      Watkins did a very good job on the roof maintenance. They are professional and responsible. They also cleaned out very well when they finished the job. Will refer them to my friends and co-workers.

      The crew was incredibly professional, on time, and paid meticulous attention to detail throughout the project. We are thrilled with the quality of work and finished project (ie., no leaks).       Excellent service. Mr.**** and Mr. ********* kept us informed on the roofing project the entire time. The workers were on task and completed the Job in one day. Excellent new roof!

      I had an unexplained leak in my bathroom. Called Watkins and Travis came the next day. Looked in attic and found some serious damage around a vent. I was provided with pictures of damage and a detailed estimate of repair. Scheduled a repair. I was kept informed by Stephanie of timing of repair. Crew arrived and repaired the damage very quickly and professionally. Stephanie followed up the next day. I was provided pictures of the repair. After the next big rain, Stephanie called to see if everything was ok. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. Everyone involved was so polite and professional. If you have any roofing problems, don’t hesitate to call this company. You won’t be disappointed.

      I had 3 leaks and contacted Jeff Thomas with Watkins Construction and he was there the same day. Tried some sealant but that didn’t stop but 1 of the leaks. Called Jeff again to come and give estimate on replacing entire roof. He responded two days later and provided me with an estimate. Scheduled job for two weeks later but weather caused a 3 day delay. Stephanie and Kara kept me informed prior to work being completed and followed up after completion. Matthew Hajj was the job supervisor and I cannot say enough about him and his crew. he contacted me the day prior to work being done and arrived exactly on time the next day. He kept me informed with photos of the ongoing work during the entire project. His crew worked hard, fast and efficiently and provided me with a roof that not only looks great but will protect my home for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Watkins Construction for your great work ethics and customer relations.

      Having been in the construction business, I know all too well the experiences of dealing with repair work. We had a roof leak in numerous places and I had the good fortune of calling Watkins Construction and Roofing to do the assessment/give me a price/give me a time line. The individuals I dealt with - *****, *****, ******, and ********* - were all extremely customer oriented. When I called or talked individually with them, they had an answer - not the run around a customer normally gets. Conditions in which they worked were not the best - had been raining, was cold - just a miserable setting for roof work. ****** spent 90% of his time overseeing the crew and keeping me updated on the work. He even sent a text after the team completed the chimney flashing to see how the chimney was performing in the rain. I have never had a company follow-up like that. The workers all came at the time they had said - another first for repair work. The price I was quoted was the price they charged. Watkins Construction has a first class company and first class personnel. They have my recommendation without hesitation.
