      Very professional results. My wife and I are delighted. The salesman, the supervisor, the workers, and the office staff could not have been more positively responsive. As a retired professional engineer, it was evident to me that excellence is a common trait of Watkins Construction and Roofing.

      Watkins and gutter sub contractor Aates were helpful and responsive throughout, from sales to follow up. House: Hip roof. U shaped, 1950s, with wall protrusions and recesses. Asphalt shingles; pitch about 4-12. Watkins sub Aates surveyed carefully before proceeding and installed soundly and soon. The gutter material, size, color, fastenings, grades... all as expected. The roof took plenty of rain - one shower was very heavy - a few weeks after installation. The gutters performed well. One small point - Watkins could have helped out by providing a drawing or a photo with dimension notes to recommend drop locations to the installers. This would help the installers zero in quickly on where and why to locate the drops. All in all we're satisfied. High score. Definitely recommended Watkins and Aates.

      Very professional and courteous. Did my roof earlier than my scheduled day. Arrived on time and cleaned up before leaving. Everything was done in one day. I dealt with *** ****** and **** ******. I highly recommend this company!

      Watkins has been an exceptional company to work with. Dealing with **** *****, ***** and ********* has been an absolute pleasure. They made the whole process easiest stress, free. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

      In a storm in April, a limb crashed through my roof and splintered the plyboards allowing for rain to come in. I contacted Watkins and the next day **** came and looked at the roof. They sent an estimate and told me it would be 3.5 weeks before they could make the repair. In the mean time they attached a tarp with roofing tacks to prevent anymore damage. The kept me informed of the date of repair and they repaired it on the scheduled date. It looks flawless and I have had no other issues or rain damage. I've used other companies in the past, but will never use another company from now on. From communications, to the actual work and making sure I was satisfied before billing me, they have been great. They are the best.

      They were prompt, and got the job done timely. No mess to clean up and the noise was at a minimum. They kept to their schedule and communicated appropriately. Will most definitely use again.

      Watkins did an excellent job on my roof at a reasonable price. They were on time and this was my second time using their service. If you don't want the run-a-round, call Watkins for a visually stunning job that will hold!

      An oak limb pierced my roof, right over the mudroom, during a heavy storm. I called Watkins Construction and my insurance company. **** came out and took a look at the entire roof and assessed the damage. The insurance adjuster came and made me an offer, which I accepted, after talking with ****. I wanted to make sure we were all reading off the same sheet of music. Then ********* took really good care of me. She set up the repair times and called later to confirm. On roofing day, the roofers showed up and were so quiet that I didn't even know they were here, until I heard something on the roof, and I knew it wasn't reindeer. I walked out to find the guys busy at work. They didn't even bother my bluebirds that were close by and feeding their babies in the nesting box. The guys cleaned up, packed up, and waved back to me, as they drove off. Nice job!

      The folks at Watkins Roofing and Construction were very good to work with in getting my roof repaired. **** ****** was very good from the initial inspection and working with the city to get the work permitted through scheduling the work. ******* **** was the site leader on the day the repairs were done and did a good job with his crew. ******** made me aware of available interest free financing for the repair work and got me lined up with that.
