and conferred with each other and asked us what we thought of their suggestion to resolve, then resolved in just a couple days.
      I wouldn't hesitate a second to work with ******,*****, ******, ***, *********, ****, ******, and whoever else I talked with, again!! Thanks to the guys who worked hard on very hot days!!

      Watkins has replaced my roof twice due to storm damage and both times their service was impeccable.
      They were so helpful with the insurance process and kept me updated all along the way.

      Quality company. Good workmanship with a very clean worksite left behind. They are my go-to roofers. They also keep you advised when they are coming and have excellent follow up.

      As usual, they did a fine job. Over the years, this is the third roof Watkins has installed for us and they never disappoint. The project was well-planned and organized and we were kept informed all along the way. I'm happy to recommend them.

      The company is customer friendly kept me updated and well informed of schedule and any changes. The roofing crew were efficient, although only about one had any English so hard to communicate with them. They tidied up well after and during the job took care of bushes etc. around the property. Unlike many roofing companies you managed not to block the street with your equipment and workers vehicles. All round job well done.

      We had a great experience with Watkins for our roof replacement. **** was thorough in his explanations and follow through in the inspections.
      The roofing crew were amazing they were fast and efficient and left no trace behind.
      Every interaction with the business office has been professional, polite, and easy. We are definitely happy that we called Watkins after the hail damage and very happy with our new roof.
